Magnificent place on Garda Lake

Good

Clean room, free parking in front of the house (if you are lucky in the full season), and a good location close to the lake. Good price/quality ratio for Sirmione.

Self-check-in can be difficult because the main gate is pretty hard to open. The common room for all guests is located directly in front of room number 3, which can be quite noisy. In the common room, there is an active surveillance camera, a fact of which guests are not notified in advance. The shower cabin in room 3 is very small and uncomfortable. The most disturbing part was that, after we left the room, we received a message that we were supposed to transfer 2.40 Euros for a difference in city tax to a questionable link, not via Booking.com. We think it is more reasonable to include the entire tax in the price as an addition via Booking.com or to have the possibility to leave those few Euros in the room… We paid the fee by bank transfer, not to that unknown link, and also paid a 0.49 euro commission…

Great accommodation in Sirmione

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Brema. The check-in and arrival process was very smooth. There are free parking spaces in front of the house and in the neighborhood. The "kitchen corner" with coffee maker, kettle and some cutlery came in handy. There was a nice balcony with a nice sunset view. The room was cleaned every day, which was not expected and it was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience and we would book this property again!

Very nice apartment

Very nice and clean apartment, feels like at home. There was a massive wardrobe for storage in addition to chest drawers. The bathroom is spacious, an excellent shower with very good pressure. There is a little fridge in a room, tea, and coffee facilities in a room, though we missed a proper knife and a cutting board. Separately you can use a rest/sitting room & balcony for guests. Overall, it is a very nice & comfortable apartment, we would use it again if coming back to this area.

Comfortable with everything we needed for a short stay. The air conditioning was much needed and we were grateful for that! Nice breakfast in the morning and good communication from host with easy check in.

Located a bit far away from everything and a 10-15 min walk to the bus stop, which in the heat with heavy bags wasn’t easy. It was impossible to get a taxi from the train station, so be prepared to get a bus and walk - not a problem with the property but just something to be aware of! About 45min walk to the old town in Sirmione.

The room is extremely beautiful. It has a balcony, cutlery, glasses, friedge, etc. They serve a delicious breakfast. The comunication with host was excelent. Nice hot water shower. You can park your car for free just outside the B&B. A very safe and quiet neiboorhood. The price is very competitive againts hotels near the historic center

Had problems with the airconditioning. First the remote control, but even host changed it, the A/C never got to work. Other than that, a perfect room.

Simple and unassuming accommodations in Sirmione

Easy instructions to follow getting to Villa Brema including last minute changes provided by proprietor. Keyed padlock with code gave us access to the keys for the unit plus instructions for entering and locking (or not!) the multiple doors and gates in use. Our unit was one of two at the top of the stairs (no elevator btw). It has an entry door leading to two separate doors to individual units. I unfortunately didn't realize that I had inadvertently locked the main entry door upon our early night sogourn which effectively locked out the other unit's access. Proprietor had to be called (downstairs) to unlock the door for the other visitors! Profuse apologies!!! Room was comfortable and plenty of room for our one night stay. WiFi was a bit tricky due to electrical issues (another story for another time) but fine nonetheless. Two sinks in the bathroom was also a nice touch. The loose faucet on the right side though needs to be tightened. Lots of closet space! Restaurants are within 5-10 minute walk away. Traffic is light in the area, although we aren't in the oak season yet. Waterfront boulevard is nice to walk at dusk, although sun was setting on the opposite side of the peninsula. Parking was free in the designated white zones of the street, and plenty along the residence roadway.

No real views to speak of other than overlooking the private pool and backyard. It's located in a residential area of Sirmione. Breakfast was a simple setup with packaged products, and cold cuts/cheeses in a container in the refrigerator. You are on your own to prepare and have breakfast, pretty well as expected. The breakfast sitting area is rather small and we had to juggle electrical plugs for coffee machine, water pot and cappuccino frother as there was only one outlet in the wall. Small counterspace to manage as well. Proprietor provided fresh bread basket early morning outside our door, which was a plus! Since this is a private residence overlooking a yard they (?) have a dog that barked incessantly at passerbys while outside. It lasted as long as this pet was outside. We had an early start the next morning so we weren't sure whether to leave the windows/doors open a bit for fresh air with the noise, but it subsided by 9pm. My personal opinion only: No personal face time with proprietor. Only text via booking app, txtmsgs, paper notes or email. I respect one's privacy...

Great place to visit Lake Garda and a friendly host

Great location, really close to Sirmione ( walking distance). There is a really nice beach about 200mt from the B&B with bar. Camilla has been an excellent host, we felt like friends. She is really helpful and can give good suggestions of the area. Breakfast....one word...amazing. In the lovely garden and offer different kind of foods, a perfect start of the day Room nice and comfortable When we will back to Lake Garda, we will check if there is a room available here ;)

Really 5 mins from lake and a beach bar, fresh and clean apartman with air conditioning and a small fridge. Good Krups capsule coffee included, big thank you! :) Really convenient beds, bathroom is wooow (I'm in love with that tap), I also love ceiling lights. Breakfast is really tasty and abundant. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here- it absolutely completed our day trip to Sirmione. The facilities were very nice, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The hosts were very kind and helpful; they offered to call a taxi for us when we were encountering a language barrier. I could not recommend staying here enough.
