This was a great find on a beautiful lake where I would stay again!!

We loved out stay here at the hotel and in Sermione! The staff/owners were accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was perfect and there were so many options. We were fortunate and had a room with a balcony and view of the lake which was beautiful. There was so much to do in this area and I was so happy I randomly chose this town without knowing anything about it. We had fun renting bikes for the day and exploring the area. We went to two beaches that we really enjoyed. We did go to the same restaurant twice which was walking distance from the hotel, had amazing mussels and had outdoor seating. We loved it so much we decided the mussels were worth a 2nd night!

The pillows. To be fair, all of Europe in every hotel/accommodations have flat pillows. I feel like it is a Europe thing. I don't sleep comfortably with a flat pillow.

My first time here and it was a very pleasant surprise. Hoping to return again sometime.

First of all the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of their beautiful lake and vineyards area. Anything you may need as far as rentals, restaurants, public transportation they had a good answer for. Morning breakfasts were lovely, rooms were tidied up daily, service was very accommodating. The location is in a very nice neighbourhood, many nice shoreline parks and marinas, and huge areas of natural reserves along the shore with many wetland birds. Lake Garda is a stunning turquoise lake with great sailing, fishing, boating opportunities. It reminds me a lot of Lake Okanagan back in Canada. Very nice place.

It is value for money and safe to stay. it is a midpoint location between Colombare and Peschiera

Lady Mrs Virgenia who prepared very well before we landed up there. Upon arrival, she gave the room key and explained each and every thing in detail. The staff in the breakfast hall are also well mannered and respectful.

Wonderful lake view

Very friendly owners and great view from the hotel room towards the lake. You have deck chairs and umbrellas there for relaxing on the shore of the lake. Great for bird watching too. Breakfast was excellent and didn’t leave any wishes in our side. The hotel is clean and the car ride to Sirmione old town is less than ten minutes.

The beds were rather uncomfortable and the mattress of the double bed so shakey that you feel like very movement of the other person. The lake was very shallow there so that swimming was not possible unless you walk 100 meters over rocky ground into the lake. But maybe that was due to the summer where the lake lost lots of water and it is better in the spring time.

lovely little hotel just on the lake, can dip in the lake if you want. Hard to get about if you don’t have a car, busses are every hour and turn up late and don’t drop you off at the right place.

The most comfortable matress and i the room had a huge balcony. The staff has been exceptional friendly and helpful. Also I liked the bamboo style of the rooms inventory.

the view should be perfect, there was mist over the lake but I am sure is really nice, breakfast was ok.

Too old fashion, it had that old hotel smell in the closet and felt old and it wasn't very clean either.

Location is great! Lake-view wonderful! It was very quiet. Very nice staff. Comfortable bed and clean room. It is possible to rent city bikes from the hotel.

Breakfast was very poor. Lake access is quite dangerous - there were some metal rods in the water in one place and it’s not too visible because of algae in this part of lake.

Good

Value for money is key here. This place may be somewheat basic but it's a great deal considering its location. You can walk to the sights, plus you have your own access to Lake Garda. Easy for biking as well. Parking onsite was avialable and breakfast was provided as well.

It is somewhat basic and looks slightly outdated. In this location a fridge would be great. TV was fairly small.

We stay at the hotel for one night, the second time. Everything you need is there. Big and nice room overlooking the lake. Private beach and parking. Opposite the hotel there is an excellent restaurant with reasonable prices. Nice and helpful hotel staff. I recommend the family hotel for a short stay.

Kann man nur empfehlen!

Direkt am See mit Blick auf das Wasser hatten wir einen großen Balkon. Der Check-in als auch der ganze Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren vollends okay und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Der Kühlschrank war bei der Wärme Gold Wert. Das Frühstück morgens auf der Terrasse war sehr entspannend. Es liegt sehr zentral und in 10 min ist man mit dem Auto vorne in der Spitze von Sirmione oder aber auch auf den Straßen zu den anderen Orten.

Oltre le aspettative!!!

Nonostante l'hotel abbia ufficialmente solo due stelle, l’esperienza vissuta è stata di gran lunga superiore: un piccolo gioiello che si è rivelato molto più deluxe del previsto. La struttura dispone di una spiaggetta privata con lettini, ombrelloni e — dettaglio — ombra naturale. Presente anche una doccia all’aperto, comoda per rinfrescarsi. L’unica nota meno piacevole riguarda l’ingresso in acqua: l'accesso è tramite delle scalette, e sul fondale ci sono parecchie alghe, quindi inizialmente può dare un po’ fastidio, ma ci si abitua in fretta. Lo staff è stato impeccabile: gentilezza, disponibilità e sorrisi non sono mai mancati. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la flessibilità sul pagamento (effettuato il giorno della partenza in struttura) e il fatto che, pur lasciando la camera entro l’orario previsto per il check-out (ore 10:00), ci è stato concesso di continuare a godere della spiaggia anche dopo. Un gesto che fa la differenza. La colazione è abbondante, in formula mini buffet, con una selezione più che soddisfacente. L’hotel ha anche un parcheggio privato, piccolo ma funzionale. Ottima la posizione: in 10 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro, e le principali attrazioni sono facilmente raggiungibili senza auto (eccetto il castello, per cui è consigliato un mezzo). In sintesi: è stato tutto oltre le aspettative. Un soggiorno piacevolissimo, rilassante e ben oltre quanto ci si possa immaginare da un due stelle

L’ingresso in acqua: l'accesso è tramite delle scalette, e sul fondale ci sono parecchie alghe, quindi inizialmente può dare un po’ fastidio, ma ci si abitua in fretta.

Posizione a pochi minuti di macchina dai parcheggi per poter raggiungere poi Sirmione. Personale molto gentile, al momento di fare il check out ci hanno addirittura offerto la colazione.

personeel is heel vriendelijk. ontbijt was lekker. uitzicht is mooi. kamer en trappenhuizen zijn schoon. parkeren gratis achter het hotel. kamerprijs is lager dan in het centrum.

bed piepte en kraakte ook zonder gekke capriolen, pocketveringmatras was nogal hard.. en tja.. ik lag overdag wel lekker op het strandbed-met-spinrag in de tuin maar moest wel zigzaggen tussen de hondedrollen... alsof ze nog niet waren gestart met de tuin klaarmaken?
