A wonderful stay — clean and warmly hosted

We had a wonderful stay at Residence Bianca. The location was peaceful and quiet — the perfect place to wake up feeling refreshed. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable, and a big shout-out to the staff for being incredibly helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect for family vacation

The residence is perfect with very spacious apartments and great private terrace. Rooms were great and very clean, staff was really helpful and polite. 100 % like the pictures, highly recommended for families, very quiet and private. Very close to the lake promenade which is perfect for a walk.

Water in the pool was super cold, maybe less than 20 degrees. It is far away from center 2,5 km and if you want to go to the center by car (boats are taken from there, parking is very expensive 2,8 EUR/ hour.

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay at Residence Bianca. The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed. The kids especially loved spending time in the pool. The location was very convenient — as we were travelling by car, it was easy to reach Sirmione’s historic centre and also not far from Verona.

The only small things to note are that the sofa bed can be a bit creaky, and if you enjoy sleeping with the windows open, some traffic noise might be noticeable.

Lovely place near Sirmione!

Beautiful residence with a nice pool and yard in a quiet and nice area with a short walking distance to the lake Garda. Perfect for family holiday or weekend getaway! Bus stop is near if you want to explore the lake, there are lots of restaurants, shops and a big supermarket.

The property was clean and had all the amenities required! The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful! Offering excellent recommendations for places to eat, see and things to do in the area! Nothing was too much trouble :D the facilities were excellent, beautiful pool, bikes to hire from the property which was perfect for exploring! Rooms were stylish, spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped, great location with an easy 20min cycle to the old town with plenty of stops along the way for drinks and food! Recommended highly and would return

A great experience in the area, and very easy to settle into. We would like to return.

The apartment was perfect for a family. Very nice, very clean, well maintained, with a real and practical kitchen and table set up, inside and outside on the porch. A 10 minute walk to the beaches with amenities or supermarket, and shorter walk to family oriented restaurants with take out or ice cream and a small market. Quiet neighborhood. The staff was very nice. It was terrific to be able to drop the car and walk to places with the kids. The pool was nice and easy (not huge but very good for kids and friendly place). The wifi was free. This was just a great place to have an apartment with family.

Great stay!

We arrived late from the airport, the room was ready for us, warm and clean. Everything looks new and clean, kitchen is well equiped including nespresso coffee machine ,dishwasher and large fridge. I requested to add a toaster. Always hot water in the shower. Location is great, close to supermarket and cafe, also close to highway. We requested the 2nd floor, it was quiet. We had a lovely time.

We only needed breakfast and dinner so stovetop was enough but there is no oven or microwave.

A great time at Residence Bianca!

The appartement was very clean and new. It is modern and arranged with taste. The Swimmingpool is pretty big and we enjoyed it a lot. You can go very easily with your bike to Sirmione. The situation is great!

Unfortunately some of the clients do not respect the closing hours of the Swimmingpool. Otherwise everything Was great!

the pool is very clean and the location it was very close to the bus station and the center of sirmione Reception shells very communicative. They guided us on what areas we could visit and if you would need to rent bicycles they provided them by bringing them to our residence. Thank you for the warm hospitality. The most beautiful place of the area

Fanastic experience staying at Residence Bianca

Bianca was a wonderful host! She gave a very warm welcome, and was on hand throughout our stay to assist us as needed. For example booking dinner and boat hire. The apartments are very clean and well presented. There was a lovely clean pool and the WiFi was very good.

The mattresses were a little on the firm side, but this is our only complaint.

the apartment was very spacious, beautifully designed and pleasant. the owner was very friendly and helpful. she gave us great recommendations for great restaurants in the area. we’ve stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. one room with double bed and a door to the terrace and the second room was with a nice bunk bed. The swimming pool and the yard were beautiful! you will need to walk for about 5 to 10 minutes in order to get to the Main Street or around 30 minutes to the old town. looking forward to come back to residence Bianca!

Garda week

We really enjoyed our stay at Residence Bianca. Rooms are big enough. Kitchen is smaller but equiped for vacation cooking.. Nice calm garden with pool just next to apartments. What I have to mentioned - the staff was great. Their recommendations helped us enjoy our vacation 110%. Among other things , they helped us with booking nice restaurants or to rent a boat... You can reach the Garda lake in 10 min by walk and enjoy the beach with shadow of trees and view to Monte Baldo. A lot of restaurants around. We have to recommend bistro La Fenice. Grocery store is close and with a very wide range of assortment.

Perhaps only, parking spaces in garages are not suitable for larger cars. But there are other parking placeses in fron of the residence. Almost a whole week when we was at Garda lake, there was a 36C during the day, :-) ...but this is not competency of Residence Bianca :-)

nice and quite area near the lake

nice location in peaceful area, very genteel helpful and perfect English speaking host Anabella who was available for all additional information, nicely landscaped surroundings, especially garden, a lot of place for parking (they also have a garage but is more suitable for very small cars), the apartment was very clean and the kitchen good equipped. To the nearest supermarket or bakery, you need just few minutes

unfortunately a well-functioning internet is just a wish, sound insulation of sewer pipes, especially if you are in the lower apartment, is very poor and can be also annoying
