Amazing hotel. We couldn´t use their pool as we had a big storm during our stay but were very impressed by breakfast. It was realy enjoyable experience. Staff very friendly. Definitely will come back.

We didn't get the room we booked. There was a problem with the shower and the airco. Both were leaking. Eventually we got a new room with seaview and a gift card for the restaurant. We appreciated it. Good pool and good parking.

Good location and good size room. Breakfast is good if you like pastries and sweet things, you also can order a nice coffee like cappuccino or macchiato. There is eggs, bacon, bread etc and it’s good enough but would not say amazing. The staff is friendly. The thing that did bother us was that you hear absolutely everything through the walls in the room. Also, every time another guest closed their door our door would shake and it felt almost like they would come inside our room. Other than that we were happy with our stay and it is good value for money.

Loved this hotel - great location near a large store for most convenience items. Easy walking down to city center along the water. Fantastic complimemtary breakfast and onsite dining which was very good!!

Dinner was good on first night, not so much on second night. Breakfast was excellent on first morning but not as good on second morning. At 6am you could hear people talking and coughing which woke me up early, also i woke up cold just before 6am. Soundproofing is needed in rooms and heat should come on around 5am to prevent a cold room.

However the television, although supposedly offering both Italian terestial and satellite channels, did not offer much in english (apart from China National Television news channel in English). The Al Braciere Restaurant and Pizzeria was excellent for evening meals. Fish and pizzas were first class. Breakfast gave an enormous choice of food, buffet style. More than enough to sed us through until evening! We stayed in early October. I was slightly disappointed that the pool was completely closed off. The hotel is situated on the south shore of Lake Garda. It is about a one hour walk to the historic town centre of Sirmione - a very pleasant, mainly lakeside, walk. I would be very happy to stay here again when visiting Lake Garda.

Its a great location, not far from the lake front and several nice restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, its possible to walk to the historical centre of Sirmone which we did but the hotel also offers free bike hire! Rooms are spacious, modern and really clean, pool is a nice size for the hotel and never felt overly crowded. The free breakfast was a nice offer and food was nice but we didn't eat there every morning, it didn't appear to be replenished so best to go around 9 or before. All the staff were very friendly and the pizzas at the restaurant were the best we had in the area! It would have been nice to have a side entrance for hotel guests. A little hotel close to Sirmione. We stayed one night on the way from Milan to Venezia - very convenient. We walked from the hotel to Sirmione and back, but there is a shuttle available. Small room in the hotel, but it was enough space for us for 1 night. A safe in the room, a kettle, and a restaurant - we had breakfast there but not dinner - it was opened from 7pm. We had dinner in Sirmione. There is a grocery store nearby, 200 yards.

It a great place , the supermarket is just round the belt. Free carparks and free breakfast have a decent spread. Clean room , plus i consider big compare to mini rooms in milan or rome . 2 + 1 bed .

We had an awesome stay. The staff were pleasant. Having a restaurant on site was great. Disappointed that the fridge did not work in the room even though we reported it several times. The excuse from the staff at the hotel was that ‘it was a chiller and not a fridge’. Even so, it was broken and Our food spoiled.

The Riel Hotel was amazing. It is modern, spacious rooms with balconies, friendly staff, amazing breakfast each morning, and 10min walk to the castle. They have plenty of free bicycles you can use and we cycled to the castle all along the lake's edge. Beautiful!

Very nice property for the price. Short walk into town and restaurants close by. Restaurant in the hotel is also good. Bicycles available for free from the hotel so a nice way to get around. Breakfast buffet is just ok. Staff all very helpful. I would stay here again if in the area.
