Beautiful basic room

The room was beautifully decorated, a good size bathroom with bide and great shower gels, had TV, coffee maker, water boiler and fridge, bed was hard and firm. Location during the season would be good, and it's close to the thermal spa and castle. The room was very quiet.

The room was not cleaned properly, dust on the floor, glasses were dirty, the fridge was unplugged and the water was leaking on the floor. There was only one adapter for the socket, that was meant for the coffee maker, water boiler and fridge. The location during off season wasn't the best, the closest supermarket/kioks is 3,5km away. Only restaurants and souvenier shops close by. We couldn't get taxi or uber there, be prepared if you have somewhere to go on certain time. The room looks bigger in the pictures.

Great room at an excellent location

We lost the train and had to stay overnight in Sirmione, luckily we found this room at an excellent location for a good price which we reservated 30 minutes beforehand with no issues (at 21:30). The room was nice, clean, comfortable and air conditioned. The staff was very friendly.

The shower head wasn't working properly (only the detachable shower hose) and the water was barely warm.

Soggiorno di 2 notti, pulizia ottima e camera accogliente, i servizi ci sono tutti, abbiamo avuto un problema con un condizionatore, ma é stato risolto in poco tempo.

Poca insonorizzazione tra le camere, dal nostro bagno si sentivano i rumori provenienti dalla camera vicino.

Weekend di lusso

Siamo stati benissimo: la camera è arredata con gusto e il letto, con topper e cuscini memory, è davvero una coccola! La posizione è perfetta, nel pieno centro storico, con tutto a portata di mano. Nonostante questo, non abbiamo avvertito alcun rumore proveniente dalla strada. Il proprietario è cordialissimo e disponibile, e la pulizia impeccabile!

Le uniche due note negative sono le pareti un po’ troppo sottili, che purtroppo lasciano passare ogni rumore — soprattutto se i vicini non sono molto educati — e il bagno che, sebbene bello e ben arredato, mostra qualche segno di usura.

- Die Unterkunft hat weder bis heute die damalige Anfrage auf Buchungsänderung um 1 Tag beantwortet - Chemischer, ungesunder Geruch im Zimmer!! (Insektenspray?) - Reinigung war nicht besonders gründlich - es lag noch ein benutztes Shampoo Fläschchen rum und Haar im Bett - Die Klimaanlage Stand auf 16 Grad (!) und starker Gebläse Stufe obwohl es gar nicht mehr so warm draussen war (und selbst bei 30+ Grad stellt man die Klima nicht so kalt!!) so dass ein Aufenthalt im Zimmer selbst mit warmer Weste & Jacke darüber unmöglich war, weil ich gefroren und am ganzen Körper gezittert habe, weshalb ich das Zimmer kurzfristig wieder verliess. - Matratze war ziemlich durchgelegen Der Steinboden hatte die Kälte richtig gespeichert. -> Die versprochene Rückzahlung aufgrund der Beschwerde ist bis heute nicht erfolgt!! - der Lautstärkepegel - mitten im Zentrum, viel Lärm durch Besucher und auch Strassenreinigung (obwohl ich um ein ruhiges Zimmer bat (dem wurde ebenfalls nicht nachgekommen!) - Selbst im Eingangsbereich des Hauses stehen Duftstäbchen rum, vermutlich um den komischen Geruch zu übertünchen - 2 Treppen führen in‘s 1. OG -> kein Aufzug - nicht Behindertengerecht - kein persönlicher Kontakt (weder bei Ankunft noch bei Abreise)

ci torno sicuramente

Molto bello l'arredamento per chi ama lo stile, ti sembra di essere in una villa antica che io adoro, dove trovi velluti porpurei, damaschi etc. Il letto è comodissimo, c'è anche la scelta cuscini cosa non scontata, il materasso ha il topper che lo rende ancora più confortevole. non manca la macchina del caffè, l'acqua nel frigo. Il bagno è ampio, nuovo, con piastrelle simil marmo molto belle. Lo specchio antico legno ed oro e tutta l'oggettistica richiama l'oro. Siamo stati molto bene luogo pulito e accogliente, ottimo anche il servizio parcheggio a pagamento con navetta.

Unica pecca era finito il sapone nel portasapone e quindi abbiamo utilizzato i prodotti per la doccia. non mi è piaciuto il cuscino d'arredamento di finto pelo.

Een ruime en mooi ingerichte kamer met een prachtige badkamer. Van alle gemakken voorzien zoals koelkast en koffiezetapparaat. Ook parkeerplaatsen kunnen worden aangeboden door de host.

Le prix intéressant ne justifie pas le manque d’entretien.

L’emplacement, en plein centre historique mais très bruyant. À éviter si on veut du calme. Le propriétaire nous a offert les frais de séjour (2€ par personne soit 4€ 🙄).

Une très forte odeur de cigarette dans la chambre. La propreté des verres mis à disposition ils étaient très sales. Idem pour la poubelle. Certainement non fait par le ménage.
