Relaxing and familiar escape

The kindness of the people working there, it make feel our stay like being at home. The outdoor spaces were immerse in nature, relaxing and comfortable, away from the crowd. The rooms were clean with the comfort of Indonesian style houses. The position of the place is close to nice beaches and a famous sunset view point.

From the outside, the rooms look very nice. The inside is very outdated though, with broken bed frames and stains on the linnen of both beds. There’s hardly any warm water in the shower and the wifi in our room didn’t work. The water filter in the pool doesn’t seem to work as the water seemed very dirty, we couldn’t see the bottom of the pool.

Quiet and relaxing spot, but still close to restaurants and beaches. Big, bright and comfortable rooms that were cleaned daily.

Unfortunately during our stay the pool filter was not working and so the water was very murky and dirty. Due to this we didn’t swim in the pool which was a shame. Otherwise a very pleasant stay!

The rooms are so cheap and beautiful. Komang and his family are amazing. The restaurants near by fantastic. We went to Ooishi twice it was that good. His Dad runs it and wife the little store right next door. Location seems far away but it is better than when we stayed in the main area. Komang sorted scooters and taxi and the House keeper was as adorable as his baby boy. 5🌟

There were know waves at shipwrecks but we scored Mahana Point pretty good

Deal of the century

This place is the deal of the century. It’s a beautiful property. The gardens are well manicured. The pool was lovely. The staff was very helpful. The owner helped me rent a bike and had it delivered to the property. He, himself, was my motor scooter taxi driver to the boat dock. iI’s a little too far from the beach to walk, but the peace and quiet of being inland was precious and just what I was looking for. The air-conditioning and the hot water were great. The bed was more comfortable than the last two places I stayed where I spent a lot more money! I would definitely stay here again.

The owners of this property are so lovely. They never stop smiling, will help you with anything - even making our dinner for us one night - and made our stay perfect. The pool is lovely, as are the gardens. Our favourite accommodation on our world travels so far.

Friendly ladies, nice room

Nice room, garden and pool. Ladies managing the property are lovely and so attentive with guests needs, always willing to please with anything needed. We felt really welcomed here. Very delicious breakfast too.

We loved our spacious and bright room but the bathroom sliding door doesn’t fully shut, which made the room not completely secure from tropical insects. There is a nice mosquito net that covers the entire bed which works really well against them. However this is something to bear in mind if one is bothered about tropical insects. WiFi signal was very weak to our room, most of the times not really working. My Indonesian SIM card didn’t have coverage at all either. Overall on nice stay :)

Gentilezza femminile e struttura molto carina

La struttura è molto bella e immersa nella natura. La signora e il personale femminile sono fantastiche: disponibili, gentili e premurose. Le camere erano davvero molto pulite e carine.

La struttura è un pochino isolata e non ci è mai stato consigliato di prenotare un taxi per andare via. Quindi se non si vuole perdere la nave bisogna prenotare. il signore che gestisce la struttura non è di grande aiuto e anzi ci ha sgridato per non aver prenotato e perché eravamo in ansia per la nave. Quindi: prenotare taxi in anticipo e purtroppo il signore non è molto gentile. Anche all'accoglienza, non è stato gentile come si vorrebbe da turisti. La colazione è da migliorare sicuramente: 2 fettine di pan bauletto bianco, 1 marmellatina e 1 piccolo burro. stop.

Notre plus belle guest house de tout notre séjour à Bali !

L’accueil a été exceptionnel : la propriétaire est d’une gentillesse rare, toujours aux petits soins pour nous. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et délicieux (un jus de fruits frais au choix de toast de pain beurre confiture, café ou thé et omelette /œuf au plat /œufs brouillés), parfait pour bien commencer la journée. La chambre est d’une propreté irréprochable et le jardin est tout simplement magnifique – on a vraiment l’impression d’être en pleine forêt. La piscine est exactement comme sur les photos, entourée de gazon synthétique, ce qui ajoute au confort. Mention spéciale pour la salle de bain semi-ouverte, qui évite toute sensation d’humidité – un vrai plus ! Le propriétaire a été également incroyable : il nous a dépanné à deux reprises avec son scooter, a organisé une sortie snorkeling à Manta Bay (tout était clé en main), et a même réservé notre taxi de départ à un tarif préférentiel. L’emplacement est idéal : à 5 minutes à pied de Dream Beach et à 10 minutes de Mushroom Bay, avec plein de bons warungs accessibles à pied. Je recommande cette guest house les yeux fermés! PASSE TON CHEMIN ET NE REVIENT PAS

L'accueil est fade La piscine fuit, des carreaux sont manquant, des chenilles y flottent en grand nombre, il n'y a pas de nettoyage Les chambres ne sont pas entretenues, robinetterie, carrelage, climatisation etc. tout est vétuste, usé et pas très propre L'eau des douches n'est pas toujours chaude et la clim ne fait pas toujours du froid et se coupe toute seule. O n y a trouvé des crottes de souris Le petit déjeuner est médiocre Le rapport/qualité prix n'est vraiment pas bon Et le pire a été la réservation, nous avions réservé 4 chambres (4 familles) pour 3 nuits via Booking en décembre 24 pour avril 25, 1 heure avant notre arrivée la réservation d'une chambre a été annulée et reportée sur un autre hôtel pour 2 nuits (la chambre n'était pas prête avec des mauvaises odeurs et une colonie de fourmis). La raison évoquée pour le changement est passé par la clim en panne, pas d'électricité, carrelage cassé, pas d'eau, etc. La vrai raison a été obtenue après que nous ayons insisté pour voir la chambre défectueuse. La chambre avait été louée à une autre personne "surbooking", le mensonge et la perte de confiance c'est ajouté à la mauvaise impression générale. Après plusieurs recherches dans différents hôtels aux alentours (perte de temps), Nous avons fini par trouver une chambre digne de se nom. Ce n'est pas normal que Booking conserve cette adresse, surtout que d'après les avis ce n'est pas la première fois que cela arrive. A FUIR ABSOLUMENT!!!

Annulation de la chambre de nos amis la veille car ils l’ont loué à quelqu’un d’autre. Et ils ont menti longuement avant de l’admettre. Et proposition d’un autre hôtel moins bien classé. C’est inadmissible !
