Budget friendly with a million dollar view

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Oka 7 Bungalow. The rooms are large but modest, with a small fridge and kettle for tea and coffee, but no safe box. While the furnishings are a little dated, everything was reasonably clean and functional. We stayed in room four, where the bed was huge and very comfortable. The view from the room is spectacular and absolutely worth the 100 or so stairs you need to climb. There is a small shared pool to service the bungalows, which is perfect for cooling down before starting the climb back up. Lots of options for bars and restaurants are nearby, and if you hire a scooter it’s less than a three-minute ride to many more options along the main street, or around a seven-minute walk via the beach. Breakfast was good—nothing five star, but it was clearly made by the staff with heart. You get what you pay for, but we can honestly say we were not disappointed with this cheap and cheerful accommodation.

Perfect location and fantastic staff

Location was fantastic!!! The staff were great and as in Bali very helpful. Breakfast was simple but it was all we needed to start each day. The rooms are simple and a bit old but they are all you need.

Laundry was slow so pool towels were hard to come by.

Was really easy to get to from the port just a 2 min walk. There is a nice pool of decent size. The staff were lovely, super nice and helpful. Helped us hire scooters. Breakfast included!

Lovely staff and location. However, not worth the price

The view is beautiful and staff are very chatty and kind.

No amenities in the room. You are only given 1 towel and that is it. No bottled water, no bath mats, no face cloth, our shampoo and body wash was empty the whole stay, even the bin next to the toilet wasn’t emptied from the previous guests… We had no hot water the whole time we were there. We told the staff multiple times but didn’t have one warm shower. On our last day, there was absolutely no water, couldn’t even flush the toilet. We were offered $30 compensation… staff are really lovely, and location is great. I just think the cleanliness and lack of amenities and hot water need to be addressed for the price we paid…

Great place for the price.

Location was excellent! Short walk to two beaches, ferry, roof top restaurants and a fabulous spa( Spring). Pool and sitting area were nice. Owner was sweet.

Unforgettable trip to Nusa Lembongan

The staff were lovely and helpful, the huge comfortable bed, the pool, the breakfast and a great location. Views were fabulous. Had been nervous about it with all the stairs as we had our toddler with us, but it was totally fine.

We loved our stay at Oka 7 and would happily recommended it to other travellers.

Our 4 day stay at Oka 7 was absolutely wonderful. We spent one night in room 9, right at the top with stunning views over the bay, however, you need to be mindful that there are approximately 130 steps to go up and down. We then moved to number 4 which was perfect for us and still had beautiful views. There is a restaurant right in front of Oka 7 so some of the view of the bay is blocked but there is a small pool with some seating which is a great way to cool off after exploring all day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and breakfast over looking the bay each morning was a great way to start the day. We hired scooters to explore both Nusa Lembongan and Ceningan Island which is the best way to get around, however many of the roads are in disrepair so be careful. We caught the Setia ferry to and from Sanur which is one of the newer ferries so it was very modern and comfortable. We loved our stay on Nusa Lembognan at Oka 7 and hope to revisit again one day.

Besides one of the best locations on Lembongan, the staff are the standout feature of this property, Puti, Imron, Riccardo and Wyan took exceptional care of my every want. Thank you gents!

Not mad about the patrons from the new Riva Bar in front of Oka using Oka's toilet - 2 ugly incidents happened during my 9 night stay where bar patrons just "took over" with little or no regard for Oka guests.

Amazing hotel and great value for money.

This hotel is amazing. It is only small (7 rooms I think) and each one is an individual bunglow. They all have beautiful views of the sea with boats sitting in harbour. Fantastic location accessible from a cobbled path with a bar/restaurant directly opposite and lots of lovely bars/restaurants and good air conditioning. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel - it was like staying in paradise.

Not bad but not worth the money!

Nice view depending on bungalow. Stuff was nice and tried to help!

It was kinda dirty, just the main areas were cleaned but area like under the bed were really dirty. Toilet was leaking and bathroom was smelly, mosquito net was not really working, WiFi was working depending on the bungalow. Since it is on a hill you have a nice view depending the bungalow, but you also need to walk 100+ stairs up. All in all It just felt not comfortable, especially not worth the price. We thought we spend some more money to have sth nice but it was worse than other accommodations we had in Indonesia, and more pricey. It felt like money making.

Great service from the staff who were always happy to help and answer our questions. Really appreciated their help with carrying our cases. They make a good breakfast too. Also the view from our Bungalow was amazing.

The lack of hot water showers. Seriously my hot water lasted all of 55 seconds, then COLD. Sure it’s warm weather but we expect a hot shower in this level of accommodation. I had to ask every day for daily water allowance, when booking room it says daily water. Also had to ask for my rubbish to be emptied, we were staying 5 days, I expect rubbish to be cleaned every day. Towels were only offered fresh every 2nd day. I heard an older woman ask about. Hot water, she had 2 days of cold showers. The young guy working at Oka Laughed and said oops I will turn it on for your room!!! That’s unacceptable to me.
