Pretty good place to stay when in Lembongan

Ocean front, helpful staff, very nice pool.

Access road is quite terrible, especially after dark and after rain. Although it's only a few hundred meters, but they are very unpleasant. Breakfast was fairly basic.

Great unwind at Lembongan Seaview

The villa is in an amazing location, with beach access. The people and staff are great and the grounds are beautiful. The villas are nicely decorated, well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast is also good. We loved to stay here. I can completely recommend it, and it is great value for money.

We stayed for over 20 days and housekeeping wasn't always the same quality. We would have loved a deep clean every week to maintain the room cleanliness, but overall not bad or dirty just could have been a bit more thorough. The road leading to the hotel would need to be fixed up.

Stunning

The staff are so lovely and go out of their way to help. They organised snorkelling for us and even drove us there on their motorbikes as we didn’t feel comfortable driving ourselves. The location is lovely and quiet but still close to some yummy restaurants. The pool is stunning.

Super friendly owner, great view and potential for improvement

Wayan was super kind, welcoming, attentive and helpful. The nice pool and the amazing view are a great asset of this Hotel. Scooters are available for rent directly at the Hotel, which is very convenient.

Reasons for not giving a better rating: - It was one of the more expensive Hotels during our 3 week holiday in Indonesia. Compared to other Hotels a rating >9 seems too high for us - The room was quite dark and especially the bathroom was a bit worn out - The outdoor area is kept in excellent condition. Unfortunately, this was not quite the case with our room - The first scooter seemed a bit shaky/unstable to drive. 2nd one was better, but some maintenance may generally be required - The road to the Hotel partly in terrible condition. A new layer of gravel at the worst spots would definitely help a lot

As soon as you arrive, you are treated like family. Wayan, Ketut & Tammy are so friendly & are amazing at keeping this gorgeous boutique resort clean & looking fantastic (Tammy also does a mean cocktail!). A perfect location overlooking the ocean & Nusa Ceningan. Everything was perfect, we couldn’t find any negatives, very hard to say goodbye but we will be back!!!

It was a quiet little Gem , Wayan and his staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help , they organised a snorkelling tour for us which was fantastic! The breakfast included was lovely, it was so peaceful sitting around the pool watching the waves roll in . It was within walking distance to a great restaurant, we hired a buggy to get around the island which was a lot of fun. Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back !

Beautiful location and property

Beautiful small and quiet family run property overlooking the sea. Perfect spot to relax with a beer after a day of diving. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. There was a nice simple breakfast with juice, fruit and a choice of eggs, pancake etc. Room was very clean, comfy, plenty big enough and had very good aircon. Staff sorted out our boat/airport transfer and bike hire. Secluded location but still walkable to restaurants. Highly recommend!

The road is very bumpy so might not be suitable if you aren’t comfortable driving a scooter.

Wonderful location right at sea

A wonderfully located accommodation, right at sea. Peaceful, clean, proper breakfast (simple but good, including fruits, a dish you can choose, coffee/tea and juice), lovely and helpful staff. This is a family business, which makes it even nicer. The views are amazing, the pool is nice and the rooms are great too. Highly recommended!

Great traditional stay, amazing view with very friendly staff

We really enjoyed our stay at Lembongan Seaview, it’s a little distance from the main swimming beaches but you can hire a scooter from the front desk which was around $9 AUD a day. We did the snorkelling tour through the accommodation as well, it was $40 each (two of us) for a 3-4hr private boat and guide, it was very cool we saw turtles, manta rays, lots of coral and fish (note: take a motion sickness tablet if you get seasick).

Favourite place to stay in Bali 10/10

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The accommodation was beautifully designed and impeccably clean. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The pool was a highlight - huge and super relaxing, perfect for unwinding. But what really made our stay stand out was the incredible staff - they were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. From booking taxis to arranging trips, they were always happy to assist. Can't recommend this hotel enough!

No negatives - had an amazing stay! I would reccomend to the hotel maybe getting a water cooler/dispenser at reception for guests to use to cut down on the volume of plastic bottles we used

i think i have explained it all in my above review

First impression was great as the tide was in and the view very pretty. However as the tide went out the full magnitude of what has taken place over the last couple of years became fully visible. The entire sea in front of us as well as the majority of the beach around the island have been hijacked by locals. Let me explain as it was told to me. During Covid the locals has no visible income so they started farming in the sea. Seaweed and other crops which I don’t know the name of their sticks and farming areas were very clear when the tide goes out. Apparently the lovely photos on the brochure and on booking.com were all taken before Covid. I love swimming in the sea and although there was a pretty infinity pool you had to travel some distance to actually have the opportunity of swimming in the sea. In fact there are very few areas not affected by the farming. Yes loads of surfers come to their island for the waves beyond the breakwaters and they will continue to come but if the locals don’t wake up and realise that the majority of us come for the island and a beach holiday their tourism will be drastically affected. I know that i personally will not recommend this island. I wish to stress that this has no bearing on the staff and their service. I also found the room totally acceptable and although i had a wonderful view from my verandah it was very very disappointing too find that you could not swim in the sea as their were steps right onto the beach. Their so called dream beach was ok but rather small and i was told that when the tide does come in very little of the beach remains.. I did snorkelling excursions over too `Nusa `Pinda which was great. However the rest of the island is in poor state of repair. Roads are shocking and eco tourism just does not exist beaches are littered with rubbish each time the tide goes out and nothing it done to even attempt to tidy it up. In addition rubbish is everywhere and the entire island was disappointing.

the lack of swimming beaches and the total lack of any attempt at keeping the island clean and free from not only rubbish washed up on the beaches but the fact that rubbish was piled up everywhere. The roads were shocking in fact the 400 meter track to the hotel was just that a track. Certainly no island paradise.

Family run hotel where everyone is focused on making sure you have a pleasant stay

Location is very far from central area requiring a taxi ride to restaurants, shopping and beaches; the beach in front of the hotel has garbage on it; the pool lounge chair cushions are old, dirty and stained; the ocean in front of hotel is not swimmable and used for seaweed farming; the bathroom tiles need a power scrubbing;

Relaxing stay with a sensational view and lovely staff.

The view from the property was incredible. Looking out over the seaweed farms while laying by the pool was so relaxing, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff made the experience extra special. They were so helpful with any questions we had, organizing taxis and tours and just being so kind. I would absolutely recommend Lembongan Seaview.

Perfect Stay

Perfect location for a relaxing getaway but for also being close to all the action. I would recommend hiring a scooter if staying here to get around the island. Wayan was an incredibly welcoming host that made us feel very welcome. Great pool and accomodation facilities that were kept very clean.

Off the beaten track with great views and within walking distance to restaurants.

The property is very serene and quiet and overlooks a seaweed farm. You can hear the surf crash in the distance all day long. The pool is nice but very deep with a ledge on one side. The beds are very comfortable.

The staff, especially Wayan, were beyond amazing! The location is slightly away from the more commercialised area and feels like you get the true Bali experience watching the seaweed farmers in the morning, while still having all the comforts!

We had a noisy gecko in our room but thats the price for staying in nature :)

Best stay in lembongan!!

Everything! Wayan, the owner, gives you a big warm welcome and explains everything about the island. I booked the seeview stay and its absolutely amazing! The restaurant is really good all the staff are so nice! And I dont drive a scooter but there are many places you can go with a walk or ask the hotel if someone can pick you up. I never want to go home:) there is also a supermarket in the street. Anddd is has a private beach!!!

Affordable and pleasant stay! Would visit again

Very clean and the staff were so friendly! We arrived with no set itinerary or idea about what to do and within 10 minutes of arriving, the owner had helped us create our itinerary for the weekend and booked us onto snorkelling tour as well as arrange scooter. We struggled to get cash from ATMs because there’s only three on the island and they don’t all work but the hotel sorted private transfer (paid them cash) and charged us by card.

Suitable for couples wanting to escape for the Bali sellers.

The hotel was perfect if you like the quiet zone on the opposite side of the island. The bed is new and very comfortable. Love the shower. I was lucky enough to be right in front of the pool looking over the ocean view. While breakfast was limited but beautiful. There are a lot of nice restaurants around the area and in walking distance.

Staff were friendly and enjoyed a conservation offering suggestions on what to do in the area.

Place that feels like home

There was nothing I didn't like about this accommodation. We had a wonderful view from the rooms, the sound of the waves was extremely relaxing, there was a cute pool area, breakfast was simple however absolutely delicious. Honestly I would return any day, I had the best time in Nusa Lembongan and this place was a big part of it. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were really cozy.

The only thing that I did not enjoy was a road from the main road to the Seaview hotel however it's a shared road and it doesn't belong to the property. Riding a scooter on these rocks was a bit scary.

Exceptional 5 nights stay at Sea View!!

Everything!! Our 5 night stay at Sea View was amazing. Wayan & his beautiful family were so welcoming, helpful & friendly, honestly, they couldn’t do enough for us. Stunning bungalows, bathroom, balcony. The changing view is so nice, from a beautiful sea view to gorgeous seaweed farms, lovely to watch the farmers tend to these. Loved watching all this from in the pool! The food was delicious! Great that the property is off the main road, so quiet & peaceful but only a 5 minute walk away from a supermarket, massage spa & restaurants. Including the popular Mama Mia restaurant. We would highly recommend Lembongan Sea View 🌴

Lovey stay, lovely staff, clean

We had a lovely stay at Lembongan Seaview. The place has a great vibe, the room is a bit dark, but it doesn’t bother that much. Breakfast was good, the view is nice, although when the tide is low all you see is seaweed. The staff is very friendly and gave us some great tips and recommendations. They also have scooter rental at a good price, although the road to the location is quite bumpy and weird for a few hundred meters. Would stay here again.
