The Jingga Villas

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The island is quite small, and much like neighboring Nusa Ceningan, every point of interest is easily accessible within 15 minutes by scooter. Please note that walking around these islands is difficult due to narrow roads with limited infrastructure; I highly recommend renting a scooter or utilizing the local buggy taxi services. The hotel is conveniently located near the famous Yellow Bridge. While the north side of the island is generally busy and crowded, this hotel offers a peaceful, quiet escape where the only sound you hear is the birds. The property is lush, green, and features a lovely pool with a manta ray statue. The rooms are clean, and the open-air bathroom setup behind the bungalows is a unique touch. A few tips for future guests: Access: The 50-meter road leading from the main street to the hotel is a bit bumpy. Amenities: There are no mosquito repellents in the rooms, so I suggest picking some up from a local market. Dining: The breakfast selection is quite simple. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, embodying the wonderful hospitality typical of Bali. They also provide convenient on-site scooter rentals and taxi services. Travel Tip: Before your trip, check the moon phases for tide information. Also, planning a combined trip to Nusa Penida and this island would make for a much more efficient itinerary.
