Reynten Hill

We liked the open bathroom and spacious bed.

It was quite difficult to arrive there and was advertised as being much closer to beaches than was true.

We loved the gardens and the view of Mt Batur

It was a little remote but that was a good thing too.

The property has a great value grateful clean be great Seaview also amazing stuff rental of the bike if needed and clean all the services were provided. We could leave our staff until 3 pm after the checkout so it was also great.

The only thing is that the bathroom is looks like it’s been used already and it needs a renovation. The bus stops and the shower and the shower bottles were not that great so all bathroom needs renovation.

The rooms were quite nice. Good view from the bar. Generally quiet.

The photos of the pool need updating. The pool is in a different location and there’s now a building been built in front of it obstructing the view of the volcano and the sea - this was the main reason I booked the property so it was disappointing when I arrived. The property is very isolated and up roads that aren’t really suitable for driving. Food was poor and there wasn’t clear communication about how to order this. It also took over a hour to come once ordered. Rooms were ok but not finished to a good standard or cleaned properly. The prearranged taxi driver also tried to charge me 50,000 rupiah more than the agreed amount. There also weren’t any cushions for the sun loungers so they were uncomfortable. They also spent hours cleaning the pool one of the days I was there so wasn’t very relaxing when I was there. This is not a 4 star place.
