Great location
No tea or coffee making facilities, shower not the cleanest. Pool small and not easily accessible. Overpriced and overrated.

Amazing location, loved that they offered yoga on site, cute gift shop at the front.
The pool was unfortunately not up to scratch and looked quite dirty and nobody swims in it. No room cleaning unless requested.

Great location and staff are very friendly
When I let them know I had bedbugs in my room and showed them, they were polite and offered a free meal, i let them know I needed to pay for laundry and allergy medication (I have probably 50-60 bites all over my body that are very itchy) the staff kindly said they couldn’t do anything because of their manager, i let them know the manager could speak to me directly; and then they offered a 50% discount. They maintained kindness through out but I was disappointed that they did not offer better resolution and I had to push gently . The manager never spoke with me unfortunately .

The staff are all so lovely. Super helpful, incredibly friendly and funny, and easy to communicate with. All staff made us feel very welcome. The rooms are beautiful and beds comfortable. The location is perfect and close to so much within walking distance or a short and affordable taxi which can be found almost anywhere along to roads. we hired motorbikes which can be hired right next door.

Close to the road. Maybe noisy . Small pool.

The rooms upstairs with balconies were ok. It’s very close to the action of JunganBatu
The rooms downstairs are very dark, and smell super funky. They tried to cover the smell with cleaning products but that chemical smell gave us headaches. It’s not the staff’s fault, it’s old plumbing in a developing country and no amount of cleaning can fix it.
The pool looks quite lovely in the picture but in real life we were underwhelmed. The look was grotty at best.

The hotel is charming and the location was good for walking to restaurants and beach. Upstairs room was spacious with a nice balcony.
Rooms are not serviced which in itself is not a problem for me but our downstairs room smelled quite damp and was not super clean. You need to request for new towels and refills of water.
Beds are very firm , not that comfortable when you are used to western hotel beds.
The pool is way smaller than it looks in the pictures on hotel website, was ok for a quick plunge to cool off.

Super chilled vibe. Staff amazing.
Good delicious
Musty mouldy smell in both rooms.
Sound like an air horn going off with the plumbing issues woke us up in the night.

The atmosphere was amazing. Loving healthy yoga vibes and kind dogs running around great location.
Bathroom hygiene could be a little better.

Breakfast was enjoyable. Good position. Staff were exceptional. Nothing was a problem. Great value for money. We even called in and said goodbye when we were leaving Nusa Lembongan.
We were happy with all aspects of our stay at Isla Indah.

Great location, in the middle of the main drag so lots of different cafes, restaurants a few minutes walk. Beach access close by. The staff were delightful. Big smiles and ready to help you with anything you need. Nice calm vibe with yoga studio upstairs and health shop out front. Maria went out of her way to help me when I had a problem with my room and I was moved to a new room without much fuss. And also helped with my ferry connections even before I arrived and a time change on my out.
The pool is a bit odd, however was not an issue for me as I chose the hotel for ease of access to the beach where I spent most days. There was a really strange squawking noise that was really loud and intermittent through the night. Apparently power supply. I wasn’t surprised that they had provided ear plugs! Which I needed 2 nights in a row. Management really need to get that fixed and then this will be a really good value place to stay.

We got a nice welcome drink and the shop area hold a high standard for both clothing and products. You could refill your water. Location is good with a short walk from the beach and located on the same street as many restaurants.
Room were spacious, a bit of a wierd corner in the end with no decoration, looked a bit forgotten. Big bathrooms but would appreciate towel hangers close to the shower and not above the toilet didn’t feel to fresh having them there.
We unfortunately didn’t feel very welcome and decide not to extend our stay here. We got mistaken twice for someone else and were asked so sign other bills even if there was only like 8 rooms to keep track of. The only place that took a deposit, eaither 700k or passport. In the room there was a list of all items and their value if lost from lamp shades and bed linnen to the cork screw. We never had this before and felt almost like we didn’t dare to touch anything.
Maybe this was because we made our booking on Booking.com, but our hope was to do this as a yoga & surf retreat. We couldn’t book that as a package. We asked the hotel when checking in and they forwarded us to a ”activity booking” what’s app phone no. Took a day to get respons and just got told to check with reception. Went back to reception and just got the yoga schedule in my hand. Just felt like being ”passing on”, no one wanted to help us. We went to the Monkey surfing ourselves to try to book but they were full. Went to a yoga class and that was the most stressful I’ve ever experienced. The power lady screaming ”inhale exhale” with the same energy as she was screaming ”action” for a movie. Loudly counting down on every pose. The level of the class was good, but the stress level were just high and felt more like a gym session.
The reception/shop front door was locked in the night but the back door to our rooms were always left wide open.
In Bali we have only met friendly and helpful people and this was the first place we didn’t feel so.

The place was one of the best we stayed in. The rooms were beautiful and like brand new. They are also extremely clean. The bathroom was also lovely and again one of the best we have had in Bali! I honestly couldn’t fault the place!

It was nice and looked nice and reasonable quiet
We stayed for 5 nights and they never cleaned the room
Once and it got rather dirty with the dirt outside. Also the pool area could have been better

Aircon and hot water work well. It's centrally located right near the ferry port.
The photos are deceiving. Price is far too high for what you get. We paid 1.2mil rupiah a night, at this price you would expect a lot more. There was dirt all outside the rooms , so every time you walked into your room it dragged dirt and dust into your space. We stayed four nights and it was heavy, flooding rain for two days. We asked for cleaning as there was a lot of dirt and mud in the room if they could please refresh. First day they told us it was too late, we asked at 11am. So, we asked if the cleaners could do it the following day, they said yes. The following day we left the keys with the reception and went out for the day to Penida, we left around 9:30am. We got home around 6pm and no cleaning or refreshment was done. We were on holiday , so didn't wake extremely early and 9:30am should be fine for cleaners...
I've stayed in many other places in Lembongan and paid 400,000 (or less ) rupiah a night and felt the accommodation and service was much more valuable.
Very disappointed with the stay and wouldn't stay again. We wanted to move to a different accommodation from the arrival, but they have many signs saying they don't refund money for nights not stayed, so I guess they've had so many people walk out...

I was sad my time here came to an end! Mimi and Rina (front desk) were so helpful!
I loved staying at this yoga retreat center with restaurant and shop in the front. Location was good. I loved my balcony on the second floor. I asked for a tea kettle and they brought me one! I loved the mini fridge and reusable glass water container and cups.
They cleaned my room when I asked.
I didn’t use their pool.
They offered laundry service, but I found it cheaper at a local laundry service nearby.
Breakfast wasn’t included, but they have reasonably priced breakfast sets.
I went snorkeling, organized by the hotel. We walked to the boat area. Very reasonably priced. Start time, 8am. You return before noon. We saw a mantra ray and sea turtle!
It’s super minor, but maybe just a nuisance to me. I wanted to use the mosquito net. One part needed to be replaced as it didn’t close all the way, so then it was completely useless. I asked them to change it, so instead they gave me mosquito spray and a plug-in …🫣
I’m sure mosquito nets aren’t super expensive. If you’re advertising having one, it should work. I’ve never had an issue before at other places that offered mosquito nets.
Again, just a minor nuisance. Everything else was great. maybe no one else has complained. 🤷🏼♀️

Love that the room was cream and bright. The little balcony was lovely. Lots of privacy. Super clean and comfy. Free water to reduce plastic. The oil diffuser in the room. The air con is not on top of the bed so perfect to sleep without freezing. A very lovely and peaceful atmosphere. Will go back

Very clean and spacious, beautifully decorated room, providing somehow a very spiritual atmosphere! Very comfortable king sized bed with a mosquito net, spacious and elegant bathroom. A very nice touch was provided by the available sarongs/ morning robes in the room. Since we asked for a ground floor room (cos of the baby pram), it was cool even without the air con working, good isolation and green shade. The staff were amazing, the food very tasty and healthy, the coffee was the best on our Indonesien vacation. They offer a lot of yoga classes but we didn't have time to attend (were diving every day). I will stay again there on our next visit, it felt so welcoming and relaxing.
The pool could be a bit bigger. No other objections, a very welcoming place. Everything felt just right. Congratulations to the management and staff.

The friendly staff, shop and yoga classes offered. Good air conditioning and comfortable bed.
The cockerels next door crowing loudly all night from 2.30am!! And the lack of housekeeping during our 4 night stay - although changed our towels when we asked at reception and provided more toilet roll when we pointed out we’d run out. Also the booking.com description for the hotel says it’s 20 metres from the beach but this isn’t correct, it’s on a road setback that runs parallel to the beach maybe 400 metres away.
