We did not end up staying here.

No staff on site- rooms were not as described. Air conditioning not working. No safety box. Room not on ground level.

Staff were fantastic and great at organising bikes and snorkelling tour for us which we loved The Villa’s had a lovely traditional feel to them The breakfast was delicious

Perfect spot, nice Japanese restaurant onsite, tired bathroom but comfy beds and beautiful staff. Great value for money

Quiet, great central location, supermarkets and cafes, warungs, restaurants, 24 hour medical centre nearby. Scooter rental onsite, basic 3 option breakfast provided, rooms made up daily, beautiful gardens and small clean but older pool with about 6 loungers, staff beautiful, kind, helpful.

Rooms bit tired, bathroom smelt dank/ mouldy, outdoor look ruined by big sheets asbestos and pipes etc. No hand towel or bathmat available even after we asked. Needed to ask for loo roll and tissues and a towel rack to dry towels etc as not a single shelf or hook to hang things in bathroom. Little bar fridge a bit rusty and mouldy and no ice tray. However obliging , kind , helpful staff made up for this.

Relaxing, comfortable and friendly!

Comfortable beds, amazing staff, nice breakfast, great location and great value. Staff helped us organize a snorkelling tour and scooter rentals.

Not the properties fault but there were a lot of loud dogs barking all night.

Blissful, very relaxing and comfortable

The place is so tranquil and so peaceful, spacious and relaxing. I loved the outdoor shower and the swimming pool. Staff are lovely and the location is very central, between mushroom bay and sunset beach and dream beach. Would love to stay here again!

Amazing - won’t regret going !

The place is insanely nice for the price given. Big nice space with a lovely outdoor bathroom!! Most comfortable bed we’d had so far on our trip. Personal was so kind and made a special valentine decoration for us even. Super good location. All in all would have stayed longer and would definitely come back.

Lovely accommodation and clean

Property was lovely and looked exactly how it does in the pictures. Pool was great. The outdoor bathroom feels strange at first but I actually quite liked it.

We booked a 2 bedroom bungalow which had a joining door between the bedrooms. No issues with this but the air conditioning was not working at all in one of the bedrooms and the second bedroom it was temperamental and kept cutting out. Both rooms also had a fan which did not work. Had these worked, the issue with air conditioning wouldn’t have been a problem. Also you will always require a net over the bed. The mosquitoes are bad and no getting away from them in the room.

In the middle of the island but for us a great point to start

Lovely location and well located villa. It was in the middle of the island and therefor we did rent a scooter which was very reasonable priced at the hotel. And we were able to go everywhere. Breakfast was simple but good. Overall great value for the money we paid

A beautiful place but overall disappointing.

The pool and the garden were beautiful by day time. The rooms were large and clean. The staff on site was super kind and helpful.

The description and the pictures are not the reality. The agency managing the Villa is not on site and is barely communicating (with a lack of consideration). We booked a family room and received two separate rooms. There is not light in the garden or the pool. No drinking water available except on demand at the restaurant. Some lights had issues in the room. The water is barely hot, and only in the evening.

Great place to stay!

Great location! We arrived at mushroom beach and it was just a 700 meter walk. (Depending on which boat firm you can arrive at a different beach) it is a bit in the middle of the island and therefore easy to go to other places. We rented a scooter from them as on this island you can not go without. Every afternoon we spend an hour or so at the pool which the kids loved. Great place! Could really recommend

One evening we had no power and there was no one there we had to call them. And then it was fixed within 15 minutes

The areas around the pool could be tidied up and better kept with weeding, some lighting and updating of cushions on sun loungers. Storage areas could be screened from public view. Only small things but it would make such a difference to this lovely property!

The location was fantastic close walk to mushroom beach. Comfortable beds and pillows. Pool was nice.

It was quite loud at night with motorbikes going past and dogs howling as so close to main road. Lots of mosquitoes if you keep the nets closed then it is ok.

Amazing big room with comfortable bed and even more amazing and big outside bathroom.

Pool was nice and clean but equipment around like especially pool sofa and chairs were without maintenance, pretty dirty. It requires probably daily care.

Beautiful place with a lush greenery surrounded pool, stunning art work decoration, spacious room, very comfy bed, loved the outdoor bathroom with plants (rained one time though and then it gets wet 😅) aaah and the staff is amazing, very sweet and friendly. You can hire scooters there easily.

The guesthouse is close to a junction so be aware of scooter and car noise depending on how sensitive you are. The sunbeds look like they've seen better times 🤣 but that's just minor things, I can definitely recommend this place

A really nice place to stay in Lembongan on a central spot. Silent at night. Good hot shower(with a big flow) and cool airconditioning. Verry comfortabel beds! Good breakfast and nice refreshing pool. And all that for a good price.

Such a beautiful place to stay especially for the price! The staff were amazing, they have a wee shop and restaurant connected at the front of property that made things easy when you need something. Good location, we had scooters tho so that made it easy to explore. Really good pancakes for breakfast. Good deep pool too! Would stay again!

The only thing i didn't like was no warm shower, and that's fine during the day or once you get use to it but I get cold easy so was a bit cold for my liking. In saying that though I think it's normal for accommodation on this beautiful wee island to not have hot water.

Beautiful relaxing calm stay.

The villa was truly beautiful, especially for the price we got it at. It was quiet, relaxing, peaceful, close to everything and we just all around enjoyed our stay. they have their own convenience store attached too so very very convenient and easy to grab snacks/water from without having to walk far. The staff were lovely and accommodating, the staff at their Teppanyaki restaurant were great too. We hired two scooters which was great, easy to get around and close to everything. breakfast was good, pancakes, eggs, fresh fruit/fresh juice and Balinese coffee 👌🏼 The room size of the villa was huge, great for a family with a large deck overlooking some beautiful palms. A day bed out front too.

We pretty much loved everything. Shower was a little low on pressure but other than that everything was great.
