Relaxed and comfortable stay near mushroom beach

Close to Mushroom beach and lots of good cafes and restaurants. The pool villa was nice to swim in after a beach swim. Good walking distance to Tamarind beach and spas.Aircon in rooms were very good and beds were comfortable.

Kitchen, living and bathrooms are all a bit outdated. Kitchen was not really usable. Would have preferred the living area to be air conditioned as well. A bit far away from the action and trendier restaurants at JungutBatu and because we did not choose to ride scooters (family of four) we had to pay 150,000 for a mini truck to take us back and forth which became pretty expensive.

The staff are amazing and always so very helpful within the restrictions of their management.

The property is in a beautiful location and the daily staff are fantastic.

The property has a few minor issues with the bathrooms smelling and in need of a renovation. We inquired about pricing on three different occasions we have stayed if we book directly with the office and it was more expensive than Booking.com and they would not price match. The breakfast is not available until 8am so if you have morning activities you will not get breakfast.

Perfect small accommodation, clean and friendly staff

Exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa. It was great value for money and the villa with pool was one of our favourites so far. Awesome to have the restaurant on site too and a short stroll away from mushroom Beach. I will definitely recommend this property.

We had the three bedroom villa. It was ideal for our family. Loved the private pool and space. Breakfast delivered to the room daily. Staff were superb, so friendly and helpful. Assisted with booking golf cart etc. restaurant attached was great. Daily cleaning on villa.

Some of the cupboards were a bit damaged. But nothing major. It was excellent but comparison to other hotels. This is not related to the hotel. Warning to anyone staying, don’t use the money exchange up hill of the hotel. It’s close by, only 25m. The operator is an extremely skilled magician who can count money, ask you to count and confirm. Then make some money disappear. We had $100 scammed. So disappointing. The island life and local people were amazing. This guy left a bad taste in our mouths. We reported to hotel staff who were disgusted and equally surprised.

We rented the 3 bedroom Villa with private pool. 6 adults in our 2 families. The location is amazing for the price being so close to the beautiful Mushroon Bay Beach. Plenty of great places to eat, including the resturant on the property. There were only a coupe of villas and a communal pool which we also enjoyed using. Breakfast is brought to the villa each morning. The entire villa was made up each day.

The included breakfast was a little cold at times. It was our first time staying in a villa so it was hard to get used to not having unlimited towels etc.

A delightful small resort with pleasing features in a great location.

Great location, close to Mushroom Beach and many options for food and coffee. Surrounded by Warungs. Enjoyed the pool area. The family three bedroom accommodation was superb. Staff were accommodating in helping arrange motorbike hire and providing a slightly earlier breakfast on the day we left.

Having the shower area directly inside the bathroom door in the double rooms (so you had to traverse the wet floor to get to the sink or toilet) is a design fault.

Pleasant stay, very friendly staff!

Nice location close to Mushroom beach and dive schools. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious.

I read in other reviews that the place can use some maintenance. This is true, but it didn’t really disturb me. What can be improved is that some bed linnen needs to be replaced.

A fantastic stay with outstanding staff – they went above and beyond to help when my son got sick.

I honestly can't fault this experience. The facilities were excellent, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. When my boy got sick, they went above and beyond to support us—even when the Wi-Fi dropped out, one of the staff kindly let us tether from his personal phone. That kind of care really meant a lot. I can't rate this place highly enough and will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Beautiful Mushroom Bay, away from the crowds.

The restaurant, which has an extensive menu and very reasonable prices, the friendly staff and the location. I also enjoyed the live music each night which was usually finished by 9.

As we had 2 gluten intolerant people in the family, some other breakfast items would have been good, such as baked beans and bacon. The only options were eggs, fruit (which were great!) gluten pancakes and gluten toast.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS ACCOMPDATION

The only good thing about this property is that it’s close to mushroom beach

From the first moment we entered this property they were rude and they were making faces and talking behind, we entered the villa which is way more different than the picture, the room is too small even for opening your luggage, there is no concept of cleaning in this property, during our 4 days of staying towels never changed, they only make the beds!!! Everything you touch it finishes, from the paper tissue to soap to shower gel to …. They put an automatic spray in the room to cover the smell of the mold that is all over the room, they covered all molds with wallpaper and even some parts molds are visible and the wallpaper is wet. Everything is sooo old and disgusting and needs to be trashed. All the bed is full of stains and the breakfast apart from being terrible is between 8 to 10 and you need to order a day in advance and they put behind your door. And the weirdest part is that someone sleeps on the ground of the reception each night !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Enjoyable stay

We stayed in the family villa which we enjoyed. Villa was large with a decent size pool. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location is great and super quiet even with the Villa being along the roadside. Just a short stroll to Mushroom Bay and lots of restaurants and activities.

There was a couple of times when water stopped working but staff did their best to sort it out.

This was our fourth stay at the villas but this time we found it a little lacking. The rooms are getting a little tired. The mosquito nets above the bed are dusty and stained and need to be taken down and cleaned. The rooms need a good clean, especially under and behind the bed - dust really irritated my wife’s allergies. We had to ask daily for a mattress for the sun beds to be set up around the pool (funnily enough the day the owner was there all the beds were set up around the pool and the umbrella’s)

The staff are exceptional, beautiful people. The location... it feels like the Bali of old. Everything you need and just a two minute walk to the most aqua blue beach. Total value for money.

We had the 3 bedroom villa. It was quite spacious, breakfast included everyday. Staff were nice, particularly April. It was in a good location, not far from Mushroom Bay Beach which was the best swimming beach on the Island in my opinion.

Kitchen didn’t have bowls so it was hard to have cereal for the children. Especially on the days we needed to leave early for tour and not able to wait for breakfast. There was only wine glasses so hard to give the kids a drink.

Solid place to stay near mushroom bay

Location is fantastic for dive center, restaurants, and ferries to Mushroom Bay Staff are very nice! Pool and deck are great Wall mounted TV was solid

Weird weird smell from the bathroom...almost like a sewer backup. It came and went...but we had to make sure to keep the bathroom door tightly closed or it was overpowering the room Some guests with young kids were very loud and in the pool often...not that the owners of the villa can control this, but it wasn't ideal at times

The private villa was devine. Spacious, super cold air con. Pool area was lovely.

There were some problems with the water pump which was a bit frustrating but the staff worked hard to fix it. The breakfast included isn’t needed. Better off doing vouchers for restaurant next door.

Nice location near to restaurants and the beach.

Close to beach and restaurants. Quiet location with small pool with water features. The l good restaurant was next door to the hotel with a very nice coffee and cake shop.

The bathroom had a strong sewage smell, no water supplied, quite a few mosquitos ,but a mosquito net was supplied, also the breakfast served on our balcony was very basic, and we stopped getting their breakfast and ate ate the restaurant next door .The swimming pool had some very loose boards and tiles as you entered the pool.

Ideal location to explore Lembongan but slight improvements could make it perfect

The location of the property is perfect. Mushroom Bay is a stones throw away as are other really nice beaches. The hotel has a good spa onsite and the staff were really helpful with everything we needed. The pool was a nice little comfort after days travelling around the island.

The room wasn’t quite as good as the photos described. The bathroom was stuffy and we didn’t have shower gel, hand soap or conditioner the whole time we stayed. We also only had 2 towels of poor quality.

Location was great to beach and eating places and offer of optional services like hiring scooters , snorkelling and laundry all no problem . Was great ! Villa size was amazing ( 3 bedroom villa) and super comfortable for our family.

Nothing really … would have been helpful to have someone meet us on beach / direct us to villa but was part of the adventure !
