We had the most amazing stay in the Puncak! The staff are incredibly attentive and kind, Ketut was always available to answer any of our questions or organise anything for us, and you would not believe how fast he operates! Made, the housekeeper and excellent breakfast chef, is lovely and made the villa look brand new every day. The team offers a free shuttle up and down the hill if you want to have a few cocktails before heading home, and there is a beautiful beach club within walking distance. The rooms are beautiful, the pool is immaculate and the view is unreal. The Puncak was the perfect place to stay for our group of 8 and we cannot wait to come back.

À la villa Puncak vous aurez probablement la meilleure vue de l’île pour les couchers de soleil! La vue est à couper le souffle! 🤩 Ketut est un hôte très réactif et super à l’écoute, la villa a un style extra et est décorée avec goût! La piscine est superbe! Maddy , la housekeeper , est aux petits soins, très discrète et toujours avec le sourire! Un endroit vraiment top à recommander assurément!

Ce n’est pas dû a la villa mais plutôt au traditions de l’île avec ses coqs de combat, mais si vous avez le sommeil léger prévoyez des bouchons d’oreilles car les coqs chantent à toutes heure du jour ou de la nuit . À part cela il n’y a rien que nous n’ayons pas aimé dans cette villa, tout était parfait 🤩

Everything. Stunning property and rooms. Loved the set up and out door kitchen. Breakfast every morning was delicious and we can't thank Ketut enough for everything. He was so helpful during our entire staff. Organised scooter hire, there's a restaurant down the road that did delivery and they were just beautiful people. We would definitely return and highly recommend.
