Coco Resort Penida

Really nice hotel with fantastic staff who are very polite and will greet you with smiles and they go the extra to make you feel welcome, the rooms are great and very good rain shower and large bathroom including shampoo and robes etc, the pool is huge and is the cleanest we found on the island with loads of sun beds and fresh towels the pool area is super clean, the food was very good and breakfast cooked fresh and we ate all our meals in the hotel as the prices are much the same as outside but the hotel kitchen is very clean unlike outside which we ate a few times before staying in Coco Resort, all in it was a fantastic stay and we will definitely be back before we leave Bali.

Food was delicious. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Pool and pool area was beautiful. Resort was very welcoming and accommodating and very comfortable.

We asked for a massage.. the women who did it for us was tired and seemed like they didn’t want to do this. One of them burp two times ??? When we said it to the reception she said that it’s not the hotel stuff but freelance and took money anyways The location of hotel is not good, as there’s no taxi on the island we had to wait for paid transfer There’s no restaurants nearby so you have literally eat at the hotel . Maybe it’s ok to stay for 1 night only but no more . Also we heard singing the boys in the next room The hotel cannot be rated as a 4 star hotel, the rooms are outdated
