There’s a room for improvement

The guy at restaurant super friendly The pool is nice

We asked for a massage.. the women who did it for us was tired and seemed like they didn’t want to do this. One of them burp two times ??? When we said it to the reception she said that it’s not the hotel stuff but freelance and took money anyways The location of hotel is not good, as there’s no taxi on the island we had to wait for paid transfer There’s no restaurants nearby so you have literally eat at the hotel . Maybe it’s ok to stay for 1 night only but no more . Also we heard singing the boys in the next room The hotel cannot be rated as a 4 star hotel, the rooms are outdated

Little paradise in the middle of the jungle

The quality of the service is truly amazing, the staff is friendly and always smiling. The food at the restaurant is tasty. Even with a small kitchen they have a lot of variety and everything is fresh, the cooks do an amazing job

There is some roosters around and the walls aren’t super noise proof, but some earplugs did the trick just fine

The facilities during our 3 night stay were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean. We did 2 day tours of the island and the staff was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

A Nusa Penida Gem. Loved this place and the staff. 100% would return.

This place is a complete gem. Friendly staff. Immaculately maintained. Huge pool. And ten mins from Crystal Beach, and a very special restaurant and cocktail bar hidden in the jungle. They have their own minivan so a taxi is always on hand.

If you don't have a motorbike, there is no option but to stay on the hotel in the evening, not much close by

Failed to meet my expectations for the price paid

Room was spacious.

A lot of the facilities needed upkeep and maintenance. Hot water was minimal and water pressure was bad. Toilet bowl was also really badly stained.

Noise prevent from sleeping, but everything else was fine.

The place was beautiful and the location was nice. A lot of good restaurant near. The breakfast was fine, but not exceptional.

The rooms are not soundproof at all. It almost feels like it amplifies the outside noises… Dogs barking all night long, rooster at 3am. Couldn’t sleep much there, which is very unfortunate.

The pool was central to the resort. Rooms were clean. Food and breakfast was good. The staff were helpful.

The family rooms air conditioning wasn’t enough for 4 people and didn’t really cool the room. The location is a little remote so if your going any where you need a taxi.

Best hotel on Nusa

Absolutely gorgeous hotel - so clean, pretty & comfortable. We booked an hour before we arrived (due to cancelled ferry back to Bali) & the staff were so lovely and accommodating, the pod was prepped and ready for us. 10/10 couldn’t recommend more.

It was not ok for us

The staff is very poorly prepared, in the room you can hear all the surrounding sounds, frogs, cockroaches at 6 in the morning, neighbors making boom boom 😂, other neighbors building from 8 in the morning, the feeling is that you are sleeping in the yard!!

I could not find a fault in the property, the location (and island) is one of a kind! Perhaps the best thing about the resort, was the incredibly friendly and helpful hosts who made our stay all the better.

- Super helpful woman at the reception (had some issues with our boat tickets to Sanur and she arranged everything) and very friendly staff - People working there were always smiling - Clean rooms and nice pool area

Due location next to road to Crystal Beach + 2 roosters around + thin wooden bungalows it can get get noisy during nighttime -> better ask for a room with distance to the road
