We did have an enjoyable stay at villa Bukit.

The staff were very good and eager to help. They did checks every morning and did what they could to make us feel comfortable. The property is in a quiet location which was relaxing when we were tired and

The power outages were a problem as the generator was overheating and cutting out. The staff did manage to get it fixed around 3 days in to the trip though. The oven was also rusted out and unusable. We had booked for 2 families thinking that the 2 small children would sleep in the loft however, there is only 1 bed up there and there is no air conditioning, making the loft unusable as well. The family of 4 all slept in 1 double bed the entire week. The cost of catching taxi’s everyday every time we wanted to leave the villa with all the kids did add up over the week.

Private Peaceful Paradise with Beautiful View of the Mountain. - We will be Back!

What an awesome last-minute find! We loved the view of the mountain & being able to watch the sunset from the upstairs lounge area. The rooms are huge with comfy beds & nice hot water at a good pressure. The staff were lovely & no request was too much - especially second servings of the banana pancakes. The communication from booking was fast & they assisted with the ferry & having scooters ready for our arrival. We loved returning from the busy main strip to our private, peaceful paradise. A huge thank you to Johnny and his team. We are already planning our next trip and can't wait to return for longer.

Wonderful villa, with a generous and well appointed space with a good vibe and excellent staff to help book your activit

Lovely space. Out of the man drag so much more quiet. Great views from the top floor and a very relaxed vibe with a private pool, comfortable lounging options and all very clean and tidy. Everything felt new and beds very comfortable. It’s a big space so you can spread out if you need. Staff were super nice and very helpful to arrange everything and were very responsive. There is a good cafe/shop 3 min walk away and an excellent restaurant also 3 min walk away if you want.

It comes with the season (we went there in the wet) and the forest surrounding, but there were a few mosquitos. The staff offered a range of non-chemical and chemical mosquito control options and all beds had high quality nets. This issue isn’t specific to Villa Bukit, but be aware if you are mosquito phobic (and book a different country!). There is building going on next door (likely going on for all of 2026), so some minor noise during the day. You will need transport to get anywhere. We never had to wait long.

Spacious villa, excellent staff who organised everything!

Breakfast was great cooked by staff at the villa. Rooms were spacious each with large bathrooms and walk-in robes, JONI the villa manager helped booking fishing charters (and cooked the fish at a local warung), organized scooters for the adults and taxis for the kids, surfing lessons, private swimming with Manta Rays tour. Sensational service from start to finish!

Family friendly villa, highly recommend.

Staff were amazing and very helpful for everything we needed - food, laundry etc View was nice. Good to be away from the main area on Lembongan. Scooters organised by the staff, very necessary as there is nothing within walking distance.

Mosquitoes were bad, although there are mosquito nets on the beds and spray is supplied. Lost power a couple of times, unsure if this is specific to the Villa or Lembongan as a whole. Staff were quick to fix though.

Great place to stay!

Everything the pool, the staff the location we absolutely loved our stay here being able to watch the squirrels in the trees in the morning the staff went above and beyond organizing scooters for us and pick up and drop offs from the boat nothing was a issue!

This property is very spacious. Staff are beyond helpful and made sure we got everything we needed. Lots of transport around.

This property needs a freshen up, just a fresh coat of paint would make it 10 out of 10. You need scooters or taxi to get in and out of the village.

Great layout, very clean rooms, shower was amazing and pool great. Staff super helpful, Will definitely be back! We had scooters so location was great for us however I had my parents with me who don’t ride so had to catch taxis most places. I loved the location but something to keep in mind.

Great accommodation and great staff.

The property had everything we needed and the staff were amazing.

There was building work ongoing throughout our stay in the immediate community which started early morning and continued until about 9pm. This is not the fault of the property owner and hopefully it’ll be complete in the near future but it did spoil the tranquility. More than two sunbeds for a property this size is needed.

Honestly, everything was perfect. Kiri, our villa host was the best host we've come across and the rest of the staff were amazing. There was nothing too hard for them to accommodate. The facilities were also incredible and exceeded expectations!

Kiri and the team were extremely responsive and attentive to everything we needed. The villa was amazing and their services were beyond any of our expectations. They were very helpful in arranging transport and in recommending things for us to do. The villa itself was wonderful. Bonus points for the incredible view of Mt Agung. The upstairs section of Bukit 2 offered a staggering view of the volcano, the beach, and island. It was an ideal place to relax with a drink with friends. Brilliant place. Will be coming back.

AMAZING! Best customer service

AMAZING VILLA - we stayed in Villa 1 and the photos don’t do it justice. So big and beautifully decorated. The staff were so accommodating and friendly, always happy to organise anything we needed. I cannot fault this whole experience. I highly recommend and will definitely come back. Thank you to the manager Kiri for her outstanding service, you made the trip so enjoyable.

The location isn’t quite walking distance to any restaurants or shops but you can hire scooters from the Villa and there are a number of restaurants that do pick up and drop off services which we used every day

Highly recommend and would return!

Amazing location, easy to access, incredible and friendly staff who looked after us insanely well! The property is HUGE, lots of different rooms and areas to spend time in.

The upstairs bedroom had a really strong musty smell and for this reason we moved downstairs to sleep. The bathrooms are also really dark, some brighter lights would be a little better. The pool area was also really run down and a lot older in person than it was in the photos we saw, the decking had been removed and it just looked and felt old and tired.

A perfect Villa in Paradise!

EVERYTHING!!!! This place is beautiful! The views are amazing! The rooms are amazing! Kiri and Arya and the rest of the staff are AMAZING! We also stayed in their other Villa- Villa Bukit 1 and it is also seriously AMAZING! They organised private snorkelling with the manta rays, A private tour around Nusa Penida (which you really need as Penida is huge), motorbikes, and even dropped myself and my daughter down to our family that was out on the floating lagoon bar. Thanks so much for an amazing stay Kiri and Arya! We loved our stay!

Exceptional

Amazing place. Everything you need for the perfect relaxing break. The location is so peaceful yet easy to get around to everywhere on the island. Sit in one of the comfiest seats in the world in the upstairs lounge, listen to the birds sing and take in that gorgeous view, and there's no need for meditation classes in Ubud! Staff are super friendly, helpful, on hand when needed, and respectful of privacy. Pool great, villa nicely decorated and well maintained. Better than the photos even. One of our best stays ever in Bali. Villa is a great size/shape for a group and there are good areas to be alone and to share together.

The bathrooms would benefit from a 'bum gun' for local travellers and ex-pats used to that privilege :-)

the villa was dirty. our room in the first floor had a foul smell like a dead rat or other animal. the villa was full of

the ac in my room was not cold. also the blackout curtain was not very useful since in the morning the light came straight to our eyes. it was super annoying. yet the most disgusting thing is the foul smell in our room. every time we go inside the room the smell wad undeniable

fantastisch verblijf en ontzettend vriendelijk personeel

We hebben hier 9 nachten gezeten en hebben het hier ontzettend naar onze zin gehad! De kamers zijn zeer ruim, het zwembad is heerlijk om even in te plonzen en de grote overkapping bij de buitenkeuken biedt veel ruimte voor schaduw maar ook bij wat minder goed weer of een fikse bui zit je hier nog steeds heerlijk droog! Het personeel dat ieder moment van de dag voor je klaar staat is ontzetten vriendelijk en heel fijn in de omgang. niks lijkt teveel gevraagd, of het nu om excursies gaat of eten en drinken.

De massage ruimte naast het huis waar je met 2 personen tegelijkertijd gemasseerd kan worden is wat verouderd. Door een paar eenvoudige aanpassingen kun je ook hier weer een mooie ruimte van maken!
