At this price point the property was incredible.

The view from the top pool and restaurant is amazing. Both pools are good. Its located very near to Coconut beach and the boardwalk to many restaurants and little local shops on the beach front. Size of room was good. We only had the breakfast (pancakes & fruit) one morning, which were good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Organised our transfer from mainland hotel to Lembongan and back to mainland hotel. Had scooters available for rental.

The bathroom was the biggest disappointment! Extremely outdated and no longer clean looking. No hand towels or soap provided. Large ventilation bricks with big openings right across from the shower. Does not make the shower feel private. I have attached photos - really didnt find it acceptable at all. No photos of our bathroom are available on their Booking.com listing. Listing mentions ocean views, however our little apartment’s predominant view was of the locals housing across the road. We had airconditioner problems on both evenings. Staff were fast to assist though in this regard. Unit as a whole not clean and maintained as it should be. Facilities are looking tired.
