The location overlooking Coconut Bay and proximity to the The Deck is superb.
The wifi and water pressure needs some serious work; it really lets the property down.

The room was beautiful with an amazing view of the ocean and bay below.
All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The location was nice and quiet but within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and bars.
The food at the restaurant was very nice and they made great cocktails.
The tap and the pipe under our sink were leaking, so the floor was always wet. We did report it, and the tap was promptly replaced, but the pipe still leaked, so the floor was still wet.
Our room was right up the top, so we had to walk up a lot of very steep steps, which a lot of were cracked and chipped, so could be quite dangerous for some people.

The location was amazing. The view were outstanding and the staff were beautiful.
This property has aged. The linen is stained and in need of replacement. The bathroom fittings have not been updated since 1960 and they show it. The furniture is also very old and dated and there was nowhere to sit except the bed or hard wooden chairs. If someone spent a little bit of money on these villas they would attract higher paying customers as the location is amazing and they have wonderful staff.
