Overall, we wouldn't stay again

Great view, and good sized room. The pool is warm with a view overlooking the bay. The property is close to Lago and the Pontoon.

The property is dated. The bathroom is very old, the toilet didn't flush. The aircon didn't work very well. The curtains dont block out the light.

I absolutely loved my stay. The view was spectacular. Having a restaurant onsite was also very convenient.

The cliff view was the best. We stayed in the villa next to pool. The view from our porch was spectacular. The pool was decent sized. There was also a shallow part which is convenient if you have a little one. There’s a restaurant right next to the pool. It was very convenient. The food was decent. Hotel can also arrange water activities upon your request. They can also arrange boat trips from the main island and drop off and pick ups. There is also a spa facility available for booking, but I didn’t use it.

We had to climb long stairs to reach our villa. It was not easy if you have luggage. If you only have bag pack and do not mind climbing stairs, it should be fine. There is a path where they could drive you up to the top of the cliff to reach your rooms if requested.

Great location for surfing playgrounds and visiting restaurants and warungs on foot.

View and location were awesome, especially if you plan on surfing Playgrounds. Pool is fab. We went with two small children - 3 years and 6 months. Staff were so lovely, especially Roffie who made such an effort with our kids. Staff were also very accommodating with a change to our booking.

It’s a great hotel but feels a bit tired. We’d still highly recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful gardens and views. Lovely villas and very helpful staff.

The breakfast, like all the food is excellent. So delicious. The staff were very friendly and so helpful. The pools are so beautiful and clean, and the views over the coast, ocean and nearby main island including the volcano are incredible. I had a Balinese massage which was also very good.

There are a lot of stairs. Although this was ok for us, it would be very difficult for older or informed people.

Lovely stay

The views were lovely, the food was great at the restaurant. The pool was clean and refreshing.

The rooms were very old/tired and a bit mucky with gecko poo. There were so many steps - which is fine but we had small children and didn’t realise how many steps we were going to need to go up to our rooms and the restaurant.

I love Nusa Lembongan and will return to this hotel

The view was beautiful, the location central, The two pools were large and lovely, the steps were many but not too bad and I was with my 64 year old mother. There was a sense of privacy and the staff were there when you needed them but not hovering over you. They were very helpful and reliable when arranging transport.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfy aswell and the room quite clean and spacious. The included breakfast we had was perfect for a first meal of the day. The views of Nusa Lembongan bay were the best on the island.

The bathroom was a bit outdated and the water pressure from the shower was weak.

We loved our stay. Rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. The staff were amazing! So helpful and accommodating, booking activities and scooter for us. Had a lovely massage at the spa. The food was great. We ate in the restaurant a number of times and had breakfast every day. Fruit, juice, coffee, toast and either pancakes or eggs and bacon. Due to being on the cliff and many stairs it was great having a pool at both the top and the bottom of the Villas. Great location and an easy walk along the boardwalk and beach to other restaurants and shops.

The stairs aren’t fun but we knew what we were getting in for so that was fine. The view from the room is worth it.

Tranquility with a beautiful view

The highlights of this accomodation are the views over the ocean and seeing Mt Agung in the background, proximity to beautiful tamarind beach (also access point to playgrounds surf break) and the tranquility. I had some of the deepest sleeps of my life here. A few good restaurants and coffee close by near tamarind beach and by walking around on the board walk there are other great options too.

Note that there are quite a number of steps here which is fine unless you are mobility impaired. For those able it keeps you fit getting to and from the beach and your rooms.

Food in their restaurant was great and so cheap we didn’t wanna leave. Pool views were incredible, room was great and spacious. Totally recommend.

Overall, we still had a lovely experience, the location is amazing, surrounded by nature with an Ubud-like vibe but just

• Daily room service with cleaning and restocking of water and drinks in the minibar. • Two beautiful swimming pools and a nice on-site restaurant. • Simple but tasty breakfast with fruit, coffee, juice, toast, and eggs per person. • Excellent location — only a 1–2 minute walk to a stunning beach with a seaside deck connecting to restaurants and the main street. • Peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature, giving Ubud jungle vibes with a breathtaking view of the ocean and volcano. • Scooter rentals, massage services, and tours available directly from the hotel. • Staff acted promptly when we had a large gecko in our room and offered to move us immediately.

•The presence of large geckos can be surprising, but we understand it’s part of the natural environment. • One thing that could be improved is having a well-equipped first aid kit available for guests. Since scooters are the main mode of transportation on the island, accidents can happen easily. On our first day, my husband had an accident while getting used to the scooter’s model and power. The hotel staff could have been more reassuring, for example, offering a ride to the island’s clinic or providing ice right away.(that could be charged at the check out). Fortunately, my husband had experience with minor accidents, so even though he was injured, he knew what to do. The staff provided 70% alcohol, antiseptic drops, and a sterile gauze so I could clean his wounds in the room, and they later brought us ice, which was great. However, they didn’t follow up afterward to check how he was doing or if we needed any further assistance. They only asked at checkout how he was and presented the bill for the scooter repair.

Stunning views- peak relaxation

Stunning views, close proximity to beach and boardwalk, great pool, excellent massage at massage shop right Nextdoor. Room was spacious and light and clean - it looks like the photos on the internet.

I liked everything but note - There are a lot of steps, some of them are a bit jagged but you just need to take care.

Lovely and tranquil great spot once you get to the beach with bars all aling the board walk.

It was a low key accomodation, fairly quiet.

Ok so there are stairs… and more stairs although this wasn’t a deal breaker for us it would have been hard for elderly or people with young kids. You could maybe request a villa low down? ( I would next time). Breakfast is a set menu, a fruit plate,pancakes or eggs, drip balinese coffee or nescafe. The rooms also could have had a few bits and pieces added to make it more comfortable. Our tv did not work as the batteries were rusted to the remote. Also no hairdryer or moisturiser. P.s they have roosters 😝

Really lovely.

The view was amazing from our room, top pool and restaurant. The top pool had a perfect little shallow bit for our 3yr old son to play in. The staff were very friendly.

The bathroom was pretty scungy but I understand it would be hard to keep bathrooms over on the island in good condition. It wasn’t dirty, just needs renovating.

The property itself was a great location, staff were friendly and very helpful.

Unfortunately, the property does need a makeover in my villa in the bathroom the roof leaked in the main bedroom above the air-conditioning. There was a big hole which a bird flew in. I removed the bird myself.

Great Lembongan villas at coconut beach

The staff are very efficient and great communication right from the time of booking. They look after all luggage getting it to and from your room up the stairs which is so kind. The restaurant was great and good breakfast offered, they make excellent cocktails here too. Beds were comfy. Amazing view from the top pool and a lovely lower pool. Set only a minutes walk from a gorgeous beach. Really good value for money.

Great there was another pool as there was a loud inconsiderate Spanish family dominating the top pool. Would have been nice to have wine glasses / normal size glasses in rooms but no big deal.

There are beautiful views from the pool, but the rooms are basic and the restaurant was not good.

The rooftop pool was warm with beautiful cliff side views of the boats, surfers, and beach below. The room was large. The location was easy enough to walk about 10 minutes to nearby restaurants.

I did not like the room or the bathroom. The bathroom felt not particularly clean and grimy. The bed had mosquito nets that were dirty or had tears in them. The closet was inside the bathroom? Despite there being plenty of room in the main bedroom for the closet. The breakfast was incredibly subpar compared to other hotels in the area. I got sick from the restaurant on the first day.

If you don't like stairs, this is not the place for you. Stairs are all different shapes and sizes. The main staircase has 60 steps closely related to a ladder.

Everything it was a great location food was good. Husband and I had a massage here and were so impressed. We were also lucky to be able to hire scooters here instead of having to walk around finding a place to hire everything was very convenient out there teenage boys loved there time here! The staff were very helpful and we also were able to get our laundry sorted here everything all in one place!

Loved it!!! Would totally recommend this spot for the view, the people and the beach.

The most amazing spot, we felt lucky to have found this little gem. A steep step climb to get up to the villa, pool and restaurant, but totally worth it for the view of the surf break and other beaches. You could sit in the pool or pool side all day and look at the view. The little beach, Song Lambung, is perfect to hang out at too, a cute little popular surf and swim spot with cafe and shop and a walk around the coast line to the main beach and more places to watch the sunrise or sunset. Staff were amazing and so helpful. Plenty to do, we could have stayed longer than 4 nights here! Went snorkeling, fishing, surfing, toured around island in buggy with kids and visited other resorts.
