Location was close to ferry

Mosquitoes everywhere and no way to keep them out as holes everywhere and no mosquito net provided over bed. Very uncomfortable sleep. The smell of the cleaning products was very overwhelming.

Location is good. Kinda central. Staff are great, super helpful and genuine. View is great. Bungalows are same as pictures. The view comes with some stairs to climb if u are in number 4,5 or 6. But its worth it !!! Pool is perfect location to watch the to and fro along the path. Restaurant is good value and delivers consistent food. Free brekky is really good too

Fantastic location however needed minor fixes and some TLC.

The location was great. We stayed in one of the top villas, which had an awesome view. The staff were so kind and helpful and the food was delicious and affordable.

The villa wasn’t very clean, especially the bathroom. There was permanently open windows in the room and bathroom and gaps around the doors so bugs could easily join us. The bed was rock solid. There is also a lot of very steep steps to get to your room if you are at the top. (Given you get a beautiful view)

Great spot for a few days to explore Lembongan.

Great location at end of the beach. Easy to find, the bar had a great outlook.

I new Lembongan was hilly but there was about 65 stairs to walk up to get to my room, my other group members were like we aren’t walking up and down those stairs so once we were up for the day they didnt go back to their rooms. My toilet had no water in cistern so I had to manually fill it with the hose in order to flush it. The guys working in the bar were lovely but very slow!

OMG the stairs were a killer, would have been great to know about them before booking and some of the staff at the restaurant were a bit moody - a few of them were great though and really made us feel welcome.

Cheap, maybe too cheap

Cosy location with great view, especially from apartment 6. Low cost.

Too dirty. No warm water in one of our apartments. No daily cleaning or exchange of towels. No hooks for towels. Not all apartments have a fridge.

The beds were very comfortable. The location on the island is good. The pool and the lounges were very nice too. Our room was kept clean and cold.

We had trouble starting the aircon and getting it to stay one. The staff were hard to communicate with and tried to overcharge me for the room.

Okay but could be better

The location was great - close to everything we needed and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was included and was good value for money. Check in was easy and the best was the comfiest we have had on nusa lembongan

The staff asked us on the day before we were scheduled to check out if we were checking out- when we confirmed with the staff and showed them our booking, the staff then said "our manager called and wanted to know when you were checking out." I had to then confirm with the staff that we were checking out. They asked us numerous times throughout the day if we were checking out, even though we had paid in full until the next day. We ended up checking out on that day and found alternative accommodation and cut our losses as we didn't feel comfortable staying when we felt like they were trying to push us out.

The bathrooms made the stay awful, the staff made up for some of that.

The staff were amazing. Super friendly and always helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Rooms had great views.

The bathrooms were awful. Not cleaned well, not ventilated, mouldy tiles. Just yuk. The hot water sometimes was very cold. 100 steps to our bungalow. If you don’t like steps, definitely don’t book.

If you are not sure on where to stay, Ware Ware is definitely a lovely pick!

Stayed here with my partner and it was awesome! perfect spot looking out to the water. Close to plenty of restaurants… The pool was amazing, facilitates always clean, room gets made every morning! They have a happy hour which is very good! They also can help you with hiring scooters, lifts and SUP / surfboards! The staff are so accommodating and friendly! They are always up for a chat! Definitely recommend this place.

Location was perfect, accommodation was way cheaper than other places in the same location, The food was great, the bar area/restaurant was great! Pool was relaxing, and you can view playgrounds, lacerations and ship wrecks (with binoculars) from the bar verandah to check the surf!

Booked for 3 nights, stayed 1 and moved hotel. Price should be half of what it is at most for its value.

Very basic but nice rooms and a good breakfast! staff also very helpful couldn’t fault them at all!

The bathroom was very very dirty and felt worse after showering than before, dead slugs on the floor also wasn’t ideal. No toiletries or basic hand soap provided also.

- The bathroom was rusty and had not been cleaned properly for some time. - The water temperature in the shower was either burning hot or cold. So we ended up taking only cold showers. - The water in the shower was very salty (sea taste) - The aircon was not cooling enough. Night time was ok, but in the daytime it was not cool enough to sleep.
