Location was amazing, Nick the hotel manager and all the staff was so helpful with any requests.
Nothing, the views and location made up for any short comings.

The pool amd it was close to the beach, although the beach is very small. The views from the villas up the top were lovely.
The property has lots of stairs and a little run down. The railing on the stairs was broken in parts, which you needed to go up and down them. The staff were nice enough, but very inflexible with things. Eg leaving the property at 7.30am but you could get your breaky to go, because it didnt open till 7.30am. I've never in 20 years of coming to Bali seen such inflexibility with little things like that.
