Amazing

The Hotel was very clean, the room was very good, breakfast was amazing, all stuff was very super friendly, The hotel was so good that they even set up a coffee stand by the exit in the morning when you’re leaving. You can grab your coffee, walk out of the hotel, and head straight into the city. The location is also great — very central.

Lovely hotel in a nice location.

Location and view was great.

I paid for parking for 3 days. When returned on day 3 all spots were taken. I had to pay an additional 25 Euro to park at the garage down the street. This was Inconvenient and expensive. If I reserve a parking spot I expect to find at least one available place in the limited parking area.

Clean and quiet with good location

We had a large room with a river view that was clean and quiet. The location was close to Bismarckplatz and the Altstadt. Breakfast was good. Staff all very nice.

There was an elevator but there were 6 stairs to reach the level with the elevator. Would have liked some baked goods on the breakfast buffet.

The only hotel in Heidelberg we will consider.

Excellent hotel right across from the Neckar River and near the Hauptstrasse for shopping. Parking is available which was a great help. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff are excellent, Georgia and Stephanie were a great help as was the room attendant. Breakfast is included and delicious. The next time we are in Heidelberg, we are heading straight to the Panorama.

A stay in lovely Heidelberg, which should have been a bit longer!

The breakfast, “out of this world”. We were impressed how the hotel managed to offer so much variety in a comparatively small space. On departure day, as we had to leave b4 breakfast hours, we were allowed to take away our purchased breakfast. 99% of staff always had a smile handy and were helpful. There were some lovely views to be had from our windows towards the surrounding hills and the river Neckar. The windows could be opened either a little or fully. Panorama provides dressing gowns and one-way slippers, well done. Walkable to the Old Town.

On our first evening, the toilet flush malfunctioned. A member of the night staff managed to fix it. Subsequently, by being very careful with it, it stayed in working order. The lever to operate the stopper in the wash basin had disappeared. For a modern bathroom, we’d have liked everything in it to function without any hitches. The noise from the roundabout by the hotel got really bad mornings and evenings (work traffic and ‘going out’ traffic?), so that we had to close our windows. The safe was stuck on a setting, on our arrival, but that was fixed promptly. One of the reasons for booking Panorama was that they provide a fridge in the room. Ours was not very cool though :-( and on enquiring whether it could be turned up we were told, there was nothing they could do about it; so we had to adjust what we put in it. The downsides of the hotel would not stop us from returning, if we came to Heidelberg again.

The hotel is perfectly located. A 2 minute walk to the centre. The view from the room is beautiful and relaxing. The breakfast is savoury😋 The staff are helpful, pleasant and professional.

Perfect for what we needed.

Location and car parking. Included breakfast was outstanding. Staff were all excellent and helped with advice on where to get some medical assistance.

I think this was the property I could not book for three people without taking two rooms on booking.com then had to pay 60 euros for a roll out bed. For Heidelberg on a weekend the overall price seemed competitive though.

Great location and delicious breakfast. This hotel has A/C which was a life saver as we experienced a day of 90° !! Staff allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel after check out to spend the day in Heidelberg before our evening departure. Thank you!

Location is amazing, center of Heidelberg. Close to most of the city's highlights. Even more amazing that it is possible to book (in advance) a parking for 12 EUR per night. We were lucky to get a room with a view over the river and city center. Breakfast was generally good, big choice and good food/coffee quality. Receptionists were friendly and nice. I would give this hotel 4 stars, but there are couple of things.

Lobby on the third floor was every day (we stayed 2 nights) used as a station for cleaning. There should be another place for cleaners to sort towels than lobby area meant for customers. On a second day of breakfast restaurant was empty for croissants, water melon and vaffels at 09.16 (while open to 10.00). I remembered it since these are favourite things of my 3 y.o. :)
