Very poor service for a Hilton. The only good thing is location

Location and cleanliness.

The staff messed up the reservation, and gave one of the room that ı reserved to someone else. She was insisting that someone with the same name checked in. We had to work hard to convince her. It took 30 min for her to arrange a room. On the checkout it was a similar mess all the costs were messed up. They even charged the costs twice. In order to apologise they gave the parking free. I would have expected better trained staff . Also the breakfast place is very small, hard to find a spot and kitchen cannot cope . We had to wait 15 minutes for pancakes!

Modern facilities within easy reach of historic Heidelberg

The hotel is easy to access by bus from the train station, but is also walkable to the historic centre of Heidelberg. Rooms were very spacious, breakfast was excellent, and we had a very pleasant dinner in the restaurant on the evening we arrived.

We requested a room a month before arriving at the elevator to be next to it, unfortunately they gave us a room very far from the elevator and when we informed them they unfortunately did not pay

The accessibility to the town, ease of booking and quality of the accommodation , staff and exceptional food. We have used Hilton before and its the reason we return. Simply put .. its great

While the bed was fantastic, it was smaller than we thought it would be from the photos. Just the size of the bed on your sight might have been better.

Best stay ever! Great location, amazing staff and hotel.

Everything! Especially the friendly staff, Despina who was at reception helped us SO much. With any info we needed for our stay, places to eat. Transport etc. in fact we decided to stay another night because of her. Also the hotel and room was really modern and lovely comfortable double beds and big shower and bathroom. Loved the hand wash and lotion!

Great stay, nice place and rooms but maybe don't have dinner at the restaurant.

Very nice rooms, got given a free upgrade. Good location, in between the town and the trainstation. Great gym, has all the equipment you need. Fast internet.

Bathroom gets wet from the shower cause the glass screen is too short. Not good food at the restaurant, paid 30+Euros for a tiny chicken breast with some soggy vegetables.

Hilton had seen better days on this top location

Close proximity to the old town, staff members were nice and helpful, room and common property in the hotel were very clean. Free upgrade and non alcoholic beverages in the fridge.

Breakfast was very average, noting to special, I can say same for the room to. Even with the free upgrade I could not notice wow factor. Something was missing, it’s a Hilton…right?

Would Repeat!

- The staff was very nice and offered proactive help and advice. They even will give you food recommendations. - They gave us a free upgrade which was unexpected. - The breakfast was a bit expensive but very varied. - The room was comfortable and clean. I also wasn’t able to hear any neighbors or annoying sounds.

- The bed was described as a queen size but felt smaller. - Early check in would be nice to have but I understand it isn’t always possible. The staff was nice and let us leave our luggage in a safe space. - There are no amenities that justify the price for the stay, although the rooms are nice and so are the rest of the areas.

One of the most silent hotel rooms I have stayed at. Good variety of breakfast choices.

We needed to ask specifically for a plain water at breakfast. When asked, a small glass was brought. I would have expected water to be an obvious choice for many guests, especially kids.

This hotel went beyond our expectations.

Great hotel, great staff. Excellent and stylish hotel, very clean comfortable and quiet room, great and full breakfast (as well as the place), free underground parking. The behavior of the staff impressed us and made us feel as welcome as we feel when we are greeted and hosted by our dear friends. All the staff were impeccable but we would like to give special mention to SIMONE. Sensitive, friendly, with excellent knowledge and targeted answers to our questions, ready to help us effectively. She made reservations and found us places to eat and visit. Simone, thank you. I highly recommend it.

Gutes Hotel mit kleinen Schwächen, aber trotzdem lohnenswert

Das Hotel liegt günstig am Rande der Innenstadt, die Einkaufsbereiche sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 4. Stock mit Blick auf die Stadt. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war gut, das Bett bequem.

Der Frühstücksbereich war überfüllt, sodass entspanntes Frühstücken nur bedingt möglich war. Da wir in der Nacht das Fenster gekippt hatten, mussten wir bis gegen 5 Uhr am Morgen Lärm von Jugendlichen in Kauf nehmen, vermutlich von der Baustelle nebenan

Sehr freundliches Personal, das Frühstück war sehr gut, frisch, ausgewogen und abwechslungsreich.

Das Hotel liegt zentral, aber die Umgebung sind zwei große Verkehrsadern. Parken war leider etwas schwierig weil alle Parkhäuser belegt waren.

Grosszügiges Zimmer mit bequemen grossen Betten. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffett in schönem Saal Wenige Minuten bis in die Altstadt Nettes Personal.

Tutto molto bello, la stanza con due grandi letti, pulita e silenziosa. Il bagno un po' piccolino ma completo di tutto. Comodo garage sotto l'hotel. Deliziosa la colazione. Brava e gentile la collega alla reception... mi sembra si chiami Delphine.

Hotel lontano dal centro città ma comunque raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata. Presenti tre canali tv italiani ma non funzionanti, Peccato!! Calcolata una cauzione sulla camera senza che ne fossi informato (me ne sono accorto dopo aver ricevuto un sms dalla mia banca). In seguito ho ottenuto spiegazioni alla reception.
