It was clean and check in was efficient.

The room with a double bed and pull out couch left plenty of room for Grandma, Mom and 5 year old grandson. It was neat, clean and uncluttered. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent, and there was enough space to move around in there comfortably. The blow dryer was an added bonus. The refrigerator and kettle, plates and utensils, came in extremely handy (we did not need the stovetop or coffee pot). There large armoires held all of our luggage and belongings nicely. There was more than enough table and counter area. We LOVED being able to open the windows for fresh air! And the common balcony with ample seating and umbrellas was a wonderful surprise. Keyed entry into the building is a great added security feature.

The fold out sofa was not easy to open, had a dip in the middle, and was quite uncomfortable. I ended up leaving it as a sofa for sleeping. There are steps up into the foyer as soon as you enter the building. My knees were not happy with that while carrying my luggage. Finally, it is quite a walk carrying your luggage from the train station. Information about bus and tram times to the location would have been very helpful as cabs can be pricey.

Generously sized rooms, well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and very well located.

Hard to find staff at reception even during open hours.

It’s overpriced.
