Good place to stay but with some minor hiccups

The location is nothing short of excellent, right next to the train station, so very easy to get to and to leave from. Main bus and tram routes obviously go past the train station, so it was easy to hop on a tram/bus and go where I needed to go. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and big. The kitchenette was not amazing, but it is definitely something that is better than most hotel rooms. The dishwasher was nice to have, although quite cramped.

I think my biggest gripe was the A/C. I couldn't figure it out, and the room got quite hot, despite it being November. I ended up opening the window before bed to cool the place down. Maybe if I had complained about it, someone could have taken a look and maybe showed me how to work it (or told me that it is not individually adjustable). The stovetop is very close to the wall, so I had problems using more than one hob at the time. Also, it took me a moment at the start to realize that I need to pull the ventilation hood out to allow the stovetop to activate. A nice security measure, but I wish it would have been made more obvious. :)

i stayed there for 1 month and there was absolutely no house keeping even though i asked the reception many times :(( changed my own sheets and own towels, cleaned my own room, also had to borrow mob to clean the room?? kind of unacceptable for a price like this 😬😬

Nice hotel, hard bed.

Right beside the station but don't let that deter you, although we had a street view, you can barely hear any noise outside. Room was perfect for a two night stay. In walling distance to the old town and the zoo.

Bed was quite hard and we were only supplied one pillow each, although we did get another when asked for.

Great rooms and easy access to the old town with public transport.

Amazing room, great to have access to a small kitchen, the room was clean and had a great layout. There is a lot of ways to travel into the old center of town using public transport. The room was great for us traveling with young children. The kitchen was perfect, the sofa bed was comfortable. There is also a staffed tourist information centre very close to the hotel, just outside of the train station, so you will have access to relevant information about the city and the use of public transport.

Not all the staff were equally friendly. On person at the reception seemed annoyed that we arrived and wanted to start the check-in procedure and she was extremely annoyed at being asked any kind of questions (about the hotel or public transport). The hotel is great, but it is located too far out of the city center to walk. You will need to use public transport during your stay if you want to visit the old town. Still, I would recommend the hotel en would book there again.

Great stay!

Location is basically on Heidelberg main station, very convenient for business trips. The apartment was spotless, beds were comfortable, bathroom and kitchen well equipped. They provide free coffee and tea for all guests.

The breakfast is quite expensive for what it provides.

Perfect place to stay for visiting Heidelberg!

The location was perfect in the Heart of Heidelberg right by the Bahnhof so it makes it easy to get everywhere. The Beds were extremely comfortable, they had a laundry facility with a dryer ( it’s Europe it’s a big deal), great breakfast and coffee,tea and hot chocolate 24 hrs . The atmosphere is very social with seating areas people can hang out , eat play games. The staff was very friendly and helpful we loved them. Next time we visit we plan on staying again!

There were enough facilities for doing my own cooking and for working. The location is convenient, though not particularly pretty. the availibility of bikes at the station was great.

Good spot if you are attending the conference centre - don't use the in-room safe!

Room was great - clean and tidy. Bed was comfy. The air conditioner worked but the control was a bit funky. The in-room safe didn't work - but that wasn't a big deal.

There was real variation in the reception staff. Some members of staff were nice but many were very blunt bordering on rude and not interested in assisting guests.

Comfortable, reasonable value close to the Main Train Station.

The kitchenette was useful, nice to be able to prepare breakfast and snacks. Aircon: tricky to figure out and only works when all windows firmly closed but needed with recent warm weather. Location: beside the Congress Centre, haupbahnhof and the tram into the Old Town Good space and storage in the one bedroom apartment.

The water in the shower goes between hot and cold: this was mentioned by other reviews. Location, it is far from the Old Town if that is what you are visiting for. No availability of early check -in ( reception would not check if room ready …)

Quite & close to station

Location & sound proof , hotel is above the railway station platform, but no noise at all with sound proof windows, 2 mins walk from the station without crossing the road. We arrived at noon, free baggage storage, staffs at the front all day. Strictly check in time at 3pm.

The fridge is only decoration , no power outlet at all. This is my only complaint.

Practical and spacious apartment

Spacious, clean, practical, modern apartment, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, central location next to railway station (no noise inside!), friendly staff, about half an hour to walk to the old town.

The parking was somewhat confusing, you paid for the parking but your parking spot wasn't guaranteed, so if you left later with you car to go some place, you might not have a spot any more when you came back.

Very conveniently located by the main station and all the basic amenities are available. No need to ask for iron, ironing board, kettle etc. it’s all there.

The rooms where not dirty but carpet definitely needed a good clean as it was quite dusty and the room gets quite hot and stuffy.

We loved the modern, beautiful and practical studio with eye for details. Bed in master was wonderful. Bathroom and separate toilet welcome. Very quite night due to super windows and fine airco. Slidingdoor between masterbed and sleepingcouch. 2TV's and the sleepcouch had 2 real matrasses/beds. Lovely kitchentable and 4 seats. Bakery (sell rolls, bread, melk and butter too) is just 2-3 minutes walk. Parking garage in the building.City tram just 2-3 minutes walk.

The hotel has been opened 2 weeks earlier. Some starter's issues?! Our room cards did not work for hours. In our wonderful equipped kitchen there was partially no power (eg. for the coffemachine). Coffeepads Nespresso you had to buy yourself at the reception. The parking was complicated:We paid 15 Euro but were not sure if we can park again after using the car in the evening.. .a lottery. The breakfast in the lobby is expensive, not special and crowded.

Gutes bahnhofsnahes Hotel

Neues Hotel in der Nähe des Heidelberger Hauptbahnhofs (fußläufig ca. 2-3 Minuten). Trotz der Lage war es im Zimmer sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war groß und hatte die nötige Ausstattung für ein paar Tage. Ich habe die Ausstattung nicht benutzt, weil ich nur für eine Nacht da war, aber sie sah ok aus. Das Bad war schön. Sehr nette Person an der Rezeption.

Nur eine Person an der Rezeption hat zu einer verkraftbaren Wartezeit geführt.

tolles Hotel-Konzept, sehr innovativ. hoffentlich kommt die Pflege und der Unterhalt nicht zu kurz.

Lage. Zimmereinteilung (Apartment mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, abtrennbarem Schlafzimmer, Dusche und WC separat). Hotel-Konzeption, sehr gastlich, großzügig, familien - und tierfreundlich.

Die Zimmerreinigung hatte offensichtlich einige Spuren der Gäste vor uns übersehen.

Gute Lage

Die Lage war super, direkt am Bahnhof. Schnelle Verbindung mit der Bahn in die Innenstadt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer wirkte auf den ersten Blick sehr ordentlich und geräumig. Das Bett war leider sehr hart, der Duschkopf funktioniert nicht weswegen man nur baden konnte. Auch den verfrühten Check-In für 30€ Aufpreis finde ich persönlich nicht sehr kundenfreundlich. Man hat zwar die Wahl gestellt bekommen ob man sich für das Programm von Adaigo anmelden möchte und man dann so kostenlos einchecken kann oder eben den Aufpreis von 30€ bezahlen.

Tres bonne solution pour un sèjour de courte durèe. Etablissement tout neuf et de qualitè.

Bon emplacement, mais un peu eloignè du centre historique de Heidelberg. Malgrè ceci l'arret de bus est très proche et le trajet se fait rapidement. L'etablissement est impeccable et le studio etait tout à fait à la mesure: superficie ample, excellent equipement, mobilier tout neuf et de qualitè, salle de bains parfaite.

Rien en particulier. Peut etre le quartier, proche de la gare, manque d'entretien et de restaurants agreables.

Salvo el inconveniente de la llegada, fue muy buena el rest de la estadía

Las instalaciones son modernas? el desayuno lo justo, tenes café a disposición todo el día, tiene buenos medios de transporte al casco histórico. A un paso de la central de tren. Nos compensaron por los inconvenientes del día de la llegada. La persona con quien hablamos fue muy cordial y pidió varias veces disculpas.

El día de llegada fue pésima la atención de la recepcionista y el apartamento estaba sucio y faltaba rellenar los productos de aseo, luego se cortó la luz del apartamento y pretendían que esperáramos hora y media a que llegue el electricista en lugar de cambiarnos de apartamento inmediatamente. Finalmente nos cambiaron.

Gut, auch für längeren Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne, geräumige Zimmer. Sehr leise - sowohl nach außen, als auch zu den Nachbarzimmern. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das WLAN ist super stabil, man kann gut mobil arbeiten. Es sind auch viele Steckdosen vorhanden zum gleichzeitigen Laden mehrerer Geräte. Mein Bett war sehr bequem, obwohl es ein Klappbett war. Ein Edeka ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen, um sich mit Lebensmitteln zu versorgen. Leider war bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt die Klimaanlage defekt, die sonst immer hervorragend funktionierte. Ein Haustechniker kam am selben Tag, um sich das Problem anzuschauen, konnte aber es nicht selbst beheben. Die Fremdfirma kam bis zum Ende meines Aufenthalts leider nicht. Über die Fenster lüften ist zwar möglich, aber durch den Bahnhof sehr laut. Insbesondere am Wochenende ist dann kaum an Schlaf zu denken.

Das WLan ist nicht passwortgeschützt.

Prima hotel voor doorreis of zaken, niet om meer nachten op vakantie te gaan.

We waren hier 1 nacht op doorreis. Heidelberg is een mooi stadje tussen de heuvels/bergen aan de rivier.

De auto kun je niet bij het hotel parkeren maar aan de overkant van een drukke weg. Het mooie centrum is nog best een eindje lopen.

Sehr gutes Hotel im Apartment Stile

Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Betten bzw Matratzen waren äußerst bequem. Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt zum Bahnhof, aber die Schallisolierung war hervorragend, so dass wir die Züge kaum gehört haben..Dafür mussten wir natürlich mit geschlossenen Fenster und Klimaanlage schlafen. Die Küche im Zimmer machte einen sehr gut ausgestatten und sehr sauberen Eindruck. Das Frühstück war exzellent. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Kinder haben sich sehr über die Pancake Maschine gefreut.

Der Platz in der Tiefgarage kostete für die Nacht 25 Euro, was ich schon sehr happig finde. Aber natürlich muss man berücksichtigen, dass das Hotel direkt am Hauptbahnhof liegt und man dort sonst nur sehr schwer anderweitig parken kann.
