Starting with the positive , the good thing about this hotel is the proximity to the main train station .
Staff attitude is not that great , the staff I interacted with sidelined me despite me waiting in line and attended to the locals first.
Hotel does not disclose that there is a city tax before hand and neither does Agoda
The room that was provided was not cleaned , there was many strands of hair on the bed , pillows , on the floors of the room and bathroom and the lights in the bathroom also were broken .Called reception more than 5 times and no one answered , when I went down in person , the staff was seated there and was not bothered to answer the phone , requested to speak to a manager but request was denied , she told me she will change the room for me , the new room was not any better , there was dust everywhere and hair on the bathroom floors that was not cleaned .I paid 216 euros for this room and it was really not worth the money .

Only thing inadequate is no kettle nor cups provided.

A modern and relatively new hotel in a prime location right next to Heidelberg Hbf. Very convenient for sightseeing, with easy access to buses and trams. The self-service kiosk makes check-in and check-out quick and hassle-free. The only downside was that there seemed to be limited staff on duty, although this may have been due to the public holiday eve. Overall, a great choice for travelers who value convenience and accessibility.
