The best stay while driving through Europe so far!

The town was lovely green and calm. The hotel was easily accessible, new and very convenient. Garage downstairs. Hotel and the room were spacy and light. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant and bar had a beautiful view. Next time I will certainly try the breakfast as it had vegan things as well.

Adequate. Could very easily be a lot better.

Excellent location and general facilities for a visit to Heidelberg. Nice modern room with very nice bathroom and strong shower. Free/included underground parking.

They are really holding back on a lot of the basics we have come to expect from any accommodation around the world. There’s just one cushion. You can’t elevate the back of the bed. No water cooker. No tea or coffee. No fridge. Small table - can’t really work. Gloomy lighting - can’t really work after dark. No glasses.

the facilities are spacious well designed and clean . nice view from the restaurant on top floor spacious and practical rooms

there is no actual receptionist. I had to leave early in the morning the personal to whom I left my access card was extremely rude

Fresh and Bright

Very fresh and full of light. Our room was much bigger than we expected. There was also a fridge in the room which was a great help. All in all the feeling in the room and hotel in general was very good. Staff was helpful yet relaxed and there was plenty of parking space around the hotel. Tram stop was also just around the corner :)

This is a tiny thing, and didn't really bother us much. The screen ouside the hotel, where you are supposed to check in, didn't work at all. Luckily the reception let us in. But I wonder how it would have been if we arrived at night.

Definitely choose this one!

I like the idea that people with dog/cats receive rooms special for people with pets. This way people with allergies would always be in rooms 100% pet free! Great idea. Price for a dog is 8€ and they are not allowed in bed, understandable...for us, not for our dogs obviously...;) rooms had no smell and were extreme clean. I mean every corner is really clean. Shower perfect, there is a soap and a hairdryer available. You can either use rain shower or a "normal one" placed lower. We've been in yellow room, standard are blue. Size of the room is perfect, not big but definitely not small! Our toddler had enough space to play. There is a balcony, very nice. View on treas, birds sounds in the morning, nice! nothing to complain about. Also coffee set with kettle, a very clean kettle. Beds very comfortable. Pity that from 2 mattresses but was not a problem for us. I do like to mention lady from the reception. Very kind and very helpful. Big plus for the underground parking! No additional cost and very convenient location right onder with rooms and lift Floor which is not a carpet, great! There are shops within 2km and petrol station. It is a quiet place although if you are keep your balcony open you might hear some tram passing but not disturbing at all. We had no breakfast here but definitely one of the best stay in Germany

The only disadvantage is that once outside temp is about 30 degrees it is pretty warm in the room. No air conditioning is a pity but during night got colder and temp was with open balcony very pleasant again.

It's a pity the hotel doesn't have kitchen. Breakfast was very basic.

Great place

The staff is really nice and kind. They are always there in case you need something. The common areas are clean and the view is beautiful. The decoration of the room is quite pleasant because of the color combination. Moreover, the room is always clean.The food is good, you have many option for a breakfast. The ubication is great because it is very few steps away from the tram station.
