Cozy but spacious room and very good in house restaurant.

It was a very cozy old building, our room was right above the restaurants and was very spacious. The restaurant had good food and we enjoyed the stay.

Parking would have been almost to possible had it not been for the fact that we were there during off-season, otherwise parking would be almost a kilometer away. The room was large but cold and it didn’t warm up until halfway through the night.

Adequate but not anything exceptional, other than the price.

Room was spacious enough for a 4 person family with individual beds for each person.

Bathroom was not private and was shared by both apartments on that floor which was a little difficult with two young children. Parking was difficult and even though we paid for a permit we had to park about a .5km from the hotel in a residential area.

Perfect stay for exploring Heidelberg!

Great value, especially the group rooms, charming place with a lovely courtyard out the back. Very friendly staff. Good location for exploring as easy to walk into the touristy area (took around 25 mins)

Quaint and clean but lacking some things that would have made stay better.

Traditional building and quaint. Clean. Fresh towels. Restaurant available.

No mirror in the room. No t bags or coffee or milk or sugar. Only a kettle and cups. Shared bathroom for shower was out of use by more selfish other residents for a long time. They did make up and hair chatting for ages… and did not consider other guests. To reduce the risk of this happening; a mirror in the room would be helpful. A bit cold at night and would have liked an over throw or thicker duvet.

great room, lovely facility, clean and cozy, nice breakfast and friendly staff

We met friends for dinner in the restaurant. Food was ok but not great and a bit pricey. Portions were large - would prefer quality over quantity for the pasta dishes. (Although the one meal with homemade pasta was very good)

Blocked shower drain No shutters and thin curtains yet despite this the room was still poorly lit The Wi-Fi is not existent in the rooms Noisy The coffee/tea in the room was also non-existent Expensive for the quality of service and room. Unfriendly staff, if you ever see them

Excellent stay. If in Heidelberg, I would go again.

The staff taking care of our specialised needs by going out of their way. They made the stay really enjoyable. The dinner in the hotel restaurant was also very healthy and delicious. I have not had such a well prepared dinner in a hotel restaurant recently. The inner courtyard of the hotel is a very beautiful and cute place to sit for a tea/coffee. Overall very nice stay and hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. Lots of very good bakeries in the neighborhood as well for people who like to have a hearty breakfast.

The availability of more plug points in the room for charging would be nice. But it was ok for us.

There's parking outside hotel, but very limited parking space. Windows is broken, cannot open it. Wifi is very poor.

DAS LAMM very adequately met our needs for seeing Heidelberg's Illumination night.

The Family Room served 6 of us very comfortable.

Car parking was a hassle--waited 1.5 hours until a street space opened up. Paying extra for breakfast--it should be included in the room price as at other hotels.
