I would recommend this!

Clean and organized

Lots of construction going around in the area, which made it a bit difficult to navigate upon arrival. There’s a 36 minute walk into the city center, so you can get lots of steps in!

Very good bed. Good location. Next business travel to Heidelberg I will come back.

Near MC Donalds, where I could charge my electric car. Near to American style restaurant and lunchroom (Mendy's). Parking space below hotel in basement.

It was not clear how to check in or check out. We checked in digital and we thought this would be the same way when we left. But afterwards we had to contact the reception. It was also not clear that we had to pay for the parking.

Spacious room with balcony. Friendly staff. Many places to eat within walking distance. Short distance to the music venue for the concert we were attending.

Helpful staff make such a difference

The staff were so helpful, kind and accommodating. The apartment was huge, clean and comfortable, with 2 balconies.

We were a bit far from the old centre of town but close to the train station. And I don’t think the kitchen was stocked for a family that cooked most meals, but we managed.

The room wasn't properly set up for Airbnb. There was no chopping board, no cutting knives, no other everyday kitchen items. The assumption should be that the guest may use the kitchen. It should be supplied on that basis.

Superb

Self check in is easy, only one password is needed, comparing to others which might need 3-4 to open door after door… So even there is no stuffs for most of the time, there is no problem. Overall stays are very satisfying

They seems to have laundry room, but you need to ask their front office stuffs, which most of the time are no stuffs there, so we can not use it during our stays

Solid stay near Heidelbergs hauptbahnhof

Suytes business hotel is strategically located close to the Montpellierbrücke tram/bus stop and Heidelberg central train station. The city centre is walkable (about 20-25mins, or less by taking the tram for the first half of the journey). Bathroom was quite good. We didn't encounter any staff until departure, check-in was accommodated via key card in a locker. Which worked fine and there was an internet page with all information and service options. I would recommend staying here if you're looking for a place close to the public transport hub of Heidelberg.

The neighborhood itself isn't too pretty. The room itself was okay. Nothing too luxurious but comfortable enough. Furniture has seen better days and the kitchen did miss some basic utensils. I would look elsewhere if you're wanting to be closer to the city centre or in need of a more luxurious room.

Due to roadwork the gps had some trouble finding the right way, but when we found the hotel, it lived up to all expectations. Big rooms and very comfortable beds.

SOLID room with great air conditioning!

The kitchen and the bedroom were very useful. I also loved having a balcony and the air conditioning during these hot summer months was GREAT!

I didnt like the location - there was not much in terms of stores or healthy restaurants. Also did not like the bathrooms - the doors and the space was rather tight!

Massively disappointing.

The room it self was okay

They have rubbish internet and the staff are rarely there and so couldn't help. The number they give redirects to a hotel in Mannheim that can't help if you have any issues. I booked here thinking it was really "Business Suyte" and would have okayish but had to leave early because, well, they don't. They appear to have 10 MB line which is obviously insufficient for 30+ apartments. DO NOT GO HERE if you want to be able to use your laptop for working or taking video call. Also added bonus, if you have any problem, booking.com will say it's your responsibility to resolve the issues with the company directly and take zero accountability, though they take a cut off the top regardless. Can't recommend either Booking.com or this place after my experience here.

With a little more attention to detail, this hotel could be great.

I liked that the hotel is in short walking distance to the main train station. There was a good and cheap Thai restaurant a 5 minute walk away. There’s a small supermarket about a 10 minute walk away. When the hotel was attended by staff, they were kind and helpful.

I stayed 3 nights in 2 different rooms. -No bath towels were left in my first suite. The floor was not swept. -There were no kitchen utensils in my second suite. Nor did the AC work. -The tv satellite connection did not work in either suite. When I reported the issue, they made a call and learned it would not be fixed for several days. -There is usually no attendant in the hotel after 5PM.

a new idea, but with a few too many “no go’s” to return

washer/dryer access was wonderful! garage, surprisingly, was not oversubscribed, so the last day when it rained, we were able to park inside and keep us and our suitcases dry. breakfast was fine, but too expensive, with warm croissants! filled up, though, and we had to leave and return 20 minutes later. room, though small, had a huge balcony, in rainy Germany.

horribly squeaky door into our room. no staff could address this until the young man at reception the day we left. exterior stairs that are wet with rain. can’t imagine snow or ice! exterior access to elevator and thus, to rooms as well. crazy for Germany. if the garage had been full, parking on the street was impossible: we were lucky.

The lift that you cannot open the door inside without a key card. I got on without a key card and was stuck in the lift after the door was closed. Luckily, a passerby heard my scream and opened it from the outside, and I was able to escape.

Perfect

The hotel is nice. All facilities are clean and new. It’s nearby to the castle. You can take 22 line train easily to the old city area. The hotel colleagues are nice, they are very friendly and give us many useful tips. By the way, their English is very good, you can speak English with them frequently. I have really a nice journey in Heidelberg!
