The hotel is well located, less than 10 minutes' walk from the Hbf, although you do have a trek to get into the city. The nearest tram stop is 5 minutes' walk away and there is also a bus stop right outside. Apps are easy to use as are ticket machines, so we had no problems travelling in and out. The reception/lounge/bar area is spacious and comfortable, and the outside ground floor terrace is fine if you're just looking to sit for a few drinks. The dining area was spacious albeit we didn't use it. The rooms (we had a double and a twin) had a separate WC, but you still had to go to the shower room to wash your hands! The shower was great, pressure was good, and the wardrobe and hanging space was good. The kitchenette came in very handy. There was a small freezer within the fridge, which was useful. The beds were comfortable. On-site washing was a few minutes' walk away, but the extremely nice hotel manager took us there in person. She was lovely!
The kitchenette was handy, but the sink is far too small and the extractor didn't like slightly overcooked Bavarian sausages and with the windows not opening, the room was a bit smelly for the next few hours.

The room is modern and nice equipped with all you could need
The cleaning service is not everyday, i had to pay for the parking although it says that the the hotel has private parking. I found it kind of scamming, 1 night 15€ for parking
