Value for money.

Everything was value for money. Very friendly & helpful staff.

The tap water tasted very bad (fishy odour) ! It was cloudy too & cleared in a few seconds. No where in Germany did water taste or look like this! We had to buy still water. I presume it was a feature of Heidelberg water supply? Wish the toilet & bathing area were in single unit.

it was fine but the property should be honest in marketing their facilities like the gym, washroom.

room is spacious, but kitchen is a bit small. room is also clean

I did not like the way the property markets some facilities like the gym- it's quite deceiving the way they present it when in fact, the gym is not in the property but is located across the street and costs 13 €. Also, the washing room only has 3 machines and you have to download the app etc. The theatrics is just too much.

The cleaning service is not everyday, i had to pay for the parking although it says that the the hotel has private parking. I found it kind of scamming, 1 night 15€ for parking

Wonderful staff and managers. Location is perfect.

The General Manager Burkhart Basler, and the Sales Manager Tim Gruber are amazing people. The staff is also excellent and everyone is incredibly kind and attentive. They make sure to help with every matter and always go the extra mile. The hotel is located in a very central area, within walking distance of Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof. All kinds of public transportation are easily accessible.

Clean, spacious place in Heidelberg

We liked the spacious flat. It was clean and comfortable. We asked a quiet flat and they did. The hotel is a little bit out of the town (but we wanted a place near the railway station and it was very practical; this is perfect place too for those who travel by car) But the public transport is very good.

Perfect stay

The room and other areas are very clean. Very good sleep quality. Smooth check in process. There is a proper reception area with helpful staff.

It’s not located in the prettiest area in town and public transport options from old town is limited, but still manageable with a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

Excellent accommodation

Great location. Very clean hotel with everything you need for an extended stay, though we were just there one night. Staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were nice and fluffy.

Completely new hotel, clean room, with kitchenette facility.

The kitchenette is new and contained even the microwave but the forks, spoons, cups were few or made of plastic (cannot be used with micro). Beside that everything is perfect

New room but seem not finish renovate yet.

The room not clean. Once I had entered the room, there is foot step and dust on the floor seem like not finish renovate. I have ask staff to change the room and he offered the last room available (which next to restaurant that you cannot open the curtain because everyone in restaurant can see you). This second room also have stain on toilet cover. i have to clean it by myself because no room available to change amymore.

Very good

Renovated modern apartment or quite new. Good parking and possible to drive in before check in. We were only one nigh there and the bus station which takes you to the Altstad is in front of hotel, which was good.

It is not that we dont like, but the window handle was kind of blocked, we couldnt lock the window. Good sound insulation of windows, but it opened during the night a few mm and we were oriented toward street with lot of ttaffic. It could be fixed, but we arrived late from the city and didnt noticed that on time. We were tired and that didn't bother us. Everything else was excelent.

Very clean, stylish and modern. Beds were super comfy and breakfast had loads of amazingl options. Would throughly recommend.

It was really good, the only minor downside was the location as it is in a commercial park. But it's only 20mins walk to the old town which is quite pleasant if you go via KaiserStraße like we did!

A modern and clean hotel with easy access to the city

New and modern hotel with nice decoration with very clean rooms, professional and cooperative staff and reasonable prices. Rich breakfast buffet with different options. fully equipped kitchenette with all facilities in the room (such as microwave oven and dishwasher), Easy access to all parts of the city and touristic attractions by public transport; 1min walk to the nearest bus station (Montpellierbrücke) and about 10 min walk to Heidelberg Hbf. Different types of restaurants near the hotel.

There is no everyday cleaning of the rooms; I stayed for two nights so this was not a major problem for me.

Compact but comfortable apartment, everything looks like new. Affordable and well located.

Facilities in good condition, space in the room, access to laundry, snacks and beverages available for free, cleaniless, location near train station, receptionists speak several languages, welcome drinks

Very little or nothing to watch on TV, something must have gone wrong with the cable signal. Needed to request shower towels, more coffee and sugar could be available. If you really want to cook then it might be challenging with the equipment available (I did not even try).
