Great stay in a modern and clean hotel!

Good location, nice and pittoresque 30 minute walk to the Old City. Friendly staff and nice vibe in the hotel. Pleased to have been able to park our car (payment) underneath the hotel in a private garage.

The turn to enter the parkinggarage was extremely tight for our car (Volvo S80). This could be a problem for the bigger SUV’s these days.

Not to say I didn’t like, knowing it was 10 mins walk from the station. OK for me though. The immediate area is quiet, the Thai restaurant next door is super!

Wi-Fi wasi cluded and strong. Front desk staff were very helpful. Next door Thai restaurant has excellent food.

Rooms arr a little small. Loads or construction around make it difficult to navigate around. Instructions on how to get there discuss looking for a walkway, but they should call it a pedway, we would have found it easily. A walkway we look for a pedestrian street. A pedway, we look for a suspended pedestrian span which is exacly what it was.

Close to the Hauptbahnhof

The two guys at the front desk, one from Greece and one from Spain were exceptionally helpful. This was the only hotel on our trip that had air conditioning. It's a short hike from the main train station to the hotel and maybe a 15 minute tram or bus ride to the beginning of the main shopping street.

All was good. There is a convenient food court type setup outside of the hotel that we enjoyed. Heidelberg is a great city to visit. They have a branch of this hotel that is half the distance to the old town. Good value for money.

Good value for money

the buffet breakfast was excellent and much appreciated. the bus stop is a 4-min walk from the hotel and the bus to the center runs every 30 min. If the windows are closed you cannot hear any noise from the outside, so staying near the railway station was not an issue. all staff were super nice and friendly.

I spent two nights in this hotel. This is s great place. The room was big enough (with a large bed :-) ) and super clean. Plus, small treats of tea and coffee were offered .

If I had to point out a negative aspect, maybe that would be that the hotel is a bit far by foot from the city center (but very close to the main train station).

Dass das hotel nicht weit von Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof entfernt ist. Bei der Sky Sport bar könnte ich die Bundesliga anschauen kommen. Hat man auch extra zwei Bett Kissen im Schrank stehen. 👌🏾

für unsere Bedürfnisse (nur 2 Nächte und tagsüber unterwegs) völlig ausreichend.

Das Frühstück war umfangreich und vielfältig, leider waren die warmen Angebote nicht sehr warm. Das es auf dem Zimmer ein Wasserkocher gab, war sehr angenehm.

Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt war das Zimmer okay, für längere Zeiten wäre uns das Zimmer zu klein und zu minimalistisch eingerichtet. Ein Schuhanzieher wäre nett gewesen.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr positiv überrascht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß aber sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Städtetrip braucht, sehr gutes Bett. Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage (nicht weit vom Bahnhof und gute Stadtnähe). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Sehr sauber, Personal 24h ansprechbar und immer sehr freundlich. Zimmer klimatisiert, sehr angenehm im Sommer. Zimmer modern eingerichtet. Mir gefällt das Konzept dass auf tägliche Reinigung verzichtet wird, dafür war das Zimmer bei Ankunft 100% sauber. Wenn man trotzdem etwas braucht wie zusätzliche Handtücher, Toilettenpapier etc. waren alle Mitarbeiter immer sofort hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super, wenn man geschäftlich unterwegs ist und nahe an Kongresszentrum und Bahnhof wohnen möchte. Trotz Nähe zum Bahnhof schien mir die Lage des Hotels auch für alleinreisende Frauen wie mich sogar nachts sehr sicher. In der Heidelberger Altstadt ist man in weniger als 30 Minuten zu Fuß oder noch schneller mit der Straßenbahn.
