Perfect! I go for work often and I have my hotel now.

The room was perfect, warm and cozy.. Not with the crazy air conditioning.. It was quite and nice in the building.. In my room the bath ventilation was very loud.. I avoided to use light there.. But still was fine.. Only, currently the elevator is not working and it was difficult for me with the luggage.. I liked my stay very much. Could you please put this labels for the door, that we don’t want cleaning.. Thank you!

Perfect

I had to overnight before medical treatment early the next morning in Heidelberg. Close to train station, lovely quiet room and friendly staff. Elevator for luggage! Perfect stay- thanks.

I arrived early and the girl at reception is very nice and gave me early check-in. Very big room.

It's a old hotel and there is a smell. The fan in the bathroom is very very loud. It's close to the station but far from the old city.

The room was very clean and agreable , and the location was near the train station so it was perfect for me but a bit far from the center (I needed to take public transport). It was quite easy to find . There were shutters so the sun didn't get through

I had to wait 15 min outside as nobody were here and I didn't have any instructions. They gave me my key in express and didn't tell me about the check out . It was quite far from the center of the city . And the air conditioner noise is very loud even if it goes after 15/20min. It also has some little insect in the curtain.

The hotel is near the center and all the bus and tram stations.

I could hear people from the room at 4 o'clock in the morning that came and made noise.

Disappointing

Near from central train station

Wi-fi didn't reach our room (4th floor). One heater didn't work. One floor light didn't work. TV controller didn't work. Hair drier should have been in the room but it was missing. I told that to the staff at the front desk but she didn't solve any problem.
