Great hotel to visit Heidelberg while staying close to the train station

Convenient location next to the train station and easy to take the public transport to the historical downtown. The room was clean and quiet, and had everything I needed — double size bed, bathroom, hot water, desk. WiFi worked fine. I was able to leave my suitcase in the storage room and came back to take the train.

Near the train station and tram station. Very convinient for traveller. Have a luggage storage service for the customer who check in the hotel. Staff is very helpfull.

The room is a bit smaller but for travellers it is convenient enough as we do not spend so much time at the hotel.

Nice location and clean place.

Location was great and the bed was pretty confortable.

In the morning, cleaning personal was speaking with eachother (oe with phone) so loudly that it was so uncomfortable in morning. Also i would say price performance is little bit lower average.

İt is in the central position. The staff in the lobby were helpful.

There was noise in the night. I stayed 5 nights and couldnt sleep 2 nights. Some spoilt young boys punched my door at 1 am. İt was terrible night. 1 night before a school bus arrived a lots of children made noise at night and at the early sunday morning. Rooms are too small also it was a bad experience for me sorry ıbiş heidelberg were very noisy and scary.

Value for money, close to the train station

Helpful staff in the hotel reception. Parking available. Clean room, clean shower toilet. The breakfast was good, the ambience in the breakfast hall was good, well illuminated and welcoming.

Windows have to be closed at night else the train noise is loud enough to disturb the sleep. With closed windows room becomes stuffy as there is no central ventilation for the rooms.

Good location, great breakfast, comfortable beds.

Room was very small for the price of room. And quite noisy due to location next to large metro station. Bed size were listed as King and they were only double sized beds. Only one towel was in room for two guests. No extra pillows were available.
