Good location for travel links, comfortable room and nice lobby area

I travelled for work so location is important, I don't usually take breakfast but do like tea/coffee making facilities. For a little extra I booked a superior double. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and able to use a kettle to make drinks. There was a small fridge and two bottles of mineral water free. I'd read reviews which said it was noisy and the train station could be heard, I stayed in a room on the opposite side and it was quiet. I slept very well

The self check in took a bit of sorting and I got an error code, the reception staff soon sorted it for me though. They were very helpful

Bad experience, won’t stay there next time

The only good thing about this place is the location. 2 mins walk from train station.

The so called self fast check -in doesn’t work at all. Only one person at front desk and didn’t provide the assistant we needed at all. The bath room drainage not working at all, water spread to the whole bathroom. We had to change a room in the end. Rooms were very noisy.

Disappointing for 4 stars

-big windows to air the room during the day -eventhough the hotel is not near the old town it was really easy to get everywhere since it's so close to the main station -comfortable beds

We had the superior double room and we've never been more disappointed in a 4-star hotel than this one... - got two single beds eventhough it said one double bed - the hand soap was empty on the first day - there was still water from other guests in the kettle -there was dust everywhere (floor, kettle, tea/coffee station) - nobody told us that there was no room service and that you had to request it - we wanted to call the front desk to ask for the wifi code and nobody picked up For the price, we were of course not expecting big luxury and we're not usually people who complain but this experience wasn't that good... The least we expect from a four star hotel is for it to be clean and not even that was the case.

This hotel is amazing, close to the city, friendly staff, comfy bed, really nice shower

The room was quite hot as we couldn’t figure out how to use the air conditioning. Maybe having a little guide in the room would help fix this.

Nice hotel with secure parking

The hotel is very modern. It was nice to have a kettle for tea and a fridge in the room. Parking was convenient and secure. The location was right next to the main train station. It was easy to catch the bus or s-bahn to other parts of the city.

Great place, nice facilities, friendly and helpful staff. I liked the lay-out of the hotel. Stylish and minimalist; didn't feel like it was overly decadent. Had everything I needed.

The room temp. I know they had some smart system where if you opened the windows, the aircon would switch off. But either way, the aircon didn't work at all (even the staff acknowledged this), so had poor sleep because the room got too hot. Opening the windows wasn't an option either, cause we were next to a train station with announcements from 5 a.m. till 2 a.m. Pretty bad.

Prima! Würde ich für eine Dienstreise auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Die Lage direkt am Hbf ist super praktisch! Man kann nach der Ankunft mit dem Zug direkt einchecken, und alles innerhalb der Stadt mit dem ÖPNV schnell erreichen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war gut, mit einer für eine Geschäftsreise absolut angemessen Auswahl. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass fast nichts (ausser der Margarine) in in Plastik verpackten Einzelportionen angeboten wird. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet, trotzdem aber auch gemütlich.

Mir war im Zimmer leider viel zu warm um gut zu schlafen und über das Bedeinpanel der Klimaanlage konnte man die Temperatur nicht weiter reduzieren. Mit gekippten Fenstern ging es, dann hört man allerdings den vorbeifahrenden Verkehr. Ausserdem waren im Hotel relativ weng Mitarbeitende vorort, was beim Einlagern/Abholen des Gepäcks zu etwas Rückstau geführt hat.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, funktional und das Bett bequem. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und gut. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hat gepasst.

Die Eingaben am Check-in-Automaten waren etwas umständlich.

Das Zimmer war sehr hochwertig und geräumig. Alles an Ausstattung, was man braucht vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend vielfältig und vor allem schon ab 6:00 Uhr möglich. Personal war wirklich sehr nett.

Es wird auf der Website von Bademantel etc. an der Rezeption gesprochen, aber ich war scheinbar der erste Mensch, der danach gefragt hat. Fürs WLAN wird man mehr oder weniger genötigt, Mitglied in irgendeinem Club zu werden. Auch der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat mir den Code fürs WLAN erst nach anfänglichem Widerwillen gegeben, obwohl dies auf der Website des Hotels ausgewiesen wird. Wenn man ein Zimmer in Richtung Hbf hat, hört man wirklich die ganze Nacht über die Durchsagen der Bahn (für wen auch immer die um 3 Uhr nachts gemacht werden).

Die direkte Lage am Bahnhof war mir bekannt. Dass man die Ansagen vom Gleis bis spät nachts auch bei geschlossnen Fenstern im Zimmer hört war sehr störend. Das gleich gilt für Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern. Hier konnte man die Gespräche teilweise verfolgen. Die Lüftungsanlage brummte die ganze Nacht. Im Bad funktionierte der Duschabfluss nicht ordnungsgemäß Das Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen. Aufbacksemmeln, braune Bananen und überschaubares Angebot. Unmotivierter Mitarbeiter beim Check Out der einfach kommentarlos meine Zimmerkarte entgegennahm. Schade hatte mir mehr erwartet.

Bei der zentralen Lage am Hbf.muss man damit Leben,dass man wegen dem Lärm von Hbf.nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Aktuell viele Baustellen dort am Hbf.

Die Lage am Bahnhof ist gut. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich.

Mir wurde zuerst ein 'stinkendes' Zimmer im 1. Stock zugeteilt. Nach Beschwerde konnte ich ein anderes Zimmer im 3. Stock beziehen.

Při příjezdu byly drobné zmatky s parkováním, ocenili bychom, aby se za parkování nemuselo platit 20 euro navíc, ale aby tato částka byla zahrnuta v originální ceně. Během snídaně byl mezi personálem zmatek.

Schönes, sehr zentrales Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstück in Ordnung.

Unser Zimmer war leider sehr warm – insbesondere in der Nacht war es unangenehm heiß, obwohl wir im Oktober dort waren. Die Klimaanlage hatte selbst bei maximaler Einstellung keinerlei kühlende Wirkung. Als einzige Möglichkeit blieb uns, das Fenster zu öffnen. Durch die unmittelbare Nähe zu den Bahngleisen führte dies jedoch zu einem erheblichen Geräuschpegel mit durchgehenden Bahnhofsdurchsagen und Zugverkehr, was die Nachtruhe stark beeinträchtigt hat. Zudem sind die Betten sehr weich.

Zimmerwechsel von Bahnhofseite Richtung Straße, nachdem wir zwei Mal die problematische Lautstärke der ständigen Bahndurchsagen angesprochen hatten (Zimmergröße hier kleiner, für ruhigen Schlaf jedoch hinnehmbar)

Frühstück auf einfachem Niveau, zu Stoßzeit gen 9 Uhr fehlt es an verschiedenen Tagen an grundsätzlichen Dingen
