location is near to city centre and indian restaurants

Great Heidelberg overnight stay.

Great location and parking was easily accessible. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and even offered to mail our postcards. The room was large with lots of light.

A bit pricey but in line with all hotels in that area. We opted not to pay for the breakfast.

Totally recommended

I loved everything about this hotel: Beautiful, convenient location, nice staff. I was only there for a night and I'd totally stay again. Room and bathroom were spacious. They had an elevator. The bus stop is right around the corner, tho it's also pretty walkable to the main street.

Facilities were great.

We accidentally locked the one room key in our room. There was no human on site. We pulled up the reservation on our phone, emailed, called, etc. No luck. Our friend was trying to help and tried the number on the reservation but couldn’t get it to go through. A man, hotel guest, from Germany heard our dilemma and he called the number and told my friend how to obtain the key in the box outside. I think it is very strange that their isn’t a live person on site to assist guests! If this man wouldn’t of helped us, I doubt we would have been able to get into our room.

Very clean and quiet room with comfortable bed and a fan. About 15 minute walk to the main train station and to the Old Town through areas that felt safe during the days. Wasn't out at night.

The curtains did not block the street light nor sunshine.

Lovely elegant hotel.

Rooms look great, I'm happy with a single bed. I was able to arrive after midnight but there is no 24h reception, I had to follow instructions at a lock box. Windows blocked the noise out well and I had a powerful fan. Receptionist replied very promptly to my last-minute request to arrive much later than I'd said.

If you are a tourist, I would recommend staying further towards the old town, because staying here you will have to get a bus from the hotel in to town. The area seemed OK at night when I got there, but 24h reception would have set my mind at ease because KLM messed up my flights and I arrived after midnight. They didn't clean or tidy the room while I was there, saying it was to help the environment, I do like it when hotels clean and tidy the rooms though.

Pleasant stay

The location is not far from town and it's about a 10 minute walk. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean.

Quiet hotel 15-20 mins walk from the heart of the city

It's a nice little hotel about 15 mins fast walk from the main street in Heidelberg with all the shops and restaurants. The hotel is located in a very quiet area. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. We did not try the breakfast but it looked like there were many choices.

Very comfortable property with easy access to the centre of town

We travelled with our teenage and adult sons to Heidelberg. The staff here were very helpful, the rooms spotlessly clean and comfortable. The property is an easy walk to the centre of town and all the sights.

Very good

The buildings were all very pretty with historic charm (stained glass windows, chandeliers), and the rooms themselves were very well equipped and modern. We were especially impressed with the bathroom. It was very clean and comfortable to use. The beds were also comfy and didn't have too many pillows or blankets, which is annoying to us from our experience at other hotels.

There was no safe in the room. Also, not all parts of the hotel are accessible via elevator. This wasn't an issue for us, but if you have accessibility concerns, I would clarify with the staff if they can accommodate.
