A little more and be a great hotel

Hotel is in good location easy walking distance to most tourist highlights Breakfast had very good selection of food Staff friendly and helpful

One of my favourites in Heidelberg

Excellent location, very friendly staff, good value for money breakfast of high quality, which I usually don't book otherwise, because I hardly eat anything in the morning. Both room and bathroom are decently sized. I have been visiting Heidelberg regularly for the last 15 years and this is one of my favourite hotels. I'll come back. On a note: the location is perfect, if you don't insist on driving by car.

If you are sharing a room with your partner, one may end up sleeping between the two maddresses. But absolutely tolerable.

The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of the main attractions in the historic city center. Public transport connections are excellent, with Bismarckplatz nearby. There are also several supermarkets close to the hotel, which is very convenient.

Due to the vibrant nightlife in the area, it can get quite noisy at night, especially on weekends.

Nice room, only issue was the cleanliness of bathroom

The person at the front was super friendly

The bathroom wasn’t clean. A lot of hairs in the bathtub. The mirror was dirty.

Our Europe Trip with Friends

We arrived very early before noon, they allowed us to stored our luggage, when we came back by 2:30pm, the rooms were ready for us, so they allowed us to checked in early as usual which is great for us after a long flights. The staffs were very friendly and helpful especially Nicoletta. The rooms were comfy and the breakfast also good.

Lovely, well appointed hotel in good location. easy to find from tram coming from rail station. nice big room and bathroom all modern fittings!

No bath mat in bath and we found it a bit precarious getting in and out to shower. Only a minor point but a mat would help

Breakfast, bed and smiling faces.

The location was great (just off the pedestrian area). The hotel was easy to find. The staff was efficient and friendly. The room was comfortable (I prefer a firmer mattress but the one in the room was certainly acceptable). They handled the breakfast expertly. At arrival you choose between two seating times. This worked perfectly; not too many people arriving at the same time and overwhelming the staff, seating area and food supply. We were impressed and certainly will come back again.

They had a makeup mirror that was broken; it refused to stay looking at my face, it dropped down.!

The breakfast was great, I liked the location, the staff was amazing.

The room was really small and the bed was tiny, it was a twin bed when Im pretty sure I selected a double.

Parking was requested on booking but not attended to. Had to park at a location nearby (shopping centre) and cost a lot more than was advertised :-(

Nothing!

Breakfast was included in the price but no breakfast was served! There was nothing mentioned about the parking cost on the respective booking.com page, only that the hotel has parking. They charge us 19€ for a parking which is 100m away from the hotel!
