    -Door closed at arrival around 11am on a weekday, no one at the reception had to wait and call a number before a staff opens -Bad service, almost no English speaking... The receptionist was not even trying to communicate -Bed sheets are old and no noise isolation, can hear people talk and walk in the corridors -No AC

    I won't lie: my experience wasn't that bad, but there was one problem. When I was booking the hotel, it said there would be AC in the room, but there was only a small fan. Which was not even that good.

    Gutgelegen aber nicht sauber geputzt. Badezimmer ist schmutzig mit haare vom vorherigen gast, und die Badetücher sind auch unsauber - ich fand Blut an vielen stelen und musste dies zum Rezeption bringen. Auch den Ersatz war nicht so sauber. Noch dazu sind die Leute respektlos.

    The room was not properly cleaned, and it was not possible to take shower without wetting the whole washroom floor. Upon arrival there were long hairs in the shower, and the glass shower cabin was quite dirty. The provided shower towel had blood stains in it so I had to return it to the receptionist who brought me a new one. The staff at the reception when I arrived was quite friendly (student from Napal), but all the others including the asian cleaning lady and the gentleman on duty were completely disrespectful. On the day of my checkout the guy at the reception knocked on my door at exactly 11:00 am, and I politely asked him to give me about 30 minutes to leave, but another woman came to knock twice after about 10 minutes heavily on the door. When I opened the door at 11:30 she was fuming and all argumentative raining insults over me. I really couldn't believe this was happening. They lack proper conduct and training
