Very good value, recommended.

Clean and warm room, basic shower room that worked well. A decent 2* room as advertised and I would recommend it. It was close to a nice shopping street with restaurants and a view of the castle. My journey was disrupted the day before and the staff helped with my change of plans.

All fine. There was brief moment where I was worried about accessing my room but the staff appeared and solved the problem.

Good location, nice room

There was always nobody at the reception, therefore it was quite difficult: - to check in, - to get in in the evening, when the entrance door was closed, - it was impossible to leave luggage in hotel after check-out

Great place to stay on the old city. No frills but comfortable and clean.

Great location in the Old City, very walk-able location with easy bus access. Elevator to get to our room with bags. Clean room and comfy beds.

We thought it included breakfast but we were mistaken. Limited front desk support. Very tiny bathroom/shower.

Good location

No fan in room, if you don't have AC you should provide a fan. Last night I was there I asked the woman at front desk about what # bus to take to get to the train station she really didn't know. After 2 excruciating minutes of talking to her the bus schedule was on the wall opposite of the front desk, how did she not know ?

I really enjoyed my stay at Zum Pfalsgrafen in beautiful Heidelberg. The hotel is really in a great location and the facilities are very good. Amanda at the front desk is really helpful and nice and her service is exceptional.

Perfect location, super comfortable and a great view.

The view from our room was amazing, the staff let us choose if we wanted a bigger room or a room with a view of the castle, we did not have to think twice 🏰 It felt like a fairy tale. The room was simple but had everything you needed and it was really clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and parking garage was a few minutes walking from our place. Just as the city centre - amazing!!!

Muy bueno el hotel, cerca de todo el casco antiguo, llegas caminando perfecto. Llegamos en auto, a tres cuadras un parking que fue perfecto para dejar el auto. Buena calefacción y agua caliente, muy cómoda la habitación cuadrúple. Tiene ascensor

Die Lage war optimal, wir hatten kein Frühstück.

Habitación amplia, camas cómodas, ducha muy buena y buena calefacción. La ubicación es excelente.

Que durante el check in no hubo una persona física, tuvimos que llamar y no hay buena cobertura y nos costó. Hay una tasa de 3.5€ por persona que imagino que será la tasa turística que nos informaron allí y solo se puede pagar con tarjeta

Excellent emplacement dans la vielle ville, rue calme, accès rapide à pied au château, à la rue principale. Commerces/boulangerie et salons de thé de proximité pour pallier au fait qu'il n'y ait pas de petit-déjeuner servi dans l'établissement.

Hôtel central, accueil très sympathique, vue sur le château depuis la chambre, une chambre très confortable, très calme, un très bon rapport qualité-prix! Je recommande chaleureusement.

Le carrelage dans la salle de bains aurait peut-être mérité un petit coup de serpillière en plus. Mais rien de traumatisant, vraiment. C'était dommage de ne pas pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner dans l'hôtel, mais les pâtisseries (excellentes) ne manquent pas, à quelques pas.

Neu renoviertes Zimmer, schlicht, sauber. Mitten in der Altstadt, einigermaßen ruhig.

Beim Check-in trotz mehrmaligem Klingeln, Telefonat und Ankündigung der Ankunftszeit 10 Minuten auf Personal gewartet, bis heute trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung keine Rechnung ausgestellt.

Zentrales Altstadthotel mit verbesserungswürdiger Patina

Das Hotel befindet sich zentral in der Altstadt, sodass man kurze Wege zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten hat. Die Betten, Möbel und Beleuchtung sind neu. Das 4-Bett-Zimmer bestand aus 2 großen, separaten Räumen. Auch das 1-Bett-Zimmer war geräumig mit einem ansprechend renovierten Badezimmer.

Die Haustür des Hotels ist sehr alt und man fühlt sich dadurch nicht sicher. Im 4-Bett-Zimmer gab es in einem Raum keinen Vorhang zum Verdunkeln. In beiden Zimmern konnte man die Fenster für die Nacht nicht kippen, das Oberlicht ließ sich gar nicht öffnen. Das Bad war alt und schmutzig: kein Mülleimer im Bad, braune Spuren in der Toilette, rostige Waschbeckenarmatur, schwarze lange Haare im Bad auf dem Fußboden, an der Wand und im Bett. Die Toilettenspülung lief teilweise minutenlang, obwohl sie nicht betätigt wurde. Das war in der Nacht sehr laut und störend.

Trotz nur zweier Stockwerke gibt es angenehmerweise einen Aufzug. Die Lage ist optimal, man ist mehr oder weniger mittendrin, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Parkgarage, Fußgängerzone ....

Es war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut.

Wir sind mit dem Fahrrad angereist. Die Räder mussten im Hinterhof unter einem Sonnenschirm geparkt werden. Akkus konnten keine geladen werden. Das Bad war so eng, dass man nicht umfallen konnte. Die Heizung war noch nicht in Betrieb. Der Preis von 144€ war durch nichts gerechtfertigt. Da gibt es jede Menge Verbesserungspotential.

L’hôtel est très bien placé, tout est à proximité ( restos, cafés, attractions, etc). La chambre était d’une propreté impeccable et très confortable (oreillers matelas, literie). L’hôtel est très tranquille. Le personnel a été très gentil et serviable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel fortement.

Viel zu Laut zum schlafen.

Die Betten waren gut.

Es war viel zu laut. Man hat Gespräche aus anderen Zimmern mithören können. Draußen waren bis 2 Uhr Studenten unterwegs am schreien. Hatten alle Fenster geschlossen aber es hat nicht geholfen. Morgens um 6 wird dann draußen lautstark aufgeräumt. Schlaf haben wir nicht bekommen. Wir waren Montag auf Mittwoch hier. Etwas besser gedämmte Fenster darf man schon erwarten.

Unglaublich ärgerlich!

Am Anreisetag hat der Inhaber den Aufenthalt wegen 'Wasserrohrbruchs' storniert; - wir mussten auf die Schnelle ein höherpreisiges Ersatzhotel buchen. Die Differenzkosten sollte der Hotelinhaber übernehmen... dies ist trotz wiederholter Erinnerung nie geschehen!

Die Nähe zur Altstadt ist sehr vorteilhaft.

Der Empfang war nicht sehr einladend. Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung hat nicht funktioniert. Kugelkäfer waren im Zimmer. Der Fahrradabstellplatz ist nicht überdacht und es gibt keine Möglichkeit zur Ladung von E-Bikes.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, mitten in der Altstadt.

Es gab keinen Schrank und sehr wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer. Leider gab es auch kein Frühstück, weil der Frühstücksraum renoviert wurde.
