Super Nice Stay in Modern Heidelberg

The place is accessible and modern. It’s situated in a very good modern location of Heidelberg and in about 5-7mins walk you‘re connected to a Tram station which is perfekt. You can Alternatively walk to Heidelberg Hbf and alongside the area there are restaurants, groceries and pharmacies. The receptionist was so kind and exceptional. He was very accountal and we were very happy. He also went extra mile and went to our room when I forgot to take back my Ausweis.

Good value clean modern rooms with onsite parking

Nice clean modern rooms. Very well maintained and good value for money. Has parking onsite so great if you have a car. The apartment isn't right in the altstadt or inner city but this can also be a positive as that is very hectic in Heidelberg this is a less busy area and easier to get around.. Great option if you have a car as it's easy enough to get into the old town and other sites when you need to

Breakfast was excellent. Plentiful and varied.

Parking spaces are limited and our key card did not open the gate to the basement parking. This is despite the fact that the property is charging 15 euros a day for parking, when it should be free.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. The location was excellent – close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and perfectly suited for a family stay. Parking was absolutely hassle-free, which made arriving and leaving stress-free. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable, and we would definitely choose this hotel again for a future trip.

Lovely Staff, but Not Ideal for Hot Days

The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, which made the whole experience very convenient. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Additionally, there was plenty of parking space available, which was a plus.

I booked the superior room, which is on the top floor. It was so hot inside the room that it actually felt cooler outside. And that wasn’t even the hottest day of the summer. There was no air conditioning—only fans. I had to wait until sunset to open the window and let in some cooler air; however, small insects came in as well. The refrigerator also worked very slowly. I wouldn’t recommend staying there during the summer. Meanwhile the public transportation connection is bad.

Large apartment well located

Very well equipped large appartement . Easy access. Enough space for the car ( 15 euro per night). Walking distance from the conference center.

During our stay it was really warm (>30 degrees) and there was no airco and the fan in the appt was broken. I know these were exceptionally circumstances but made that we didn't sleep well because of the temperature.

3 is the charm! As the saying goes and this was my 3rd stay in this place.

The staff was just excellent and very helpful in every sense. The rooms do have everything you need to cover your stay. You can even use the kitchenette to prep your own meals. The location is just great as it is in very modern part of the town with shops and eating places just around the corner. Within a 10-15min walk, you also reach Heidelberg Main Station. One night, the key card did not work but the staff on the hotline did a great job to help us out.

If you decide to use the underground parking garage, be aware that the access drive way does not leave you much space to maneuver if you come with a bigger car. But, this is nothing the staff can be accounted for. :)

everything was in order: nice, new, clean, nice bed, nice shower. We didn't have breakfast because it's quite expensive. But the breakfast seemed very tasty to us: a large selection of dishes.

there was a strange, unpleasant and rather strong sound from the lamps, which are located behind a wooden decorative wall (we had room 205 or 215, I forgot.) The location is not perfect, but you already knew about it in advance.

No decompression, only a lesson 😒

The balcony was cool, and the room was clean. The kitchenette had good tools (despite the fridge not working.) Bathroom was large and bright.

The fridge did not work at all, spoiling our goods. We booked this hotel because it was listed as an amenity. Without AC, the room grew very hot, which accentuated the issue. Front desk closed way too early to address our problem, and we received NO communication from either number listed to call, or from the messaging service. Furthermore, we were given 1 room key for a 2 adult-booked room. Considering you need the key to even enter the hallway, AND the room key is required for any lights to work in the room, this was a massive inconvenience. Sadly, no compensation was even offered.

Worst hotel experience in my life

1) the hotel does not correspond to the declared level - this is a real hostel - we can’t talk about four stars ( 2) the hostel is located right on the construction site and at 6.45 I was awakened by unbearably loud sounds of jackhammers and other works.

Good and standardised rooms in a terrible location with unmotivated staff

Good and standardised rooms with sufficient equipment and a simple but spacious balcony facing the south side. The room offers everything to prepare a simple and proper meal. You know what to expect when viewing their photos of the amenities. Bathroom was clean and furniture comfortable. Very safe parking lot, easy to access with a lot of empty spaces left.

Terrible location, extremely difficult to reach by car due to huge construction sites that cause a lot of dust in the environment. Loud construction noises start from 7am and hinder a good sleep. Staff on site kept it as a secret and was generally not motivated or communicative. I wrote a question in the booking.com chat about their parking options and the staff was unresponsive and ignored my request. Although announced, there was no maid/cleaning service. No A/C available and centralised ventilation system don’t work. In summer, outdoor temperatures of 25 C (77 F) heat indoor temperatures up - due to a missing air circulation there is no running cooling system. Value for price rather unbalanced.

The hotel never responded to any of the emails sent through the booking platform. It was also difficult to obtain a bill. The location is also a bit far from downtown.

No EV charger if you arrive late

We rented a studio for my family to stay overnight while traveling. The room is very spacious and fairly modern.

The main reason we stayed here was because we could charge our electric car overnight. Not a charger in sight, unfortunately. And since the reception closes at 18.00 and we arrived later than that (you can get the room key from a locker), there was no one around to ask. As it turned out the next morning, the charger was in the parking garage, which you can only access with the help of the reception. They did wave the parking fee to make up for the inconvenience.

The kitchen was beautiful and I was able to save a lot on breakfast as the grocery stores are nearby

It had a kitchen. And not just that, it had all the required utensils. Moreover to my surprise, they even wash the utensils during the room service. Room was clean, however, the balcony could have been better. But, due to the weather, that was anyways not used.

They did not have some of the basic necessities like Dental kit or any other kits.
