Garage is good but resturant is mediocre

Ok room but nothing special

Food in restaurant was 2-3 out of 10 i ordered medium rare tuna but I got medium well so quite dry, the manager in charge asked about the food and I said my opinion but no response so I didn’t give any tip, pls avoid the restaurant and dinner.

A very pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying its convenient location, comfortable roo

The hotel is located in an excellent location, right next to Heidelberg Central Station. The staff spoke English fluently, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. We especially appreciated the clean rooms and facilities. The room was equipped with a large bed and a sofa bed, making it comfortable for a family of four.

We had breakfast on Sunday, so the hotel restaurant was very busy, and it was a bit challenging to find a table for four. However, the staff kindly helped us reserve a table—thanks to them!

Not the best place for a short stay to visit Heidelberg

The rooms are clean and large.

If you want to visit Heidelberg city centre is not the best location. Parking instructions was not clear. Too expensive.

Depending on the staff reception they are very nice or a bit rude. Sometime you have queued at reception and staff are not well aware on how to get the tram ticket.

In general, our stay was good and I think the hotel deserves to be called one of the best in the area.

I really liked the look of the room, it was very comfortable, clean, enough space for two people. Underground parking and facilities were good. Amazing breakfast, a big variety of food and drinks.

I didn’t like the fact that we denied to have a cleaning option every day because we didn’t want any strangers in our room during the stay, but still the stuff was accessing our room when we had breakfast just to leave some water for us and changing the towels. I wish they leave it by the door. I’m really concerned when people do that. The parking is a bit too expensive - 25€ per night. Location is far away from the center( not 15 min), but 30-40 min walk, so you have to either have a bike or use the bus.

All great except one HUGE minus.

Except the cleanliness, everything is wonderful. Location, the considerated designs of the room, the staffs of the reception.... everything.

It's indeed a huge pity that the cleanliness fell out of expectation. Otherwise I'll give score 10 out of 10. At the beginning, I only found that the cover of light and some tables were covered with dust, which was yet acceptable. Then on the second day, when we went for breakfast, the tables were either with fresh napkin & tableware but used coffee cups or covered with croissant crust, or with fresh tableware, but the napkin were dirty. We tried at least four tables to finally found one looked clean. And then after the day when we're back to our room. The beds were made, but the coffee cups were still dirty, all the trash remained in the trash cans. Even though we followed the instructions to hang the towels to be used again and put the other wished to be changed on floor, all the towels looked like all be changed. However, they are not perfectly folded like how they were when we first stepped into our room the day before. So we were then not sure if they are really fresh towels, or just be folded back. If they were just folded back, then some concerns popped into our minds: which towel is for whom? did they staff folded them with clean hands? Again, we feel sorry for this hotel that the cleanliness issue happened. It was such a great hotel and this could have been one of the the best staying experience of us, but the cleanliness issue destroyed it.

Four star superior hotel, two star delivery

Breakfast was excellent. The bright spot for staff was from Debbie and her fruhstuck team. They were exceptional and went out of their way to accomodate all of the guests-- very well done.

Front desk staff displayed little motivation or positive customer service traits. I felt like i had to pull information from them about the hotel. When we arrived at 1330hrs, our room was not yet ready in the system but no attempt to call was made. When we discussed particulars about the hotel, there was no personal tone or desire to assist us as new customers. There definitely needs to be additional training provided. As a four star superior hotel, we did not feel the sauna (only small towels), hotel room and front desk staff met that level of service. Though we travel to Europe multiplle times per year, I doubt we will be back to an Atlantic Property.

Overpriced, not a good value for money

The hotel bar seemed nice, overall nice building

It’s unnecessarily expensive. Double rooms have 2 separate beds. The parking costs 25e per hour, it’s ridicuous given that the hotel was already 320 per 2 nights. And also, it’s not even a big city, why would the parking be so expensive? Far from the old town, we found multiple hairs on the bed. The phone in the room didn’t work, so I had to call from my cell downstairs. The remote didn’t work. No hair conditioner in a 5 star hotel, it’s just overpriced big building. Spa was just 2 rooms.

This is a hotel that allows you to do a business trip in a nice surrounding.

The outlook over Heidelberg at breakfast is magnificent and the offered options are really good (potentially you could consider an additional expresso machine, as sometimes it gets really busy in the morning ...). Also this is one of the hotels where the sauna is not a marketing stunt - it is actually available (until 23:00) and even after a long business day (when you need it most) it is available (and very clean, and calm!).

Uncomfortable

The location was good, near by the old town and most attractions.

I'm generally not one to complain about small things, but I feel the need to share my experience. The beds were not properly connected, so every time we sat or laid down, they slid apart and we had to adjust them constantly. This was especially inconvenient with a toddler. Additionally, the air conditioning wasn't working, and the room was unbearably hot, causing us all to sweat. Opening the windows didn’t help because the train station was directly in front, and we could hear the loud announcements all night long. We paid 150 euros for a night, expecting a better sleep, but unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. On a positive note, the breakfast was good.

Excellent hotel for the business trip

Location of the hotel right at the train station. Very new and stylish, with restaurant at the top floor with very nice view. Very comfortable bed pillows. Breakfast was excellent. Clean and efficient. I didn't have a chance to use the spa and gym unfortunately.

Air conditioning was not good

Location, and the hotel is new. It's a good looking hotel.

Have to say, that the staff should really check by themselves, that the air conditioner was not functioning properly. Or maybe it's really that bad They tried to move us to a different room, but the staff at night about 21:00, tried to convince us that it was normal... That it was their technology. If that is true, you should not stay in this hotel, until they changed it. It was so bad, and warm in the room and the floor on the way to the rooms.

Service très loin des niveaux standards.

Le vrai plus a été le bar avec un DJ le samedi soir. Et le personnel du bar, des jeunes très agréables.

Notre chambre était situé côté gare et ce n'est pas très bien insonorisé. Le SPA est petit étant donné la taille de l'hôtel donc il y avait très peu de place. Le gros sujet à revoir est la qualité d'accueil. Ca a été froid dès l'arrivée. Aucune explication concernant l'usage du SPA. Nous n'avions pas de peignoir, serviette en chambre, nous pensions que ce serait au SPA mais tout est à récupérer à l'accueil, d'autres clients n'avaient pas l'information. Pareil pour la clé du casier, elle est aussi à récupérer à l'accueil ce qui nous a valu un 2ème trajet. Les prix du snacking sont hallucinants au bar ... un hamburger à 32 euros sans frite ni salade (tout en supplément), 6 huitres ridicules à 27 euros ... Un peu choquant. Au check out également tout était froid, on nous a pas demandé si nous avions passé un bon séjour. Accueil et départ sont des moments importants qui font parti du voyage, là ça a été très décevant, pas du tout à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles et du service que nous avons généralement.

Unterdessen haben die alles im Griff. Gutes Hotel, mit einer kleinen Sauna, für Heidelberger Verhältnisse. Ein gutes Hotel. Liegt auch gut am Bahnhof.

Heel gezellig en hoe verzorgd

Het ontbijt wat overtroffen en super lief personeel. Alles was heel schoon. Ook fijn dat je de met de bus naar de stad kan.

Helaas niet goed geslopen ivm met het trein station. Volgende keer vragen we een kamer aan de andere kant.

Schöner Trip nach Heidelberg in TOP-Hotel

Tolles Hotel in guter Lage für Städtetrip nach Heidelberg. Frühstück fantastisch in der Rooftop-Bar mit super Blick über Heidelberg. Alles was das Herz begehrt und einen gut in den Tag starten läßt. SEHR zuvorkommendes Personal, aufmerksam, höflich und nett. Auch Abends war die Bar auf dem Dach fantastisch. Toller Ausblick auf beleuchtete Stadt.

Getränkepreise im Hotel.......Für 0,2 Liter Wein (für einen Pfälzer sowieso ein komisches Gebinde) 15.-€ und mehr zu zahlen, geht gar nicht (geht schon, ich würde es aber nicht zahlen).

Das Frühstück ist normalerweise gut, ich war schon öfter zu Gast. Allerdings gab es diesesmal nur einen Kaffeeautomaten, der zu großen Engpässen führte. Außerdem gab es am zweiten Tag ab Morgens bis Nachmittags kein warm Wasser, obwohl hier anscheinend das Hotel keine Schuld hatte, hätte ich mir ein entgegenkommen gewünscht.

Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis im Restaurant, die Preise sind viel zu hoch. Der Service im Restaurant war sehr net, aber leider mussten wir ewig warten bis wir überhaupt mal etwas zu trinken bekamen.

Frühstück war ein totaler Reinfall... -keinerlei Organisation bei den Mitarbeitern -total überfüllt -man sass auf kleinen Stühlen/Tischen mit keinerlei Besteck/Eindecken -Geschirr musste selbst abgeräumt werden -Eine einzige Kaffeemaschine für über 200 Gäste -Abends wurde man ebenfalls an die kleine Bartische verfrachtet und bekam eine sog.Barkarte mit nur Kleinigkeiten zum Essen -Cocktail hatte nur eine Bruchteil Campari im Glas -Absolut keine Empfehlung

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Das Personal, ganz besonders Sabine, war beim Frühstück ein absoluter Traum. Man wurde bedient und hofiert und eine junge, große und sehr schlanke Dame hat mir sogar einen speziellen Ingwershot zubereitet. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet unübertroffen!!!

Lage des Hotels zur Innenstadt Heidelberg mit Verbindung durch ÖPNV Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage, Ausstattung des Hotelzimmers. Bar und Restaurant in der obersten Etage einfach Super! Alles sehr neu und sauber!

Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Zimmerreinigung alle 3Tage, aber da alles sauber und neu ist, stellt es nicht wirklich ein Problem dar.
