Very nice accommodation!

The room is very modern. It is easy to find it (detailed instructions). The noise was bearable i.e. there is good window isolation.

The pillows are just ridiculously oversized. The bad is a bit short (I am 185 cm high) and with such huge and high pillows it was really hard to sleep comfortably.

Small but very clean and functional apartment close to the railway station

The apartment is small but it was very clean. Easy check-in with keys in a box and code sent over whatsapp. Excellent communication with host, by phone/messages. We stayed in a suite - this had the windows facing the backyard (is quiet) and it had a small fridge and induction cooktop. The living room includes wardrobe, extensible sofa (for 2 people) and a very small kitchenette. The bedroom is large enough, it has a double bed and wardrobe (with safe). Toilets small but OK (the wc in a room, separated from the bathroom-with shower). Very close (2min) is a good Kaufland supermarket.

Location is not quite bad, close to the main railway station (500m) and relatively close to the old city (2,5 km). The area around the railway station is not very safe, being populated with strange people. The apartment is equiped with the very minimal tableware, dishes and cooking tools. Centralised air conditioning was not working. There was a small espresso machine but not functional.

Bed was hot and hard. Windows open in so either you can have open windows or privacy with the curtains, not both. No AC so if it is warm you need the windows open which means no privacy and noise from the street and park. Windows closed with the fan on a hard mattress that does not breathe? Awful , like Cambodia.

Lovely friendly staff and a relaxing stay in Heidelberg

— Housekeeper was great! She helped me and didn’t disturb me in the mornings 😊💆‍♀️ was very quiet cleaning the other rooms too — I slept undisturbed until 11am each day. Small thing I really appreciate, especially on the last day so I could sleep longer before my 12-hour train journey home! :) — Everything beautiful and clean! — The room had a fridge and freezer and the owner supplied me with a kettle upon request — I only need my coffee in the morning then I’m happy 😊 — Beds were so nice — crispy sheets. The shower gel also smelled so good I think it was fig ☺️ and not just the cheap one hotels normally use. Shower pressure strong!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. My room was upgraded at no extra cost. The flat is beautiful, very clean, big and super comfortable. The location and the furniture are very good.

It does not have air conditioning and on very hot days it is not solved even by opening the windows or with two fans. The lift was not working.

Good value for the price

The hospitality staff was super responsive and ready to satisfy my requirements. Moreover, my reservation has been automatically upgraded without any additional cost.

The temperature in the room is very high and nothing can be done to lower it except keeping the windows open. The thick blank sheets (not necessary in June) don't help mitigating the situation.

Schön eingerichtetes und großes Zimmer. Die Kommunikation ist auch top. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt und Bäcker.

Ein Duschvorhang oder Tür wäre gut. So muss man aufpassen, dass man das ganze Bad nass macht.

Όμορφο, αυτόνομο δωμάτιο, με πολλές παροχές, εύκολη πρόσβαση χωρις προβλήματα, με καθημερινή καθαριότητα. Πολύ κοντά στην παλιά πόλη, super market δίπλα μας και στασεις μέσων μεταφοράς επίσης δίπλα μας!

La disposición de las habitaciones, muy bien pensadas, con suficiente espacio para 3 personas, y hasta para 4. También la ubicación, la limpieza, todo.

Tuve un pequeño inconveniente para ingresar porque la tarjeta no funcionaba (se había malogrado la puerta); pero me lo solucionaron en menos de 10 minutos.

La ubicación era perfecta para mí. Más cerca de la estación imposible. El alojamiento era amplio, fuimos seis amigos y estábamos todos encantados. Limpio, confortable y espacioso. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Einmal und nie wieder

Da man quasi gedrängt wird, eine Bewertung zu hinterlassen, möchte ich es auf diesem Weg mal machen. Unterkunft war gut eingerichtet. Es wäre schön, dass wenn man schon Duschgel bereitstellt, dieses auch gefüllt wird. Leider war ALLES leer. Ich war dort vom 09.01-.10.01.2026. Mittlerweile haben wir den 02.02.2026 und ich habe noch immer keine Rechnung erhalten. Keinerlei Beantwortung. Weder per Mail, noch per Whatsapp.

Leeres Duschgel. Direkt an einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle gelegen. Üble Ecke Heidelbergs. Ich empfehle es nicht weiter.

Gut für kurze Aufenthalte

Obwohl kein Personal vor Ort war, habe ich dennoch schnelle Hilfe angeboten bekommen, weil der Fernseher nicht funktionierte.

Praktische Lage, sauberes Zimmer mit Bad und kleiner Küche, ist aber als Bürozimmer gebaut.

Es war sauber und es war schön, eine kleine Küche zu haben. Ausstattung okay, und die Lage ist sehr praktisch, in der Nähe vom Bahnhof.

Das Hotel scheint in einem einem alten Bürogebäude zu sein, also eine Wand ist komplett eine Fensterfront zur Straße raus. Für ein Schlafzimmer fand ich das eher ungemütlich.

Gutes, zentrales Hotel mit unpersönlicher Stimmung

Zentrale Lage in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes, angenehmes Zimmer, sauber

Sehr unpersönlich, durch Selbst CheckIn mit einer Schlüsselbox - und dadurch begegnet man keinem Menschen. Bauarbeiter waren auf dem Gerüst direkt vor meinem Hotelzimmerfenster, sodass ich schon um 15 Uhr die Vorhänge zu gemacht habe

Monolocale spazioso e nuovo, posizione molto comoda

Stanza spaziosa, moderna, tutto nuovo, pulito...letto comodo e doccia grande. Posizione vicina alla stazione e si può andare a piedi verso l' Altstadt e Hauptstraße. Check-in e check-out super semplice con codice per prendere la tessera per aprire. Consigliato!!!

Wie fanden es sehr schön und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Haltestelle „Stadtwerke“, ist somit schnell vom Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen (1Station!). Die Schallschutzfenster halten ihr Versprechen. Das Zimmer war geräumig, auffallend sauber und modern ausgestattet. Auch für Ältere sehr zu empfehlen- Dusche rutschfest, WC mit Bidet (!!). Wasserkocher und Nespressomaschine sind vorhanden, großer Kühlschrank. Safe

Riesiger Fernseher, aber die Programme müssten noch eingestellt werden. Größere Tassen für Tee und ggf. Gläser für Wein haben uns gefehlt. Der Fahrstuhl funktionierte noch nicht. Es sind noch Bauarbeiten im Haus, aber die stören nicht.

Schöner Aufenthalt im Boarding House

Das Zimmer war groß mit einem bequemen Bett, einer gemütlichen Sitzecke und einem sehr großen TV. Es gab eine kleine Küche und ein schönes großes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Lage war gut. Zur Altstadt sind es ca 30 min zu Fuß. Cafés gibt es in der Nähe. Es wurde sehr schnell reagiert wenn es Anfragen gab. Für uns war es ideal.

Es war recht laut zur Straße hin. Der Fahrstuhl funktionierte nicht.

Unkompliziertes Einchecken und auch Auschecken, Ansprechpartner immer erreichbar, Die Ausstattung mit kleiner Küche einem schönen Badezimmer Schlaf- und Eßplatz war sauber und ordentlich. Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Centrum entfernt.

Parkplätze gibt es in der Umgebung ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

Te weinig stoelen (1 ipv 2), te weinig glazen (slechts 2 pp). Nespresso apparaat zette lauwe koffie. Bediening luxe toilet werkte niet. Na melding niets meer gehoord. Afvalbak kapot.

Wohlfühlen nach einem langen Besichtigungstag

Die Unterkunft ist vom Hauptbahnhof in 10 Min zu Fuß oder in 5 Min mit TRAM oder Bus zu erreichen - Haltestelle quasi vor der Tür ! Wenn man in die Altstadt möchte kann man wunderbar und schnell mit Bus 20 oder 35 fahren Ich hatte ein Zimmer nach hinten. Es war sehr ruhig . Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Unterkunft ist neu, deshalb könnten Kleinigkeiten noch verbessert werden Es gibt einen Wasserkocher und eine Mikrowelle (keine Kochplatte)

Super großer TV - leider während meines Aufenthaltes nur ZDF störungsfrei - das bekommen die sicher noch hin. Geschirr ist nur das minimum vorhanden, aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt ausreichend. Ich hätte mich über ein paar Teebeutel gefreut

A localização é ótima e de fácil acesso, o quarto tem um tamanho muito bom, acessórios de cozinha caso você quiser preparar algo, a cama é bem confortável, banheiro bom, o local é bem tranquilo, silencioso e fica poucos minutos andando dos principais pontos turísticos. Vale muito a pena!

Eine tolle und moderne Unterkunft: sehr zu empfehlen

Die Unterkunft ist sehr hochwertig und modern eingerichtet. Die Altstadt ist innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten fußläufig ohne Probleme erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Die eingebaute Lüftung beziehungsweise eigentlich angedeutete Klimaanlage war leider nicht funktionsfähig – was bei unserem Aufenthalt von Tagestemperaturen von 35° und mehr natürlich ungünstig war. Zudem war die Angehörige Tiefgarage noch nicht befahrbar und rund um die Wohnung gibt es leider nur Anwohner Parkplätze, so dass es nicht leicht ist, einen entsprechenden Parkplatz für sein Auto zu finden. Dies wird sich aber wahrscheinlich dann wird er in Betriebname der Tiefgarage ändern. Aber alles in allem sind diese beiden kleinen Kritikpunkte nur ein Jammern auf äußerst hohen Niveau.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in einem tollen Zimmer

Ein sehr modernes und neues Zimmer im guter Lage. 7min vom Bhf und ca 25 min bis in die Stadt fußläufig. Es gab einen Kleine Küche mit einem schönen großen Kühlschrank und einer Nespressomaschiene mit vorhandenen Kapseln. Die Betten waren super bequem. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer schnell und informativ.

Wir hatten das Zimmer zur Strasse raus und da war es mit offenem Fenster Nachts recht laut, aber mit Fenster zu und er vorhandenen Lüftung im Zimmer ging es dann. In der Küche hatte uns ein Wasserkocher und vielleicht Weingläser und kleine Schüsseln gefehlt. Aber sonst war alles da.
