Loved the rooms and a short walk across the River. Parking is not easy and the checkin hours are extremely limited.

Even with the lack of cleaning etc we did enjoy our stay.

The Hotel room and staff were good. The breakfast was good although this was in a restaurant attached to the hotel and was a separate business(some were told) accessed from the hotel reception. Good location.

The breakfast was good although a little expensive £18 per person for buffet. The room was not serviced/cleaned after the 1st night/day and we mentioned this to reception the following morning as we returned late. There was no apologies but they did say they would sort it, the room got clean towels quilt folded in half but that was it beds not made. Floor was not cleaned even tho you could clearly see it required it, the coffee, tea, water milk etc did not get topped up. We stayed for 3 nights

Clean, good location, friendly staff

Location was good, breakfast was fine, but not really ready for the stated 7am start time.

The hotel had several issues: the room didn’t match the description (smaller bed, no space for luggage), it wasn’t prope

The location of the hotel was nice. You can walk to the historic area in 15 minutes via an easy route. There are markets nearby.

We were told that our room would have a king-size bed, but there was actually a queen-size bed. There wasn’t even enough space to open two cabin-sized suitcases. There was someone else’s hair on the bed covers. It hadn’t been cleaned properly. When we first entered the room, there was a strong sewage smell. We told the staff that we wanted to change our room, but they didn’t do it. Although the check-out time was 11:00, when we tried to get back into our room at 10:50 to get our luggage, we found that our key card wasn’t working. The staff said the system blocks the cards 15 minutes before check-out. There was someone at the reception who didn’t speak English, so no information was given to us at check-in. In short, this is not a hotel I would choose again.

Overall a good value, great location,

For Heidelberg, the location was very good. A short walk across the river from the Altstadt. Easy 5 stop tram ride to the main station. Breakfast was small but adequate. Room comfortable.

For the price range, it was a good hotel so there are no complaints.

The hotel room was big with a nice seating area. We had a nice view of the street below. And the room was very clean.

There was some sort of noise constantly in the room from some machine but we don't know what it was.

Great option on the other side of the river

Friendly and supportive staff. They helped us get back some forgotten things in the room. Thanks a lot! Also room amenities were great and stylish. We loved the area with fine dining as well.

the hotels booking.com administration account got hacked and my credit card info got stolen - resulting in fraudulent charges through phishing emails within the Booking.com UI. At check in this was not recognized and no apology was offered - very disappointing.

Nice for a short stay in Heidelberg

The location of the hotel is good, it is only a small walking distance from the city center. There are also many restaurants and cafes close to the hotel. The room was big enough, nice, clean, with a comfy bed. The bathroom was new and clean, with a nice shower. The breakfast was good, even if not so varied. The service was always friendly.

It was a little bit noisy from the street in the late evening and early morning. There was not enough space for work, if you are on business travel, but you can still try to adjust it.
