Friendly & low budget

Classic Inn offers good daily breakfast in a little breakfast room just across the hall from my room at reasonable hours. WiFi was available though slow at times. On the ground floor, I did not have to use the stairs or elevator.

Being on the ground floor (without an in-room fridge) things got nabbed from the window sill by passers by and voices as well as the sounds of traffic and people could be heard throughout most of the day. But this cannot be helped.

the key box did not work. As I checked in in the night, the door card did not come out as the hotel announced. I booked 2 nights. On the second day the key could run the elevator. I had to drop my luggage upstairs. The reception has no idea about what is service. This hotel was the worst one I have ever stayed.

The room was lacking in many facilies: no frigo bar, no kettle, virtually no TV because there are German channels only (in a hotel is quite likely that you have tourist from abroad), no AC. The shower arm is so short that taking a shower can be very challenging. The information sheet provided in the room is outdated.

Great Hotel, Great Location Near the Main Train Station and all Trams and Bus routes. Easey Room Card Collection Via a Key Box and Code. Great Breakfast, Excellent Staff who help us get back a left behind item by calling us.

Super clean and quiet place. Comfy and cozy room. Great communication and they allow me to check in earlier, thank was really a big plus!

Just the instruction to enter the hotel was not clear, after Ive gotten the key card, I wasnt sure what to do next, like we have to insert the card into the lift door and I had to try it few time to get it right.

Location is nice, well centralized. Staff came to fix the broken sink almost right away. The view in thebackward was nice.

My card did not work at first and no emergency phone number or staff at the reception to talk to (I came in the late evening). Sink was leaking water, old crappy and small shower where one can barely fit in. No night table or convenient power outlet next to the bed, no fridge. I selected this hotel based on false advertisement: there is no dedicated and included parking at this hotel.

The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was well organized with wide shelves to put your toiletries. Also the shower worked properly. There was a desk in the room so you can use your laptop easily.

The hotel does not have its own parking, although booking.com classifies this hotel as having a parking. It is simply a commercial lie. All the parking lots are on the street, but during the night they are all occupied by the local dwellers. Ironically, the hotel provides a map with several free parking lots in the neighborhood (all of them full during the night), one of which being on the other side of the hotel. But on that location there is another hotel!

Basic hotel with a easy to reach location, but nothing fancy

The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the main station, also very easy to find. The breakfast is simple, but has the basics you need. I like the bed, it was quite comfortable and big for one person.

The rooms are directly next to the street so it can be very loud during the night, especially when there are people outside speaking. With earplugs I could sleep ok, but I didn't like the fact that the window does not seem to be very sound proof. The room does not have air conditioning, so it was a bit hot (luckily during my stay it wasn't too hot at night so I could cope with it and I could keep the window shut to prevent the noises outside a bit. But had it be even warmer, it must be really hard to sleep).

Such a crapy hotel. Shame!!!

Nothing. Wait, toilet paper was of better quality.

I would say, my room was like a cheap motel room. Everything was very very old, not maintained at all, looked like the carpet needed a thorough cleaning, bed was something like, mattress kept on some thing built by cement. This place was nothing like what I thought while booking. No air conditioning (felt like a bakery there), felt like room was not clean, there was dust on table, on carpet. I fled the hotel after one night. Booked hotel NineNine (best decision made) although lost a lot of money at ClassicInn ( yeah, they did charge me extra for I.e 147 Euros for their crapy service and per night).

Kissen für Allergiker oder 2. Kissen auf Nachfrage nicht möglich . Wasserkocher mit Kaffee/ Tee wäre schön, zumal Frühstück erst ab 8:00 und nur bei ausreichender Kapazität möglich ist
