Sleeping comfy a disgrace

Lift and location close to public transport

The beds are mostly twin beds bound to doubles- mattresses disgraceful uncomfortable worn out - not Premier Inn worthy

We liked the location, the shower and the comfortable beds.

We didn't like the crashing and banging that could be heard around 4.30 - 5am which woke us up.

1. The staff are not willing to help the customers, their faces are not welcomes at all 2. I have booked the hotel via booking.com which is included everything, but the staff said it was not correct and they have charged me the city tax 21 EU

Very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for families like us.

The hotel is very convenient, the bus and tram stops are right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around and explore from and to the old the town. From Heidelberg Central Station, you can reach the hotel easily via tram. There's also a supermarket just below the hotel which opens at 8am, which was a big plus. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for families visiting Heidelberg.

Breakfast could have more variety. If you can, don't opt for breakfast inclusive, as there are plenty of restaurants within the area.

Bad management and business policy can ruin all your efforts!

It's a nice new building, room was clean and comfortable.

Reception staff were so unprofessional. I saw something in this hotel that I've never seen before in my life! In this place you are a fraud unless proven otherwise, they come to your room, wake you up and ask you to pay! Or they lock your room and don't let you into room, they accompany you to the door of your room and waiting out, because they think that you may run away before paying! Their behavior is very insulting and impolite so all the merits of their hotel can be ignored.

H τοποθεσία, προσβαση στην πόλη με τα πόδια και στασεεις λεωφορείου και τραμ ακριβώς μπροστά στο ξενοδοχείο. Ακριβώς δίπλα υπάρχει super market EDEKA.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν σχετικά μικρό. Πολύ κακή ηχομόνωση. Οι τοίχοι μεταξύ των δωματίων είναι κατασκευασμένοι με γυψοσανίδα με απότέλεσμα να μεταφέρονται πολύ εύκολα ήχοι από άλλα δωμάτια και έντοινες ταλαντώσεις από το κλείσιμο των εξωστοθυρών των δωματίων λόγω των ισχυρών μηχανισμών επαναφοράς.

Ottimo hotel in posizione centrale

L'hotel è situato in una posizione perfetta per raggiungere il centro anche a piedi con una breve passeggiata. Il parcheggio a pagamento è situato proprio sotto all'hotel e quindi comodissimo. Straordinario rapporto qualità-prezzo. Il giorno del check-out ho purtroppo avuto un malore improvviso e il personale alla reception si è prontamente adoperato per chiamare un soccorso medico, immediatamente intervenuto e si è speso in ogni modo per assistere me e la mia famiglia, lasciandoci anche a disposizione la camera ben oltre l'orario del check-out per concedermi un po' di riposo dopo il rientro dal pronto soccorso. Un sincero grazie al meraviglioso staff di questo ottimo hotel, che con calore e umanità ci sono stati vicini in un momento di difficoltà.

Für einen Kurzurlaub ein tolles Hotel

verkehrstechnisch top Lage, da die Straßenbahnen und Busse direkt vor der Türe abgefahren sind, trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Frühstück war gut, von allem etwas und es wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt - also alles bestens! Sehr nettes Personal, die auch jede Frage beantworten konnten. Super Taxi-Service!!! Zimmer sauber und praktisch, Betten supi und geräumiges Bad.

20 Euro/Nacht für einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel scheint mir ein bisschen zu viel, 15 hätten es auch getan, aber das war das einzige Manko!!!

Verjaardagscadeau voor Kurt

Dat je van je kamer over de gang met de lift naar de garage kon. Dat er een garage bij het hotel is. Dat er aan het milieu gedacht wordt, door alleen op aanvraag nieuwe handdoeken op te hangen en schoon te maak maken. De kamer was bovendien ruim genoeg voor 2 personen en van alle gemakken voorzien.

De temperatuur op de kamer was veel te hoog. Raam kon alleen op kantel-kiepstand, maar dit was niet voldoende om te koelen. Ook de airco koelde niet voldoende. Na 2 dagen kwam een receptionist met idee om het slot van het raam te halen, zodat het raam helemaal open kon. Wat meer kastruimte zou fijn zijn en een kapstok voor je jas, zeker als je 's winters een dikke jas aan hebt zoals wij.

El chico de recepcion era de Madrid y fue un placer comunicarnos con el en español( nis recomendo un lugar para desayunar y fue todo un acierto...gracias) .La habitacion un poco justa pero practica.Caminando al centro sin problema.

Für 1-2 Nächte ist ok. Lage ist gut aber sonst gibt es Verbesserungspotenzial.

Lage war sehr gut. Wer will ÖV nutzen ist vor dem Tür. Aber ist nicht soweit zu Fuss von Start des Altstadts.

Sie sagen dass 24h Rezeption gibt - leider gibt es nur eine Person welche Sicherheitsdienst macht und kann nicht wirklich Deutsch reden. Sie sagen dass wir bis 12:00 Mittags informieren sollten wegen Zimmerreinigung - wenn wir 11:30 dort waren, sagen sie die Liste für Reinigung ist nicht mehr da. Frische Tücher können wir haben, mussten aber selber hoch ins Zimmer tragen.

C'est un bel hôtel.

Idéalement situé entre la gare et le centre. Les transports en commun sont juste à côté de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux.

La seule chose qui pourrait être améliorée, ce serait les couettes. Je suis grand et malheureusement les couettes sont un peu petites et pour un grand lit, ce serait bien une couette double.
