Very welcoming check in and friendly staff. Hotel looks new and very clean rooms and communal areas. Underground car parking is available for a fee and directly connected to the hotel. Hotel is within walking distance of the main station, from where buses and trams are available into the centre. The only downside to this hotel is it is quite a long walk to the centre of Heidelberg (about 20 minutes). The area around the hotel felt quite safe though.

We had a one night stay over. It was ok, but unlike what was communicated, there were no parking spaces and the property was very difficult to get to by car.

There was a lot of construction in the area which made it hard to get to the hotel. The room was okay but very small. For what we paid I would say it was a good hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff. Near tram to centre city. Good breakfast, with a modest menu. Room cleaning was almost zero. We had to ask for change of towels and for roll of toilet paper. When cleaning service was asked they merely changed towels and did nothing else such as empty bins or make beds or clean bathroom. Nothing done with the excuse they were making contribution to saving the planet.

Great hotel, wonderful breakfast. A little bit further away from old town and main sights but this reflects in the price. Public transport only a few minutes away on foot and will take to main area in Heidelberg.

Very nice new hotel. Corona restrictions with masks were of course not nice but what can you do. We had a room on the ground level but didnt hear any sounds from the corridor or from the street.

Very close to main station, public transit and a walk away from most grocery stores fast food places. Room was quiet clean and comfortable. Staff was great and very friendly! Me and my dog enjoyed! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful modern hotel with nice staff and good food. Felt good being in this hotel. Only the room was not perfect: you could clean the rain shower outlet (half of them were closed) and give more attention to small details when cleaning (there was a leftover plastic peace from a single use shampoo from someone).

Very clean hotel that is probably pretty new. The hotel has a kinda young feel to it and the staff is very helpful. I definetly will book again, when in town. On a side note, I am kinda fed up with hotel breakfasts and usually never get them, bc it seems to be always the same, but this time (due to lack of time), I had the breakfast on the last day and it was different, from all the other breakfasts, I have seen so many times before. So big thumbs up for that!

There is no car park at the moment although it is stated on hotels.com. Besides they do not offer any amenities and sell 2€ for a toothbrush brush! Unbelievable!

The place is clean and worth the money. There are no cupboards in the room, only open hangers. So just something to be mindful of. Outside of that, very clean room with a nice location.

I arrived at lunchtime and was able to check in way early. I liked that very much. The bed was comfortable and the decor in the very quite room was nice.

Myself and my fella stayed for 5 nights and we'd highly recommend, staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and had the best pillows ever, bathroom was great and had the best shower gel and hand soap, loved the fruit infused water at reception, only suggestion for improvement is, breakfast was over too early, if it was served until 11am I'd probably have had it, because we were on holiday it's nice to not have to rush down for the breakfast before 10 so we missed it everyday.

I love that this hotel is conscious of the environment without being preachy. Good location. Staff was helpful. The staff speak both German and English fluently. The only downside is lack of parking on site. We parked at the train station which was a short walk.

Beautiful hotel with interesting room design. The staff was very friendly, especially receptionist Rose who helped us find our way trough the city. It's a great location, 10 minutes walk from train station and right on the tram station.

This is my favorite Hotel in Heidelberg. It's really quiet and has everything I need. I have stayed here 3 times already. However last time there were lots of black hair on the bed when I pulled the blanket to the side. But like I said this wasn't the case the first two times I stayed there.
