Ideal for one night. Not central to the busy holiday town.

Quite a way out of Verbania and based on the main road so very noisy. Only one pillow provided. Owner very helpful getting us a restaurant booking in town. No A/C in the room. Across from a nature reserve which was lovely for walks down to the lake. Breakfast basic. Nice little balcony but noisy.

Noisy and no A/C. Could not find anyone to get another pillow - staff seemed to have disappeared. No parking.

Fond memories of a surprisingly relaxing stay

This was a great find! The bed was extremely comfortable (a bit hard but I prefer that), the room was much bigger than expected with a huge terrace that captured the sunshine until sunset :-D . Many buses stop right in front of the house, the breakfast was great, and the owner really lovely. Considering the comparably low price I paid, I was very happy and I would love to go back.

It could have been a wee bit cleaner in places, and a few things need a bit of care and updating (bathroom, toilet, lights, more clothes hangers needed). These were all minor issues though and didn't reduce my stay as the room was otherwise beautiful and homely. The road is mentioned a lot in the reviews and whilst it would be great to not have it right in front of the house, it didn't distract me that much. When the window was closed, I didn't hear it much at all.

Well located for both lake Mergozzo and lake Maggiore, including by foot to a little beach which is accessed by a path opposite the property. Very friendly and helpful host who provides a good breakfast.

The road is noisy so windows need to be closed at night.

The owner/manager was great ! I was sick, and unable to get a dinner from outside (monday), and he prepared something for me. He was very helpful for everything. Balcony.

Parfait pour 1 ou 2 nuits

La simplicité, l’accueil sans prise de tête. Minimaliste mais confortable. Tout y était et nous avons eu le luxe de choisir notre chambre.

Juste le bruit car au bord de la route. Pas de petit-déjeuner proposé (pour un bed & breakfast..).

une catastrophe pour le client car l'hôtel est hors service

Rien à en dire puisque l'hôtel n'existe plus en dépit des réservations toujours actives sur le site.

Mon mari et moi n'avons pas du tout apprécié de nous retrouver en fin de journée, dans un lieu ultre touristique, face à un hôtel hors service. Cet hôtel est abandonné. Il ne faut donc pas y réserver de chambre bien que l'annonce propose des chambres à louer. J'en ai informé booking.com qui, n'a pas, du moins, à ce jour tenu compte de mon alerte en dépit des relances. D'ailleurs j'attends toujours mon remboursement.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour !

Votre hôte est toujours là pour vous accueillir quelque soit l heure. Très sympathique et a l écoute. Pour les mélomanes, petit déjeuner fait maison à déguster au son d une musique jazzy ou classique, très agréable pour commencer la journée ! Parking à côté de l établissement pour se garer. Arrêt de bus et emplacement vélos électriques juste en face de l entrée avec une belle piste cyclable !

Una struttura così o si chiude o si ristruttura, non riesco a capire che senso a tenerla aperta dal momento che versa in condizioni di fatiscenza, per diversi motivi: 1.nessuna insonorizzazione così che si sente il flusso del passaggio delle auto a tutte le ore; 2.mura spese 1mm a tal punto da dover sentire le conversazioni telefoniche notturne di ospiti delle altre camere; 3.arredamento e camere usurate, datate e prive di manutenzione ordinaria; 4.tovaglioli di stoffa al posto degli asciugamani; Una camera uso singola in una struttura così per quanto mi riguarda non vale neanche 30 euro, e si pensi che ne ho pagate ben 55 euro!
