lovely quiet room on the hill, close to town and grocery store.

Clean, practical stay, friendly host

Friendly host, clean room and bathrooms, good car parking, nice garden and veranda. Also nice to have a cat around (not inside the house though!)

We were a little late and tried to get in touch. There was no response via the Booking app. After calling two times we were called back though. There were also mosquitos in the garden. To prevent the mosquitos getting in the house the host used some sort of incense.

Great short stay, walking distance from the lago

My flight got delayed and I arrived at 22:30, but the host was eager to still let me do the check-in. Great bed, clean room,linnen and facilities.

The location is near a parc and baveno beach. The guest house is 7 min walking from the town center.

The place is rather old and rusty. The bed blanket smelled dust and the towels needed to be replaced ( the ones we got looks like they were used for couple of years...). Moreover, pets are admitted and were playing on the dining table (a poor cat that looks in a very bad shape). The owner didn't seem to appreciate us using the dining table even though this facility was stated as accessible. I wouldn't recommend to stay more than a night...

Person was nice, as usual. I was not so expected and i felt normal and italian people was always sympatico and gentle.

Bed was somehow not comfort. Italia needs air condition in summer.

Very quiet guesthouse and very close to Lago Maggiore. Excellent bathroom facilities. The host couldn't be more helpful. Beautiful garden setting and on site parking

It would be easier if the guests had a few cooking utensils for garden barbeque/ grill.

Fair price for what's on offer. Lounge & internet situations need sorting.

A quiet and comfortable sleep. Access to the lake & the main Baveno tourist area is a bit of a walk, but there is a supermarket reasonably close. Parking available on site.

Strange set-up. The rooms are all on the ground floor but the "shared" lounge / TV area turns out to also function as the hosts' dining room / lounge / TV room, off of their kitchen (not for guest use). The host lives upstairs. Guests do have shared microwave / fridge / kettle access in the lounge area, but nowhere to wash a plate or two. Uncomfortable situation & the host was upset by a unknown action in using the space. Sorry - I have no idea what - perhaps just acting as a guest who feels the facilities are available to be used... The Internet situation is also weird - the host obviously has a connection but for some reason this is not open to guests. Surely wouldn't break the bank?

A very good location close to the lake, but you need a car to get around. Fast and easy communication. Nice garden in quiet neighbourhood.

The acommodation is very old-school. The room is rather small. Language barrier avoids better communication.

Un séjour reposant et une belle aventure

Ena, l'hôte, est extrêmement sympathique. Il accueille et renseigne avec beaucoup de plaisir. Il est extrêmement disponible et apprécie énormément de discuter de son Italie et de sa région. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Super Kurzaufenthalt

Netter Besitzer, der immer versucht hat einen zu helfen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war gut. Wir hatten einen Kühlschrank den wir benutzen durften. Zudem stand eine Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher im Gemeinschaftsraum.

Die Unterkunft ist hellhörig.

Pratique pour une etape

L'emplacement est très pratique pour visiter une partie d une lac majeur. Très proche de l embarcadère et proche des petites villes sympathiques alentours. Le parking dans la propriété. Merci a nos hôtes qui nous ont permis d arriver un peu plus tôt que prévu. La chambre et les parties communes sont très propres. Très calme.

Les hôtes sont quasi inexistants. Très très peu de contact.Très, voire trop discret. Les chambres sont un peu vielles et la literie pas confortable. La salle de bain est partagée. Pas de clim et il fait assez chaud.
