Lovely place run by lovely people

A cosy apartment with a kitchenette filled with breakfast goodies (including home-made cake). It’s less than 15 min walk from the centre of Baveno, so away from the crowds but still convenient, and the area is very pleasant (nice square, old church, mountain views, free parking). And then we also tried a massage by Micky in the studio across the street (what a treat) and a lunch in their tiny restaurant (what a treat again!). Highly recommended!

A lovely warm welcome. The room was better than we expected. A lovely sitting area, bowl of fruit and other goodies welcomed us. Parked right outside. Ate in the restaurant - what a treat - amazing, you have to try it. Would love to return.

There was a little kitchen fully supplied with breakfast items. Yogurt, salami, homemade muffins, plentiful tea and coffee, cereal bars, juice etc. Its not a complaint - just be aware that breakfast is not served.

Hidden gem

The owners are wonderful people, extremely friendly and helpful. The room was the best equipped with amenities of any non-hotel location we stayed on our Europe vacation. Eating at the restaurant will also be a highlight with the many wonderful taste sensations with the delicious food and wines.

Lovely stay in charming apartment.

The apartment is in the old part of Baveno. It has a bedroom,sitting room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has a microwave and fridge and items are provided for breakfast… we were given a stunning plate of fruit. The apartment is charmingly decorated and spotlessly clean. We had dinner in Ristorante Amelie one evening …it was fantastic..wonderful food and great service. We will definitely stay again.

It was not an issue for us but the apartment is about 1 km from the centre of Baveno.

Great apartment in quiet area close to Lake Maggiore

Little details to make you feel home, warm and nice apartment, great experience overall! Giving importance even to the essence in the rooms, brilliant idea:) coffee, tea, fruits, and even umbrellas to use for the rainy days! They thought of everything and communication was very smooth.

Excellent and very kind hosts

Michaela is very welcoming and kind. She provides all that you need and really takes care of her guests. The fruits were excellent and we had food and drinks to take the breakfast in the room. Very well decorated and clean. Their restaurant seem excellent, unfortunately it was already full. Make sure to book a table before arriving. The massage provided by Michaela was also very relaxing! We really recommend this hotel. Ideal to visit Lago Maggiore, Stresa and Borromeo islands for instance.

Feels homely with nice touches and stylish furniture. Good layout with everything a traveler needs. Only one above the restaurant so feels exclusive.

This is an outstanding property. Although it calls itself a B&B you get in effect your own apartment which three rooms plus bathroom. Its over the best restaurant in Baveno and the owners Paolo and Michaela are really helpful. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Appartement is top en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij en onze 2 honden werden zeer gastvrij ontvangen en er stond een heerlijke fruitmand voor ons klaar. Een echte aanrader is om bij Paolo en Mikey in het restaurant te gaan eten. Wat prijziger als bij een gemiddeld italiaans restaurant maar echt een smaak explosie en voor wat je krijgt het meer dan waard. Onder andere echt geweldige risotto gegeten

Voor ons absoluut geen tegenvaller maar verwacht geen uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Je krijgt heerlijk door de chefkok gemaakte cakejes, fruit en yoghurt. Typisch italiaans ontbijt en zeer lekker

Il mini appartamento veramente TOP accoglienza che non ho ricevuto neanche in un 4/5 stelle All'interno abbiamo trovato un cesto di frutta fresca e buonissima nel frigo ogni bene di dio dall'acqua alla bottiglia di bollicine allo yogurt ai succhi macchinetta del caffè in cucina e a tutto il resto dai muffin alle meringhe. spettacolo lo consiglio vivamente.... Poi Paolo il propietario essendo anche schef alla sera a cena vi ha fatto viaggiare attraverso la sua filosofia di mangiare. puro spettacolo complimenti a lui e alla compagna lo consiglio vivamente.una esperienza da fare

Een ruim appartement. De koffie was heerlijk. Volle koelkast met het ontbijt en drankjes die je kon kopen. Onder het appartement was het restaurant. Aanrader. Ga erheen, je krijgt er zeker geen spijt van. Het bed was goed. Badkamer in orde.

Wohlfühloasel die nur zu empfehlen ist — Danke Paolo und Miky

Nach der sehr herzlichen Begrüßung wurden wir in eine kleine Wohlfühloase mit hervorragendem Duft und dezenter Musik geführt. Als Willkommensgruss stand eine prall gefüllt Obstschale, selbstgemachte Muffins, Meringues und ein prall gefüllter Kühlschrank fürs Frühstück und sonstige leibliche Wohl zur Verfügung. Espressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikro/Grillgerät, Milchaufschäumer — Alles was man fürs Frühstück braucht (Kaffe in verschiedene. Varianten, gleichfalls Tee, Milch, Powerriegel…) einfach Alles war da. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, schon am 2. Tag wurde auf die bevorstehende Hitze reagiert und die Bettwäsche neu bezogen und ausgewechselt. Das unterhalb der Wohnung befindliche Restaurantö ist ein geschmackliches Erlebnis und nur zu empfehlen. Wer die Möglichkeit hat, dieses Appartement zu buchen sollte zuschlagen und einfach genießen. Ortszentrum und See sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch unser kleiner Hund, für den keine Zusatzkosten verrechnet wurden,fühlte sich sichtlich wohl Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder.

Von uns aus gibt es nichts aber schon gar nichts auszusetzen.

Un accueil formidable, une ambiance zen , de bonnes ondes , des oreillers avec de la paille (ou pas ) mais je vous le conseil avec une petite brume à vaporiser pour dormir comme un bébé . Des fruits , des cakes fait maison . Je recommande . Et le restaurant , un régal ....

Il n'y avait pas de pain pour le petit déjeuner alors que la veille au restaurant , nous en avons gouté et il était exceptionnel ! Dommage

Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig, komfortabel und praktisch eingerichtet. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück kann direkt in der Wohnung eingenommen werden. Nebst einer hochwertigen Kaffeemaschine bringen die Gastgeber einen Korb mit Brot nach Wahl, inklusive frischer Croissants. Zur Begrüssung steht zudem ein grosser Früchtekorb bereit – ausschliesslich mit reifen und geschmackvollen Früchten. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst professionell und herzlich. Die Kombination mit einem Abendessen in ihrem ausgezeichneten Restaurant war für uns ideal. Auch das Parken ist unkompliziert und problemlos möglich.

Die etwas kleine Sitzgelegenheit an dem improvisierten Bartisch in der Küche lädt nicht sonderlich zum langen Verweilen ein.

Das Zimmer ist liebevoll eingerichtet und alles duftet wie in einem Kräuter SPA-Bereich. Frühstück kann man sich selbst zubereiten, das Zimmer ist eigentlich ein kleines Appartement mit Küche. Der Kühlschrank ist reichlich gefüllt. Am großartigsten ist jedoch das darunterliegende Restaurant. Ein Feuerwerk der Sinne!!! Zu mindest ein Mal muss man sich ein Abendessen hier leisten. Ein Geheimtipp für alle Gourmets, Liebhaber der französischen Küche und des Films Amelie.

Frisches Brot/Gebäck wäre toll zum Frühstück.
