Clean spacious room with beautiful view from the balcony. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. On site parking. Baveno is a beautiful small town.
The bath room is very small and crowded.

Great breakfast with a wide range of options. The room was clean, the balcony had a nice view. Car park on site. Nice personnel. The hotel is at walking distance to town center.
The 3rd bed was a bit too narrow. There were 2 chairs on the balcony although the room is for 3. I disliked the banket sandwich: bedsheet under a nasty blanket and bed cover on the top. These kept separating during sleep and woke up several times tangled in one of these 3.

The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and clean with a good sized balcony with fantastic views over the lake. Buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.
There was a pleasant terrace for drinks in the evening.
We were sorry to leave and would definitely recommend the hotel to future guests. We were given a gift as we left which was a lovely gesture.

We booked a room with balcony lake view. Actually the lake is across a main road and it wasn’t really conducive to relaxing on a balcony listening to traffic noise even though there was a nice view. We had breakfast an a couple of meals . I think this is where a 3star hotel originates. The service was brilliant and the amount of choice for breakfast was as expected but the quality of the food was not too good. Eg no fresh fruit juice I think made from concentrate. The fruit salad was the type you can buy in a tin in the UK. Ok but Italy has such great fresh fruit and vegetables.
Dinner again great service some of the meal but the main meat course were underwhelmed. However the staff serve silver service and they are great. All speak many languages and so helpful.
The standards of the towels and linen was high including beach towels.
