Outdated hotel

Location is perfect, very central, close to everything, some nice cafes nearby.

Very outdated hotel ( but says newly refurbished on booking.com), poor customer service, nothing works in the room. Our air conditioner remote control was "taken by the guest that was staying before us", so somebody just came in and turned it on when we complained it's not working and taken remote with them leaving us unable to adjust the temperature in the room. We complained about it, asked to change the room, but staff not interested. Room was dark, lights in bathroom not working, no shower curtain. On Booking.com it says that all rooms have got a view to either mountains or the lake, but our view was only to the wall two steps away from our window. Also they offer free parking, but that just means you need to find parking on the streets around hotel which is impossible in the high season!

Décevant et le sentiment de s être fait voler.

Nous avions réservé pour 2 adultes et un enfant de 9 ans. A notre arrivée on nous informe que l' enfant est marqué entre 0 et 2 ans. Par conséquent nous avons dû dormir à 3 dans un lit. Le comble est que dans la chambre il n'y avait pas de lit pour le fameux bébé et encore moins de linge de toilette. J' ai donc payé pour 3 personnes et nous avons eu une chambre pour 2.

La mauvaise foi de la gérante et l accueil alors que nous avions un enfant. Elle n a pas fait d efforts pour nous proposer une solution ni le jour de notre arrivée (elle n' avait pas de chambre chauffée).,ni pendant le séjour . Elle ne nous a même pas proposé un lit d appoint.

Frühstücksregelung wurde vom Personal, das nicht sehr freundlich war, nicht eingehalten. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig.

Hervorragendes Zimmer, Blick und Lage

Hervorragende Zimmergrösse über den Dächern der Stadt und hervorragendem Blick auf den See in beiden Richtungen.

Es gibt keinen Parkplatz in der Nähe, was sehr frustrierend und je nach Gast belastend sein kann. Man wollte uns zudem mehrfach einen Zusatzpreis für das Kind verrechnen, obwohl beim Buchen der Preis identisch ist. 40.- EUR für ein Bettlacken ist einfach nur willkürlicher Wucher - am Schluss herrschte Einsicht. Der Kühlschrank war bei der Ankunft mit einem Tuch verstopft, da er tropft. Erst nach zweimaliger Auskunft, dass Wasser auf den Boden läuft und dieser ohne Zutun kaputt wird, bemühte man sich etwas zu unternehmen.

La chambre très petite. Le chauffage a été la limite...on a utilisé les couvertures de réserve...on a essayer de régler la température et ça n'a pas marché...Le matin pas de chauffage. Brrr...
