Cosy beautiful hotel just in the heart of the city.

Incredible stay! Waking up to that lake view was a dream. The hotel has such a warm, cosy atmosphere, and the staff are wonderful—especially the friendly and helpful people on reception and restaurant. They truly made my trip special. A perfect Italian getaway!

A fantastic place to stay iby the lake in Baveno

We loved this hotel, and wish we’d been able to stay longer than the three nights we were there for. The room was small but lovely, with a large balcony overlooking the lake with fantastic views. The room air conditioning level was excellent, and in general it was clean and tidy with plenty of storage space. Beds were also comfortable. The hotel itself is right on the lake front and less than 100m from the ferry stop for Baveno, which is great. It has a lot of lounging space, both in the restaurant and beyond, and it also has a lovely pool behind the hotel which is really maintained and the perfect place to unwind after a hot day sightseeing. The staff in the hotel were absolutely lovely, especially in the bar and restaurant. The hotel serves a 3 course dinner option every night for about 28 euros, and the food provided was really lovely - simple, traditional, tasty - things like lasagna or clam pasta, stuffed ravioli, swordfish etc. Overall, a really lovely lakeside hotel with a lot to offer at a very good price. We will be back!

Great choice in Baveno! Highly recommended!!

We spent two nights at the BR and had an excellent stay. The hotel is close to the center and a short walk to the point where boats depart to the islands. Staff at the reception and in the restaurant is very friendly (a pleasure to interact with them all!). The room is spacious, comfortable, very clean and well furnished with a perfect en-suite bathroom. It has a small balcony with a view over the lake; beautiful! Restaurant is good. The food is simple yet tasty. Breakfast is varied, plenty and excellent! There are lots of restaurants nearby, which is also convenient. Good WiFi. Secure free car park is provided; again a great plus. Overall, EXCELLENT. We will definitely be back!

A SURPRISINGLY DELIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE

The staff were very considerate. I have a very slight mobility issue but the restaurant waiter, Guisseppe helped me to the buffet breakfast , also Maria was very caring and helpful. The only criticism we have was the poor water pressure. In the shower. Everything else was perfect. We were treated with respect and like family.we hope to return.

The staff create a lovely ethos throughout the hotel from the moment you walk in. They are all very professional and really love their jobs. They could not do enough for you and really make your stay a very special one. The pool and gardens were lovely.

Relaxing stay at lakeside

The hotel exceeded our expectations with the combination of a nice room, helpful staff, amazing pool/relaxation area, and finally, the picturesque location. We were the most excited about spending some time at the pool, sunbathing, and playing some table tennis. It was also great that you could order drinks and snacks to have next to the pool. The breakfast buffet was also very tasty with a wide choice of sweet and savory foods. I also can mention that the wifi signal was very good both in the room and also around the pool, which is often a problem in hotels. The hotels location is also ideal to explore the nearby islands and the added bonus is that the crowds for the ferries are smaller than in the neighboring Stresa. Finally, a huge thanks to the staff for making our stay even better - they made it an excellent birthday gateway for us!

Pleasant but not enough rest

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is great! On the main street of Baveno! I could easily get by on foot!

The bed was uncomfortable, I could hear my neighbors watch TV and the noise on the corridor began by 6:15. I could even hear doors opening.

The lake is just across the road from the hotelThe room was cleaned and newly renovated. Stayed in a room with a balcony with a lake view which was fantastic. The room had a mini fridge and the bed was big and comfortble. the breakfast was very good with big selection of fruit, yoghurt and different types of sweets. The coffee was very good! The hotel offers bikes which I recomend to lent. The hotel has a fairly big pool with sunbeds and parking for cars.

A nice cosy hotel on the lake front

Nice lake location, very friendly staff, good breakfast, beautiful swimming pool, parking, good and stable wifi

At times, parking spots were limited (but staff was very useful to work as valet so problem soved). As this hotel is used by big groups of tourists coming by coach, the numerous tourists were noisy late in the evening returning to their room with final chat in the corridor.

vers Nice hôtel. perfect location I guess we were very lucky to get an upgrade to a lake facing renovated room, which was really neat to perfect. a very solid 3 stars hotel. I believe that the non renovated rooms are maybe less attractive but they will probably all get renovated the breakfast was also delicious and varied staff extremely nice and caring very very nice pool
