Really great experience, we recommend it to other travelers.

Very nice location, really nice room and view to the lake, very welcoming host. The room was cleaned every day, towels changed every 2 days, in general it was very clean. Breakfast was quite rich, sufficient options. Parking was included in the cost and easy to make use of it. We really liked the house, the room and the surroundings, as well as the host.

Some recommendations especially because we were here during very, very hot days: 1) air conditioned is needed in the room; 2) the host should provide a way to get cold water at any time, even by paying for it. Right now, there is no access to any refrigerator and any water/liquids get warm really fast during the hot days.

Toller Blick auf den See

Der Ausblick vom Zimmer aus ist der Wahnsinn! Wirklich toller Blick über den See. Alan war sehr freundlich und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Matratze sehr bequem. Von der Lage her erreicht man Baveno und Stresa sehr gut.

Wunderschöne Auszeit

Das Zimmer sehr schön, die Terrasse gross, hervorragend ausgestattet, mit einen traumhaften Blick auf dem Lago Maggiore. Die Restaurant Empfehlungen von Alan, sowie die Tips für unsere Ausflüge goldwert.

Die Dusche etwas klein und die Auffahrt zum Haus sehr steil.

Las vistas son mejores que en las fotos de publicidad. El propietario cuida de todas las necesidades y trata de tener todo correcto. Estar en la terraza frente al lago es todo un espectáculo.

La localización de la casa en esta zona tan húmeda de Italia y su orientación norte pueden ser responsables de cierto olor a humedad en el interior, comprensible por supuesto.

Schönes B&B mit herzlichem Gastgeber und wunderschöner Aussicht.

Ich habe mich in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders angenehm war die herzliche und hilfsbereite Art der Gastgeber – man merkt sofort, dass man willkommen ist. Für mein Motorrad wurde mir ein sicherer und guter Stellplatz zur Verfügung gestellt, was für mich ein großes Plus war. Die Lage ist ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr toll und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – ich komme gerne wieder!

Ein Kühlschrank im Gemeinschaftsbereich, ist das was uns gefehlt hat. 😉

Herzliche Atmosphäre

Die Atmosphäre war herzlich. Alan hatte viele hilfreiche Tipps und zu jeder Zeit ein offenes Ohr - sehr unkompliziert. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Tag liebevoll zubereitet. Der Ausblick ist der Hammer. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Za kratkotrajen obisk Boromejskih otokov je ta lokacija OK. Ni pa za preživljanje letnega dopusta.

Lokacija je nad jezerom, tako da ponuja zelo lep razgled

Pri zajtrkih bi pričakoval malo več raznolikosti kruha, sira in klobas. Zaradi bližine avtoceste, je mir malce moten. Na tej lokaciji je za vse oglede obvezno imeti svoj prevoz. Saj je oddaljenost od centra oziroma jezera kar velika.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Herzlichkeit des Gastgebers ist unglaublich. Er gibt gute und hilfreiche Tipps ohne aufdringlich zu sein und hat sich wirklich bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Das Quartier ist toll und in absoluter Ruhelage, die Sicht über den See unglaublich, das Frühstück abwechslungsreich. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Erholsame Urlaub, mit traumhaft schönem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore

Sehr gute Auswahl und abwechslungsreich. Es war immer genügend von allem da. Jeden Morgen stand frisches Obst mit auf dem Tisch. Käse und Wurstauswahl wurde täglich geändert. Empfehlungen vom Vermieter, bezüglich Essen oder Sehenswürdigkeiten waren immer ein Volltreffer.

Alan isr ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Überaus hilfreich bezüglich Planung und Durchführung von Ausflügen. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und völlig ausreichend. Die Zimmer waren sauber und hatten einen tollen Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore

Die Zufahrt und das Parken auf dem zugehörigen Grundstück ist etwas kompliziert. Dank Alans Hilfe konnten wir jedoch alle Probleme lösen!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti! L’accoglienza è stata calorosa: l'host, Alan, è stato gentilissimo e abbiamo approfittato della sua massima disponibilità e della sua ottima conoscenza del territorio. Infatti, abbiamo accolto con piacere i suoi consigli utilissimi su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. I ristoranti che ci ha suggerito si sono rivelati eccellenti, nonostante si tratti di località molto turistiche. Per concludere, la struttura è molto curata e pulita. Le stanze sono confortevoli, ordinate e offrono una splendida vista che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi qualche giorno di tranquillità. Ci torneremmo volentieri!
